客户： 针对服务商的报价及市场评价，如有条件， 客户应货比三家，挑选最合适的服务商。 客户与服务商应适时安排会见，就双方不 同的意见进行商讨。对于对方有必要知道 的信息不应隐瞒，如实相告。 开发过程中客户应关注下服务商到底在做 些什么，不应坐等交付。要了解每一个环 节服务商所做的工作。 服务商：应对客户的疑问及时作出响应。

Work Approach Analysis The final quote from the vendor, Inventory Specialists, Inc. including Hardware and Software was received on May 20th, 2005. Approval of the Project Charter by the Business Process Team, occurred on June 1, 2005 The Work Order and the Purchase Order were created, approved and signed on June 10th, 2005. The Statement of Work was signed by the Project Manager and delivered to the client on June 6, 2005. Development The development work will be performed at the vendor’s location. The vendor will deliver incremental releases to the City to test on windows PC’s.
Testing
– – – – The Shopkeeper is responsible for testing all the incremental releases and providing vendor with feedback on problems or issues. The vendor will be on-site for 2 days of training. The vendor is responsible for providing training documentation. CoR IT is responsible for setting up the training environment

项目目标
The objectives of this project are as follows: 1. To provide the Shopkeeper with an automated tool to aid in the tracking of inventory. 2. To provide a networked solution that can be accessed outside of the Shopkeeper’s office. 3. To provide an application that provides flexible reporting capabilities.
客户在验收通过后一般支付部分费用，在 系统运行稳定后再支付剩余费用，具体情 况时合同而定。 服务商则是在不失去客户信任的前提下， 为自己的劳动争取尽可能多的报酬。
Training Sessions
客户关注交付物的数量及质量，应在项目 交付时派遣经过培训的内部员工进行验收 测试。 在验收时，要关注交付物是否已覆盖项目 范围，是否存在明显软件缺陷，交付的硬 件的质量及可用性。

客户关注项目经理是否合格。Supporter是 否提供令人满意的服务。如有疑义，可与 应及时提出。 服务商关注项目的各个过程域的管理，实 际操作中，应由项目经理协调各角色负责 的工作及角色间的关系。客户应适当了解 这一些工作，以达到监管效果。
项目范围
Inclusions Interface between the Employee Database and the Shopkeeper’s application. Interface between the barcode printer software and the Shopkeeper’s application. The tracking of Shopkeeper inventory including both equipment and clothing. In addition to reports and forms used by the Shopkeeper, there is a requirement to provide inventory reports for the City of Raleigh’s internal auditors. Exclusions The tracking of assets or inventory outside of the Shopkeeper’s i.e. vehicles etc. The formal creation of a Purchase Order. An interface between the Shopkeeper’s application and FIS (internal Purchasing system).
Each tester will be able to download the latest version for testing.
Installation
– – – – – The vendor will send install disks for the application. The vendor will send all the hardware. CoR IT is responsible for leasing and installing the server. CoR IT is responsible for installing the application on our server and local PC’s CoR IT is responsible for installing all the hardware.
CoR IT is responsible for installing the software on the barcode printer. The vendor will import the data from the barcode software to the application.
