Section A 2a-2d
一、Teaching aims (教学目标)
1.学会谈论人们正在做什么及掌握现在进行时的问答。
词汇:go to the movies eat out movie just
句型:—What are you doing? —I’m watching TV
—W hat’s he / she doing?—H e’s / S he’s reading.
—What are they doing? —T hey’re watching TV.
—Is he reading? —No, he is watching TV.
2.小组学习法,保证每个学生都有机会参与学习,培养学生与伙伴合作的意识和策略,提高人际交往能力。
3.情感目标培养同学间的友好相处,规范自己的行为,同时能提高他们的观察能力和判断能力,激发他们对学习英语的兴趣和热情,在接近生活常态的交际中能乐于模仿,敢于开口,积极参与,主动请教。
三、教学重点
(1)掌握并运用描述人物活动地点的词汇:go to the movies eat out movie just
(2)掌握并运用简单的英语交际句型:
—What are you doing? —I’m watching TV
—W hat’s he / she doing?—H e’s / S he’s reading.
—What are they doing? —T hey’re watching TV.
—Is he reading? —No, he is watching TV.

“一般现在时”,“现在进行时”的区别和运用
五、教学流程:
Step1. Warm-up and revision(课堂热身和复习)
Step2. Presentation (呈现新知识)
1.教学单词go to the movies eat out movie just
Show the pictures and help Ss to identify what the people in the pictures are doing. Help them to describe each picture by sayi ng “H e/ she is …”
Help Ss to understand the key sentences.

Q3. Are Jenny’s parents at home?
No, they aren’t.
