高校公用房管理与改革的探讨

【摘要】公用房产资源是高等教育深入发展、高校实现协调和可持续发展的主要物质基础。
文章从公用房的现状及存在问题入手，分析了当前公用房管理未来改革的方向，并从制度、观念、流程等方面提出了相关建议，对公用房管理与改革进行了初步的探讨。
%Public housing resources in higher institutions provide the main material basis for the coordinated and sustainable development of universities and the further development of higher education. In this paper, we analyze the future direction of the reform of public housing management according to the current situation and existing problems of public housing in colleges and universities. Based on the preliminary discussion, we put forward relevant recommendations for public housing management and its reform from aspects of the system, concept, processes and other aspects of public housing management.
