Unit 2 Cleaning Day
学习目标:
1.掌握本课所学亲单词:stand , door。

2.熟练应用Yang Ming is cleaning the blackboard。

3.培养学生爱护班级环境卫生好习惯及热爱劳动。

让学生复习教室物品的相关单词:classroom, chair , desk , blackboard , window ,
door 及动词 clean

Step1: Warming up
1. Greetings .
T: Good morning / afternoon , boys and girls. How are you today?
2. Free talk .
T: What do you often do on Monday / Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday?
3. Chant < Point to the window >.
Window , window , window .
Point to the window.
Door , door , door
Point to the door .
Desk , desk , desk .
Point to the desk.
Chair, chair , chair.
Point to the chair.
Blackboard , blackboard , blackboard .
Point to the blackboard .
Step2: Presentation
1. Elicit the phrase “ cleaning the blackboard ”.
T: Oh, no . The blackboard is very dirty . Who is on duty today? Please clean the blackboard.
T: ××× is cleaning the blackboard . We must keep our classroom clean and bright.
2. Practice the phrase.
①.Read aft er the teacher (快慢声).
②.Read together and read in small groups .
③.Ask some students and some groups to read it out .
3. Learn the other phrases by cards .
( cleaning the desk , cleaning the chairs , cleaning the window , cleaning the
door )
使用制作的词组卡片,应用不同的操练方式(point and say, 大小声,开火车,男女声
赛读,小组赛读)教授其余的词组。

4. Learn the text
T: Today is cleaning day . Yang Ming and hid classmates are cleaning the classroom.
Let’s listen to the CD and answer my question.
①Listen and answer ( What ‘s Yang Ming doing?)
②Look , listen and answer
T: Look, they are cleaning the classroom . They are very busy and hard. I thing
the kids who love labor is very lovely.
Now look at the screen , listen to the CD and answer the questions.
( What is Lily / Julia / Sally / Wang Tao is doing ? )
③Listen and repeat
④Read after the teacher
跟老师读时,教师结合动作边演边带读词组 standing on a chair. 请个别学生来演
示。

⑤Read in small groups in four or five .
⑥Ask some groups to act out the text.

Step 3: Cooperation and Show time
1. PPT show the five pictures , let the students look at the pictures and try to
say the sentences with the teacher’s help.

① Listen and find out what “h” sounds for.
② Listen and repeat and let the students spell the phonetic by themselves.

1. Play the flash about some children’ cleaning . Let the students look at the flash and say what they doing . They can use the sentence
