导入局部运用一分钟的视频，询问学生在视频中看到了哪些东西，这个视频主要关于哪个节日，很好地导入到了新课。
然后通过分段、表格、思维导图、选南瓜做题或挑战等方式，加深了学生对文章的理解。
课堂的前半节主要都是关于对万圣节和文章内容的理解，后半节加强口语输出，利用幻灯片上的图片，搜索维基百科，设计思维导图，鼓励学生用自己查阅到的信息来介绍万圣节，其实也是对课文内容的复述。
最后，设计了辩论赛的环节，培养跨文化交流的意识。
本堂课教学环节完整，课堂容量大，趣味性强。
利用拍照上传功能、视频播放、计时器、白板书写及超链接等信息技术功能，很好地将信息技术与学科教学融合。
教师在课堂中只起到了引导作用，让很多学生都能参与课堂，勇于表达自己的观点。
缺乏之处：教师没能调动所有学生的学习积极性，仍然有一些同学只是在观看，并不愿意参与到课堂中。
辩论赛环节，学生讨论地并不剧烈，起来辩论的同学也缺乏辩论的热情，情绪不高。
教师在辩论赛的最后应该发表自己的观点，结束地有些匆忙。
一些学生答复下列问题声音太小，听不清楚。
教师也要加强自身素养的提升，让自己的口语更标准流利，努力让自己的课堂更具有感染力。
