密闭式造口袋对腰椎骨折术后早期患者生活质量的影响

【摘要】目的：探讨密闭式造口袋的应用对腰椎骨折术后早期患者生活质量的影响。

方法采用区组随机分组法将病例随机分为观察组和对照组，研究入选患者使用密闭式造口袋与否对术后2周时排便的疼痛程度、患者及邻床病友满意度、负性情绪和生活质量的影响，进而对生活质量与其他观察指标之间的相关性进行分析。

结果与对照组相比，观察组患者的排便舒适度较好，患者及邻床病友满意度较高，生活质量较高，负性情绪较轻，生活质量评分与疼痛评分、满意度评分、负性情绪评分均具有相关性。

结论临床上推广密闭式造口袋在腰椎骨折患者术后早期排便中的应用，有助于提高此类患者术后早期的生活质量。

%Objective To explore the effects of the application of closed ostomy bag on the life quality of the patients at the early postoperative period of lumbar fracture. Methods The cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group. And the effects of the application of closed ostomy bag or not on the pain degree of defecation, the satisfaction degree of the patients and their wardmates, the negative emotion and the life quality 2 weeks' after opera-tion were studied. And then the correlation between the life quality and other observed index was analysed as well. Results The comfort degree of defecation, patients' and their wardmates' satisfaction degree and their life quality of observation group was better than that of the control group.
While negative emotion of the observation group was less than that of the control group. And there were correlation in terms of the scores of life quality, pain degree, satisfaction degree , and the negative emotion. Conclusion The clinical application of closed ostomy bag to the defecation of the pa-tients at the early postoperative period of lumbar fracture can improve their life quality.
