略论地方普通话研究的几个问题

【摘要】This paper propounds some opinions about the local Putonghua in terms of scope, type and the implementation of the plan. Local Putonghua may be defined in narrow and broad ways, and the broad definition based on the linguistic acquisition plays a more useful part in the studies of local Putonghua. From the angle of mother tongue influence, local Putonghua can be subcategorlzed into ones with Chinese dialect color, with nationality color, with the both, and with the foreign language color. From the receptor＇s angle, we should apply the findings of social linguistics by Japan to employ the studies of the implementation of linguistic plan.%文章就地方普通话的范围、类型和规划落实研究等理论问题提出了一些看法。

地方普通话可以分为广狭两义，采用根据语言习得理论划分出来的广义概念，对地方普通话的研究更有用。

从母语影响角度分类，可以把地方普通话分为带汉语方言色彩、带民族语色彩、既带民族语又带汉语方言色彩以及带外语色彩的非标准普通话等四种类型。

应该借鉴日本等国社会语言学的研究成果，从接受者的接受过程的角度，深入开展语言规划落实的研究。
