Step 1
Greet the class and free talk.
The topic is “Own habits.”
Step 2
Designg the aims(Raising the questions)
1. What is Miachael’s favourite sport?
2. Is hockey very popular in Canada?
3. What does the new shopping centre have?
4. What is hot chocolate like?
5. Does Michael help at home?
Step 3
Prepare to answer the questions above by themselves.
Let students read the dialogue and talk about the questions in groups.
Step 4
Act in groups.
Ask for volunteer pairs to act it out in front of the class.
Step 5
Listen to the tape. Play the tape the first time. Students only listen.
Play the tape a second time. This time student can follow it. Then ask some volunteers to read the dialogue and sentences.
