低温冷却槽使用说明书一、用途:低温冷却槽由于具有降温和升温的双重功能,同时增加了内外循环功能,从而扩大了该款该仪器的使用范围,除了具有恒温水槽(仅具有加热功能)的所有特点以外,还可以用来做微生物的低温培养、化合物的低温反应、当使用外循环时可以用来对精密仪器的冷却、双层玻璃反应釜的低温反应等,所以低温恒温槽又称为低温恒温反应浴、低温冷却槽、低温冷却循环泵。
该仪器广泛用于各科研、农林、卫生、医疗、制药等单位的实验室。
二、制冷原理:制冷系统由4个基本部分即压缩机、冷凝器、节流器、蒸发器组成。
由铜管将四大件按一定顺序连接成一个封闭系统,系统内充注一定量的制冷剂,压缩机吸入来自蒸发器的低温低压的氟里昂气体,经压缩机压缩成高温高压的氟里昂气体(此时对外散发热量),然后流经热力膨胀阀(毛细管),节流成低温低压的氟里昂气液两相(气体和液体混合物)物体,此时该混合物流进蒸发器时空间瞬间变大,液体全部变成气体,在变化过程中制冷剂要吸收大量热量,从而降低水槽内的水温,此时又成为低温低压的氟里昂气体,低温低压的氟里昂气体又被压缩机吸人。
如此压缩-----冷凝----节流----蒸发反复循环,制冷剂不断带走水槽内的热量,从而降低了水的温度,在水温达到设定值时,压缩机停止工作,当水温超过设定值时,压缩机再次启动,如此周而复始循环工作,达到恒温的目的。
三、特点:1、风冷式全封闭压缩机制冷,微电脑控制器控制制冷的开启、关闭,制冷系统具有延时、过热、过电流、过电压多种保护装置。
2、循环泵可将机内冷却液体输出,冷却或恒温机外实验容器以及用来建立第二恒温场。
3、循环系统采用优质不锈钢水泵,具有防腐蚀、耐低温的特点。
4、超温报警,超温保护功能。
5、温控仪故障代码提示功能。
6、所有操作都在微电脑控制器上,按动触摸软键即可完成设定,循环、加热和制冷功能,操作简便、直观。

低温恒温反应浴的规格及特点低温恒温反应浴又称为“低温恒温槽”“低温浴槽”“低温反应浴”“低温槽”“冷阱”“低温恒温反应槽”等,是一种的试验设备,可替换干冰和液氮做低温反应,可做为低温恒温水槽做粘度的测定。
底部底部带有强磁力搅拌,具有二级搅拌及内循环系统,温场均匀,绝无泄漏。
通过将传感器与二级搅拌循环装置液流的一体化设计,大大提高控温精度和温场均匀度,使槽内温度更为均匀,可单独做低温、恒温使用及供给恒温冷源.制冷系统压缩机、膨胀阀和电磁阀等关键部件采纳进口产品,确保系统安全和率运行,可适合于不同的应用场合,同时提高制冷效率。

低温恒温反应浴的工作原理:通过热循环掌控器来掌控循环水温度,实现低温恒温的目的。
若设定的温度较高(或较低),则应对整个槽体保温,以削减热量传递速度,提高恒温精度。
搅拌器以小型电动机带动,用变速器或变压器来调整搅拌速度。
试验室常用的继电器有电子管继电器和晶体管继电器。
衡量恒温水浴的品质好坏,以水浴灵敏度为衡定标准。
假如要求设定的温度与室温相差不大,通常可用20dm3的圆形玻璃缸作容器。
电加热器热容量小,导热性好,功率适当。
室温过低时,则应选用较大功率或采纳两组加热器。
继电器与加热器和接触温度计相连,起到控温作用。
低温恒温反应浴的日常维护与保养:(1)低温恒温反应浴电源:220V50Hz,电源功率应大于仪器的总功率,电源必须有良好接地装置。
(2)低温恒温反应浴应安排于干燥通风处,仪器四周300mm内无障碍物。
(3)湿球水位的检查与调整。
积水筒水位不可过高使水溢出,积水筒过低使湿球测试布吸水不正常,影响湿球的精准性。
(4)低温恒温槽制冷开关关闭后,再次开启制冷开关应间隔10~20分钟(视环境温度)。

低温循环恒温槽使用说明书一、性能特点:1.低温恒温槽广泛用于化工、石油、医学、生物学、物理化学、计量、大专院校、电子仪表、科研机构等领域进行实验、检测和企业生产的一个冷热受控、温度均匀的场所。
2.恒温槽操纵系统采纳PID自动操纵,LED数显,它的外循环泵可把槽内恒温液体向外输出,建立槽外第二恒温场,扩大使用范围,泵流量6L/MIN。

2、把随机软管与外面两个管子连接起来。
3、使用前先用兆欧表测量电源插头相中地检查是否存在绝缘不良或短路情况,然后按规定加入水〔一般水面距离盖板30mm〕,否那么容易烧坏加热管,再接通电源,打开电源开关,温控表得电,设定温度到所需温度即可,具体使用参照以下仪表使用方法。
4、为了使恒温槽内温度均匀,可开启水泵使水循环。
5、本恒温槽加热介质最好使用蒸馏水,禁止使用河水或硬水,倘假设使用自来水,那么应经常在使用结束后,对恒温槽进行清洁工作,以防积聚水垢而妨碍恒温灵敏度。
5.本仪器采纳橡胶滚轮,移动时无声音,后面两脚带刹车,用脚往下扳动即可刹住,可固定机器。
6.正对机器时,靠近自己的管子为进水口,离自己远的为出水口。
7.本仪器发生故障后,应请专业技术人员负责维修以防发生事故。
【五】本卷须知1.设定温度≤室温时,能够关掉面板上加热开关,启动压缩机来操纵温度。

HACLW-06工业冷水机使用说明书宁波惠康实业有限公司为了保证机组能正常长久的使用,要求用户:在冬季断电时,但必须把机组内水箱的水水全部放掉。
一、概述本装置是以冷却水为主要目的的液体冷却机,使用于需要降低并保持水温的各类设备和装置。
本机由制冷系统,水循环系统和自动控制系统三部分组成,并自带不锈钢水箱。
制冷系统由进口的全封闭制冷压缩机,高效的冷凝、蒸发系统及进口阀件组成;水循环系统由水泵及安全旁通阀组成;自动控制系统由智能温控仪及继电控制系统组成。
整机具有操作方便,运转安全可靠的优点,性能达到国外同类产品的水平,是理想的液体冷却机。

四、操作注意事项1、日常点检与维护⑴定期清洗过滤网;使用1~2年后,用高压气枪清洗冷凝器。
⑵开机前,检查高压表与低压表,两表压力不得低于0.4Mpa。
低于0.4Mpa,检漏,充氟。
⑶制冷运转,高压不得高于2.8Mpa;低压不得低于0.2Mpa。
高压过高,清洗过滤网;检查制冷温度是否过高;检查风机是否正常。
低压过低,检查系统是否泄漏;检查制冷温度设置是否过低。
⑷表示被冷却液体出口压力。
当压力异常,检查管路是否异常或用手阀调节。

恒温循环水浴槽的操作是怎样的恒温循环水浴工作原理低温恒温循环水浴槽是接受机械制冷的低温液体循环设备,具有性能稳定、牢靠性高、功能全面、操作简便等多种优点,被广泛用于多个领域中。
操作方法(1)向工作室注入水至所需高度(之前应注意放水阀门是否在关闭状态。
放水阀在仪器左侧底部,打开左侧门可以看到)。
(2)开启恒温水浴的电源开关。
(3)将温控表设定到所需温度。
(4)开启加热系统。
(5)试验完毕,切断电源。
注意!温度掌控表的参数在出厂时已调好,使用者只可更改SV(温度设定)值,若需要更改温度掌控仪表的参数,请认真阅读温度掌控仪表的使用说明书。
注意事项(1)恒温水浴的使用电源为50Hz 200—240V的交流电源,电源电压过高会损坏恒温水浴上的仪器仪表。
(2)工作室应注入适量的水。
(3)加热管至少低于液面20mm。
(4)用户供应的电源插座电气额定参数应大于仪器的电气额定参数并有良好的接地措施。
(5)设备放置必要条件:设备后面距离墙壁应大于0.2米以上。
(6)适时检查漏电保护开关是否灵敏。
(7)再使用过程中水不要过满,离水浴上边至少保留10cm左右。

循环水浴简介:一. 概述HWH-5低温恒温槽是一种智能化的微机控温恒温槽,该产品具有以下优点:1、采用微机温控PID调节高新技术,控温精度高,有断偶保护和下限超温报警功能。
2、降温速度快于同类产品、噪音低、震动小,工作性能稳定、可靠。
3、进口pt100温度传感器。
4、国产品牌压缩机。
5、左右两边有折叠式把手,便于搬动。
6、专业设计的循环泵搅拌流量达每分钟8~10升,它的作用是:①槽内液体得以充分的搅拌,温度的均匀性和波动度控制达到设计要求;②恒温液体外引循环,建立第二恒定温度场。
HWH-5低温恒温槽广泛适用于生物工程、医药、食品、化工、冶金、化学分析、石油等领域,为用户提供一个高精度的、受控的、均匀的恒定温度场。
二、仪器结构DC系列产品由智能化温度控制部分、温度传感器Pt100铂电阻、循环搅拌部分、加热器、制冷部、不锈钢材质内槽以及外壳组成。

五、仪器的使用方法1、槽内加入液体介质,液面低于工作台板20~30mm左右。
2、连接循环泵进出管①不需要外循环(试样或器皿置于槽内使用)时,用软管把“进口”和“出口”连接起来。
②要外循环时,用二根软管分别把“出口”与槽外实验容器的进口连接,把“进口”与槽外实验容器的出口连接即可。
3、接通电源,开启“电源”开关,开启“循环”开关。
仪器上电后,上显示窗口显示测量值(PV),下显示窗口显示给定值(SV),该显示状态为仪表的基本显示状态。

The value can now be changed.2.Change value:Press to set a higher value.Press to set a lower value.Keep the keys depressed for the value to change fast.3.4.5.Excess temperature protectionThis safety installation is independent of the control circuit.When the temperature of the bath fluid has reached the safetytemperature, a complete shutdown of the heater and pump iseffected.Setting range: 20 °C to 120 °C•Using a screwdriver turn the setting screw to the desiredvalue.Recommendation:Set the excess temperature protector at 5 to 10 °C above theworking temperature setpoint.ED5.Troubleshooting guide / Error messagesU Whenever the microprocessor electronics registers a failure, acomplete shutdown of the heater and circulating pump is performed.The alarm light "" illuminates and a continuous signal tonesounds.The LED temperature display indicates the cause for the alarm inform of a code.•Defect of the working or safety temperature sensor.•The safety temperature value lies below the working temperature setpoint.Set the excess temperature protection to a higher value.•The circulator is operated without bath fluid, or the liquid level is insufficient.Replenish the bath tank with the bath fluid.•Tube breakage has occured (insufficient filling level due to excessive bath fluid pumped out). Replace the tubing andreplenish the bath tank with the bath fluid.•The wires of the working temperature sensor are interrupted orshort-circuited.After eliminating the malfunction, press the mains power switch off and on again to cancel the alarm state.If the unit cannot be returned to operation, contact an authorized JULABO service station.Disturbances that are not indicated.Pump motor overload protectionThe pump motor is protected against overloading. Preparations 5.1. Installation•Place the unit on an even surface on a pad made of non-flammable material.•Set selector dial for cooling machine (16) in position "0" for operation with ED circulator.(only F25, F26) •Keep at least 20 cm of open space on the front and rear venting grids.•Do not set up the unit in the immediate vicinity of heat sources and do not expose to sun light. •Before operating the unit after transport, wait about one hour after setting it up. Switchingon / Start – Stop•Switching on:Circulator and cooling machine may be turned on and off withseparate mains switches. The integrated control light willilluminate to indicate that power has been applied.•The unit performs a self-test. The segments of the 4-digit LEDtemperature DISPLAY and all indicator lights will illuminate(asillustrated on the left).Then the software version (example: 11.0) appears. Setting the temperaturesFactory setting: 25 °C L Setting can be carried out in the start/stop condition.1. Press one of the keys for a short moment. Thesetpoint value instead of the actual value is indicated on thedisplay for about 8 seconds. The value can now be changed.2.
