如W hat’s the population of…?How big is…? What are the famous tourist attractions…?,in the east of, have an area of, modern, convenient, attractive等。

作为了解一个城市信息的功能性语言,教师有必要在课堂教学中加以一定的机械性训练。

2 专有名词在本课中大量出现,虽然学生在此课之前已零星地接触到,但作为知识点在本课课文中尚属首次。

课文中主要结合“上海有哪些著名景点”提问引出了表达地点的专有名词。

教师可以根据Discovering Language 提示穿插各种不同类别的专有名词让学生进行操练,注意与定冠词the的搭配规律。

3 在6B的Traffic and Traffic Rules模块中,学生已学习过交通方式的表达法。
