(三)A possible version:
As we know, we all have different kinds of feelings- anger, hate, worries, sadness...
When we have bad feelings, it’s necessary to think ways out. Classifying or sweeping them can help. If we do so, we will find the feeling of worries like something recyclable, but the others need throwing away. At the end of last year, COVID -19 broke out, we had to stay at home . I felt worried because I did not listen to my teachers carefully online, but there would be a big test in the new term.
I talked to my head teacher and followed what he said. Finally I got good grades. I understood that sometimes worries might help be a better self.
So bad feelings are not truly bad. It depends on what we do with them properly. Please think differently and there are surely ways out .。
