有关(屋号)缴交费用之守则
Dormitory fee Agreement
兹经众 __________ 屋友同意订立一以条件分列于后各愿遵守以下缴费守则：
After all roommates agreed, t we all voluntary reached the following agreement:
1.一般而言，本屋会采取以人头平均数 / 按日使用计算1#方式作为电费计算方法。

如遇上同屋
之特殊情况 (例如屋友未有居住一段时间，包括实习、外游等 )则另行协商2。

1.In general, wo take the following two approach calculating tariffs:(1.by the average fee of students;
2.by daily usage). In case the situation, be negotiated(Such as roommates did not live long, practice, travel)
2.屋代表 ________________ (A房室友 )必须确保在收核电费单后以任何联络方式两天内告知
所有屋友，其他屋友必须在往后后三天内把有关款项以现金或过户方式缴交予他/她，如
遇上缴费延误，每天象征式罚款港币五元以拨入下次电费开支。

2.Relinquish strengths must ensure that ,after receipting of the electricity cage notification,In any way to notify all roommates within two days. Other roommates have to
1人头平均数 : 按电费总数直接除以屋内总人数。

按日使用计算 : 按各人在屋留夜日数
及全屋友留夜日数作比例计算。

Average fee of students:Total electricity fee divided by the number of the people in the house. Daily usage:the proportion of the number of days each stay night and the number of days all stay night.
2如遇上有关情况，可以以最低消费方式作缴费方法。

但如果遇上屋友在整个电费
期间未有居住，则可考虑豁免有关款项。

In case the situation, the lowest consumption patterns can be considered as the payment methods.If someone has not lived throughout the payment period, can be considered to deselect this option.

3.所有屋内共享品 (例如厨房或清洁用品等 )需要共同承担有关款项，而购买有关之物品必须附上单据
方能取回有关款项。

另外，所有屋内损毁 /遗失的物品会按情况而决定是个人 /所有屋友共同承担。

1.The cost of all items in dormitory should be shared by everyone. Own stuff need to be retrieved through the relevant notes. All the damaged or lost items in the house, should
be beard by personal or everyone in different Situation.
4.在退宿时，有关屋企必须要留下一定款项以缴交退宿前的电费或屋内物品损毁 /遗失之款项，
否则最后退宿者会保留追究有关之权利。

4.When exiting dormitory, who left must leave some fee to pay the before electricity fee or the cost of damaged or missing items. Otherwise ,accountability rights reserved by the last left.
