这些标准或出版物的存在,在任何方面都不应该将那些遵守或不遵守它们的,是或不是是IPC的成员从制造者或出售者中排除开来,也不应该排除那些志愿使用这些标准的非IPC成员,不管这些标准使用在国内或是国际。

推荐的IPC采用的标准和出版物不考虑其中是否包括关于论文、材料、加工的专利。

因此,IPC不假定对任何专利所属者负有债务,同时也不对标准的采用当事人承担任何责任。

使用者必须对专利侵权的债务起诉负完全责任。

d类100w元件参数

d类100w元件参数对于一个采用普通元件制作的D类100W功放电路,其元件参数包括:1.IC1选用双D触发器CD4013。

2.IC2选用高速MOSFET驱动电路TC4426,该芯片在4.5V~18V供电范围内均能稳定地工作,其输出驱动电流高达1.5A,而输出阻抗只有7Ω,因此是驱动数字功放中MOSFET功放管的理想器件。

3.输出管选用NMOS场效应管IRFP140(100V,30A,150W)。

4.D1、D2选用高速肖特基二极管MBR150,如果买不到MBR150,也可以用其他同类型二极管替换。

5.T1用直径为1mm的高强度漆包线在直径为25mm的3C85型磁心上双线并绕8匝。

6.T2初级用直径为1mm的高强度漆包线在相同磁心上绕6匝,次级用直径为0.8mm的高强度漆包线在相同磁心上绕21匝。

7.L1用直径为0.8mm的高强度漆包线在T-157-2型铁氧体磁心上密绕64匝。

8.L2用直径为0.8mm的高强度漆包线在T-130-2型铁氧体磁心上密绕64匝。

9.如果该功放在工作时有噪声干扰,可在CD4013以及TC4426的电压输入端(靠近管脚)加装一只47nF的电容。

电阻均选用五色环金属化电阻,MOSFET输出管控制极的2.2Ω电阻功率为2W,3个470nF电容选用WIMA电容,其余电容为普通电容。

该机的供电电压只有13.8V,因而对电源的输出电流要求较高,电流要大于9A才能保证在大功率状态功放机正常工作。

如果条件允许的话,电源可以用输出电压为14V的开关电源改制。

10.输出阻抗在4-16Ω之间时,该功放均能正常工作,效率高于76%。

由于输出变压器T2的存在,输出音色颇有胆机风味,音响爱好者不妨一试。
