桡骨远端粉碎性骨折临床治疗分析

【摘要】目的：对桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的临床治疗方法以及治疗效果进行观察研究。
方法整群选取于2012年8月-2014年9月期间在该院接受治疗的66例桡骨远端粉碎性骨折患者，将患者随机分为对照组和治疗组进行对照研究，观察并比较外固定支架与T型钢板内固定治疗的临床效果。
结果治疗组患者的手术时间以及
骨折愈合时间显著短于对照组，术中失血量显著少于对照组，腕关节主动活动范围显著大于对照组，同时优良率均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。
结论对桡骨远端粉碎性骨折患者采用T型钢板内固定治疗能够取得十分显著的临
床效果，值得进行推广应用。
%Objective To study the treatment of comminuted distal radius fracture and its therapeutic effect. Methods 66 patients with comminuted distal radius fracture admitted to our hospital between August 2012 and September 2014 were randomized into control group and treatment group for a control study to observe and compare
the clinical effect of external fixator and T-plate in-ternal fixation. Results The operation duration was shorter, fracture healing earlier, intraoperative blood loss less, active range of motion of the wrist joint larger, excellent-good rate higher in the treatment group than in the control group, and the differences above were statistically significant, P<0.05. Conclusion T-plate
internal fixation in the treatment of patients with comminuted dis-tal radius fracture has remarkable effect and is worthy of promotion.
