开腹手术行子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗有效性评价
目的探讨开腹手术行子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗有效性，为临床工作者提供参考。

方法回顾分析自2013年9月—2014年9月期间，该院收治的20例子宫肌瘤患者的临床资料。

采用改良式经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术，在近宫颈处打开阔韧带，分离子宫动脉上行支，在子宫动脉上行支最低点结扎，最后剔除子宫肌瘤。

结果平均手术时间为（30.47±6.37）min；平均出血量为（92.64±16.37）mL。

术后随访6～12个月，20例患者的月经量均有不同程度下降，术后平均行经天数为（4.67±0.63）d。

复发1例，病理诊断为子宫平滑肌瘤。

结论开腹手术行子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗效果比较佳，术后症状改善明显、复发率低，该术式适用于没有腹腔镜的基层医院和具有开腹指证的患者。

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the effectiveness of myomectomy in treatment of laparotomy in order to provide reference for the clinical workers. Methods The clinical data of 20 cases of patients with fibroid admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2014 were retrospectively analyzed，and the patients were given modified transabdominal myomectomy，the broad ligament was opened near the cervix，the ascending uterine artery was separated and the ligation was at the lowest point of the ascending uterine artery，and the fibroid was removed at last. Results The average operation time was （30.47±6.37）min and the average blood loss was （92.64±16.37）mL，the menstrual blood volume of 20 cases decreased at different degrees after postoperative 6～12 months of follow-up，the postoperative average number of menstruating days was （4.67±0.63）d，recrudescence occurred to 1 case with leiomyoma of uterus by pathological diagnosis. Conclusion The effect of myomectomy in treatment of laparotomy is good，the postoperative symptom is obviously improved with a low recrudescence rate，and the operative method is suitable for the primary hospital without laparoscope and the patient with laparotomy indications.
