关于 ZFG15000/26/38D 液压支架 ASG 型电液控制系统技术协议
Technical Agreement of ASG E-H control Systems for Shields
ZF15000/26/38D By and Between xxxx Coal Mines Group Co., Ltd.
and Tiefenbach Control Systems GmbH
xxxx矿务集团有限公司(简称甲方)与德国蒂芬巴赫控制系统有限公司(简称乙方)就
ZFG15000/26/38D 液压支架电液控制系统达成如下技术协议。

The technical agreements herein belows are made by and between xxxx Coal Mines Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called Party A) and Tiefenbach Control Systems GmbH (hereinafter called Party B) for shields ZFG15000/26/38D:
一、支架控制方式
Shield control mode
1.工作面支架(145 架)Face shields (145 Sets)
每个支架控制器控制两个主阀组 , 前阀组 14 功能和后阀组 8 功能,共 22 功能。

One ASG controls two blocks, front block 14F and rear block 8F, total 22F.

二、具体技术要求
Detail technical requirements
1.控制器显示菜单语言为中文和英文,顺槽控制主机和地面主机显示菜单为中文。

Display menu on controller is in both Chinese and English, gate control unit and surface computer display in Chinese.
2.制造满足 10.5 秒工作循环的主阀体。

Tiefenbachs main control valves are made to meet the cycle time of 10.5 seconds.
3.支架配置电液控制系统,能够完成支架的各种动作功能。

支架可实现成组程序自动控制,
包括成组自动移架、成组自动推溜、成组自动伸收护帮、成组自动伸收伸缩梁。

支架可实现
邻架电控的手动、自动操作,实现本架电磁阀按钮的手动操作。

顺槽主控计算机可实现远程
控制工作面液压支架动作,即跟机自动化功能(跟机自动移架、跟机自动推溜、跟机自动喷
雾功能)。

可实现成组自动移架和推溜,又可本架手动按钮、左右(1-3)邻架电控按钮控制、

自动循环操作。

Shields are equipped with E-H control systems to be able to complete every action function of shields. Shield can realize group program automatic control including group automatic moving shields, group automatic pushing conveyor, group automatic extending and retracting extension bar. Shield can finish manual, automatic operation of E-H controls of adjacent shields and the manual operation on solenoid valve button of local shield. Gate main computer can realize remote control for face shield actions, viz., following-Shearer automatic function (following-Shearer automatic moving shields, following-Shearer automatic pushing conveyor, following-Shearer automatic spraying function). And automatic moving and pushing can be achieved, meanwhile, the manual pushing button in local shield and right and left (1-3) hand of adjacent shields controlled by E-H control button, and automatic cycling operation.
4.配备红外线接收装置,可与工作面采煤机实现联合动作。

同时具备接收采煤机数字信号实
现联动功能。

支架能满足与采煤机、刮板机进行自动割煤要求,在三角煤区域也能实现自动
拉架。

The infrared receiver device is equipped, to be able to complete the associated action with face Shearer. Meanwhile, it should be with the function of receiving signal data of Shearer to complete associatedly action. Shields meet the requirement of auto coal-cutting with Shearer and scraper conveyor, to complete the function of auto shield pulling in triangle mine area.
5.对立柱的工作压力、推移千斤顶的行程、煤机的位置、方向等进行监测和数据传输。

能将
数据传输至地面控制中心并显示。

To monitor and transfer data for the working pressure of leg, stroke of advancing ram, position
and direction of Shearer and etc. To be able to transfer data to surface control center and display. 6.电液控制系统设有声音报警、急停、本架闭锁及故障自诊断显示功能,并能方便地进行人
工手动操作。

E-H control system is set with sound alarm, quick-stop, local shield lockout and self diagnose
and display, also should be convenient for manual operation.
7.供电电压为AC 127V 50Hz 。

The power supply voltage is AC 127V 50Hz/12V.
8.电控装置外壳防护等级不低于IP67。

E-H equipment housing’s protection level should be not lower than IP67.
9.电控系统为非主 -从机型,当工作面控制系统与顺槽控制中心断开后,仍能完成各种操作
功能。

没有顺槽计算机就无法实现自动功能。

E control system is NOT Master-slaver type, when face control system disconnects to gate control center, it should aslo be able to complete any operating functions. No automatic function without

10.支架所有动作功能由电磁阀驱动。

All functions of shield can be driven by solenoid valve.
11.主阀组为整体式,阀芯采用插装式。

Main valve set is integral type, cartridge is adopted with plug-in type.
12.应具备与采煤机配合进行全自动化的双向、单向、部分截深割煤功能。

It should have the cutting function of automatic double-way, single-way, part cutting depth assorting with Shearer.
13.通过电液控制系统能配合采煤机实现自动喷雾。

It can assist Shearer to realize automatic spraying by E-H control system.
14.电液控制系统具备抗干扰能力,不允许有误动作。

E-H control system has the ability of anti-disturbing, it is EMC compatible
15.电缆的插接可靠,有较好的抗砸、抗挤、抗拉能力,插接灵活。

Plugging of calbe is reliable, and has better capability of anti-smashing, anti-crushing, anti-hauling with agile plugging.
16.压力传感器的量程0~60Mpa。

Pressure sensor measure range is 0~60Mpa.
17.在拉架过程中抬底座装置不得泄压,保证拉架顺利进行。

The base-lift device is not allowed to release pressure during pulling, to ensure shield pulling running successfully.
18.通过控制器程序设置能够实现在降柱和拉架过程中的任何时段启动和结束抬底座动作。

To complete starting and ending action of base-lifting during the leg lowering and shield pulling by setting controller program.
19.通过控制器程序设置能够实现护帮板与煤壁贴紧。

To be able to bring the flipper to coal wall by setting controller program.
20.在需要时,采煤机通过后伸缩梁、护帮能够联动进行及时支护;拉架时伸缩梁能够自动
收回。

When it is needed, extending bar and flipper can associately act for prompt supporting after Shearer passes; the extension bar can be drawn back automatically during shield pulling.
21.电液控制系统应能同时对以下 5 路数据进行接收和地面上传: 1) 支架电液控制系统 , 2)
采煤机, 3) 刮板机, 4) 泵站 , 5) 组合开关。

并能够在顺槽和地面监控中心实时远程自动监
测、监控。

监测、监控信息包含每台设备的运行状态、电流、电压、时间、故障诊断、报警
等功能。

The E-H control system should be able to receive and transfer following 5 data sets from the face to

surface at the same time: 1) shield control system, 2) share,3) conveyor ,4) pump station, 5) switchgear。

It should also have function of automatic monitoring at head gate computer and surface control center. Monitoring information includes running state, current, voltage, time, fault diagnosis and alarm functions.
22.所提供的产品要求具有《煤矿安全规程》所规定的各种保护及要求,产品具有中国国家
煤矿安全标志证书和″MA″标识牌,电气产品应符合国家防爆标准GB3836-1-4—2000 或其它被中国防爆检验部门认可的标准并具有相应的防爆证书。

下井前提供MA 证书。

The provided products are required to have all protections and requirements stipulated in <Coal Mine Safety Regulations>, the products have the certifications of Chinese National Coal Mine Safety Symbol and “MA ”marks, the electric products should accord with National Exploding-proof
GB3836-1-4----2000 or other authorized standard by Chinese Exploding-proof Inspection Bereau and with corresponding certifications of exploding-proof. MA certification shall be provided before products going underground.

四、其它要求other requirements
1.乙方红外线发射器到矿后,由甲方负责协调乙方和采煤机制造厂家关于“采煤机位置监测装置”中有关部件的配套、安装工作。

After the arrival of infrared transmitters offered by Party B, Party A is responsible for assoring with Party B and Shearer Manufacturer about the issues of equipping the corresponding parts and

installation of “Shearer Position Monitor Device”.
2.乙方供货的每组电液主控阀阀组应包括2XDN20 的加长 U 形卡、 1XDN12 的加长 U 形卡
和5XDN10 的加长 U 形卡。

Each set of E-H main control valves sets Party B provided should include 2XDN20 long U-staple,
1XDN12 long U-staple and 5XDN10 long U-staple.
3.乙方向甲方提供有关ASG 电液控制系统元部件及主控阀配套设计尺寸。

Party B should provide the equipping design sizes of components of correspongding ASG E-H congtrol system and main control valves to Party A.
4.乙方免费编制并向矿方和甲方提供中文ASG 型电液控制系统的培训教材和技术文件(包
括 4 份电子版和 10 份纸制资料),其中技术文件包含全系统的备件目录。

Party B workouts in free of charge and provide the training documents and technique documents
of ASG E-H control system in Chinese version (four copies of E-format files and 10 copies of
paper-printed version) to Part B and the mine, and these documents shall include spare parts contents of whole set of system.
5.乙方在矿对矿方操作、技术和管理人员进行为期7 天的免费技术培训。

Party B should go to the mine and train the operating/technique/managing personnels of mine for
7 days in free of charge.
6.乙方负责支架样机及成批出厂的ASG 电控系统的安装、调试指导工作。

Party B is responsible for the installation and debuging direction of shield prototype and ASG E-
H control system.
7. ASG 型电液控制系统到矿进行地面组装、井下安装、试运转时,乙方派出优秀的、有实
际工作经验的工程师到项目现场负责设备安装、调试的技术指导工作,直到试生产完成。

Party B should send the excellent and experienced engineer to project locale for the technique direction of installation and debugging till the manufacturing finished when ASG E-H control systems are put into the mine to mount on surface, install underground, and fulfil running test.
8.电控系统运行期间,乙方根据矿方需要提供技术支持,如需要技术交流及问题处理,乙方
技术人员将在 24 小时之内赶到项目现场。

During the running of E control systems, Party B should provide technical supports according to the requirements of mine, if the technique communication is needed and problems need to be resolved, the technical engineers of Party B should arrive at the project locale in 24 hours.
9.电液控制系统在从乙方出厂前由乙方通知甲方派人进行验收。

Party B should inform Party A to check and accept E-H control systems before taking out of the factory.
10.乙方对电液控制系统产品实行三包,质保期为一年 (产品从供货之日起18 个月;或产品调
试完毕之日起 12 个月,已先到的为准 )。

Party B should guarantee the E-H control systems for three aspects, the warranty period is one year (18 months from the goods suppling; or 12 months after the goods have been be bebugged, earlier arrival prevails)
11.乙方提供位移传感器安装配套尺寸及电缆连接形式
Party B provides the assembling size of displacement sensors and cable assembling type.
12.行程传感器连接电缆长度确定为:行程杆电缆300mm/接头电缆 200mm;
Cables length for displacement sensor: 300mm for reed rod and 200mm for plug-in sleeve to Lumberg connector.
13.从顺槽控制装置到第一台 ASG电缆总长不超过 300 米,每根电缆长度 20 米。

The total length of the Cable from Main control unit to ASG is not more than 300m, The length
of each cable is 20m.
14.本技术协议与商务合同具有同等法律效应,如有变更,另行签订补充技术协议。

This technique agreement has same force adeffect with commercial contract, if there is any change, complementary technical agreement will be additionally signed by both parties.
15.通讯与数据传输符合甲方要求(见附件1)。

Communication and data transmission shall accord to requirements of Party A (see appendix 1). 16.免费提供 7 套工具。

7 sets of tools shall be provided in free of charge.
