口语考试报名通知
各省、自治区、直辖市教育厅（教委）高教处：
根据教育部办公厅（教考厅[2005]2号）《教育部办公厅关于大学英语四、六级考试部分考务管理工作交接的通知》文件的要求，“大学英语四、六级考试口语考试工作仍由全国大学英语四、六级考试委员会负责实施，涉及各省、自治区、直辖市教育厅（教委）的有关口语考试的考务组织工作，目前仍按照现行的做法，由省、自治区、直辖市教育厅（教委）高教处负责协调”。
2005年11月全国大学英语四、六级考试口语考试报名工作即将开始，现将有关事宜通知如下。
一．考试日期：2005年11月12、13、19、20日。
二．报名时间：
1）报名开始日期时间为: 10月18日08：00
2）报名截止日期时间为: 10月26日23：00
3）第一次报名后的缴费和领取准考证日期时间为:
10月29、30日上午8：30--11：30；下午13：30--16：30 4）补报开始时间为11月1日08：00
5）补报截止日期为11月3日23：00
6）补报后的缴费和领取准考证的时间为：
11月5、6日上午8：30--11：30；下午13：30--16：30
三．报名方式：本次口语考试采用网上报名方式。考生选择本省、自治区、直辖市内的一个考点报名参加考试。因考点容量所限，报名额满为
止。如遇此情况，考生可在所属地区内另选考点。
四．报名流程：
第一阶段：考生必须首先登录指定网站（注意CET网上通知，即将公
布），进行网上报名。
第二阶段：网上报名成功后，考生于指定时间内到所报考点进行现场缴
费，领取准考证（详细内容，请参见附件一）。
五．注意事项：
1．考生只能在一个考点报名一次。不得重复报名。
2．考生只能选择本省、自治区、直辖市内的一个考点报名参加考试。
不得跨省（市、自治区）报名
六．考点分布：（详细内容，请参见附件二）
希望各省、自治区、直辖市教育厅（教委）高教处对此项工作给予大力支持，及时通知有关高校，做好本次口语考试的报名工作。本次口语考试报名的流程及其它相关信息将在近日内通过网发布。

附件一：2005年11月大学英语四、六级考试口语考试报名流程
申请参加大学英语四、六级考试口语考试的考生必须
达到一定的笔试成绩标准。
2005年1月考试以前（含）：六级成绩在 75 分及
以上或四级成绩在 80 分及以上；
2005年6月考试：六级成绩在 520 分及以上或四
级成绩在 550 分及以上。
与互联网相连接并且装有网络浏览器（建议使用IE
浏览器，版本为以及更高）；
推荐显示分辨率为1024X768。
个人资料信息包括姓名、学校名称、系别、身份证
件等；
个人两寸照片（JPG格式电子版，大小保持在
320x240，报名时需要上传到系统中）。
考试委员会公布报名时间和报名网站之日起，系统
开始接受网上报名；
编号认证：输入四、六级笔试考试证书编号（2005
年1月及以前考试的考生）/ 四、六级笔试准考证
号（2005年6月考试的考生）；
报考资格认证：根据系统提示，输入所需信息，以
确认报考资格；
填写基本信息：在资格认证通过之后，根据系统提
示填写基本信息。
根据系统提示的全国各省（市、自治区）考点分布、
名额及考试时间信息表：
选择学校所在省（市、自治区）内的口语考点
（即：考生只能选择本省的口语考点）；
选择相应考点的考试时间；
某考点达到其名额上限，该考点将不再接受报名。
建议考生及时刷新考点信息页面，以获得各个考点
的最新信息；
在系统提示报名成功后，表示网上报名阶段结束；
如果系统提示报名失败，则可能是该考点当天的报
名人数已达到容量上限。考生可以刷新页面，重新
选择考点以及考试日期；
网上报名成功后，考生自行打印报名凭证，用于日
后到相应考点缴费并领取准考证；
根据需要，考试委员会可以更改考生的考试时间。
网上报名成功之后，如果考生信息有变化（只限基
本的联系信息以及照片），可以立即登录系统，进
行修改。
网上报名成功之后，考生务必在指定的时间内（网
上报名成功时系统会提示）到所报考点进行现场缴
费，并领取准考证；
否则，该名额将作无效报名处理。
现场缴费并领取准考证之后，考生即完成了整个报
名过程；
考生可以随时登录网上报名系统，查询自己的报名
状态；
缴费后，如果考点出现剩余名额，系统将会进行补
充报名。请注意补报时间。
注意：上述报名流程信息可能会根据实际需要进行适当调整。
