I knew I had to do something. Taking a deep breath, I stepped forward and confronted the bullies.
"Leave him alone," I said firmly. The bullies turned to look at me, surprise and anger evident on their faces. I stood my ground, refusing to back down even though I was scared. After a tense moment, they finally backed off, leaving the smaller child unharmed.
That day, I learned that bravery is not about the absence of fear, but rather the courage to face it and do what is right. I felt proud of myself for standing up to the bullies and defending the weaker child. It was a defining moment in my life that taught me the importance of bravery and standing up for what I believe in.
