产后尿潴留产妇采取综合性护理措施的效果评价

【摘要】目的：探讨产后尿潴留产妇采取综合性护理措施的效果，探讨临床应用
价值。

方法：选择江苏省扬州市江都妇幼保健院妇产科2013年8-12月60例产
后尿潴留产妇作为研究对象，实施下列护理：一般护理、心理护理、调整体位和姿势、促进排尿、留置导尿管及护理。

结果：60例产后尿潴留产妇经过综合护理后，57例(95.00%)及时排出尿液，痊愈出院，无泌尿道感染及产后大出血的发生，3
例(5.00%)产妇实行导尿术，留置导尿管时间1~3 d，平均(1.57±0.45) d。

结论：对产后尿潴留产妇实施针对性的护理干预，能够促进产妇早期自行排尿，值得临床应用。

%Objective:The study the effect of maternal postpartum urinary retention with comprehensive nursing measures,to investigate the value of clinical application.Method:60 cases of postpartum urine retention in obstetrics and gynecology of Jiangdu Maternal and Child Health Hospital
of Yangzhou City from January 2013 to December 2013 were choosed as the research object,the implementation of the following nursing methods:general nursing, psychological nursing,adjust the position and posture,promote urination,urinary catheter and nursing care.Result:60 cases of postpartum urinary retention after comprehensive nursing,57 cases(95.00%) of pregnant women timely discharge of urine,cured and discharged,no urinary tract infection and postpartum hemorrhage,3
cases(5.00%) were given catheterization,indwelling catheter time 1-3 days,averaged (1.57±0.45)days.Conclusion:Maternal postpartum urinary retention with targeted nursing intervention,can promote the early maternal voluntary micturition,is worthy of clinical application.
