甲方不得擅自更改酒店命名、标识、系统、设计等方面的内容。
5. 报告和核算甲方应向洲际酒店提交每月运营报告、财务报表、销售报告、市场调研报告及客户反馈报告等。
洲际酒店将根据这些报告评估酒店的运营情况，并根据需要提出意见和建议。
6. 管理费用洲际酒店提供管理服务的费用为酒店总收入的10%。
甲方应根据实际经营情况，及时支付管理费用。
