对大豆价格的影响英语作文
对大豆价格的影响英语作文The Impact of Soybean Prices。
Soybean is a major agricultural commodity that is widely grown and consumed around the world. It is used for a variety of purposes, including food, animal feed, and industrial products. The price of soybeans can have a significant impact on the global economy, particularly in countries that are heavily dependent on soybean exports. One of the main factors that affect soybean prices is supply and demand. When the supply of soybeans is high and the demand is low, prices tend to fall. Conversely, when the supply is low and the demand is high, prices tend to rise. This is because when there is an oversupply of soybeans, farmers have to sell their crops at lower prices to avoid losses. On the other hand, when there is a shortage of soybeans, buyers are willing to pay higher prices to secure their supply.Another factor that can affect soybean prices isweather conditions. Soybeans are typically grown in warmand humid climates, and adverse weather conditions such as drought or excessive rainfall can damage crops and reduce yields. This can lead to a shortage of soybeans and higher prices. In addition to supply and demand and weather conditions, soybean prices can also be influenced by governmentpolicies and regulations. For example, tariffs and trade restrictions can affect the demand for soybeans and impact prices. Similarly, subsidies and other forms of government support can affect the supply of soybeans and influence prices. The impact of soybean prices can be felt in a number of ways. For example, in countries that are heavily dependent on soybean exports, a decline in prices can lead to reduced income for farmers and businesses, as well as lower tax revenues for the government. This can have a ripple effect on the wider economy, leading to job losses, reduced consumer spending, and slower economic growth. On the other hand, a rise in soybean prices can benefit farmers and businesses that rely on soybean exports, as well as the wider economy. Higher prices can lead to increased income for farmers, which can help to stimulate economic activity and create jobs.In conclusion, soybean prices can have a significant impact on the global economy, particularly in countriesthat are heavily dependent on soybean exports. The factors that affect soybean prices are complex and can include supply and demand, weather conditions, and government policies and regulations. As such, it is important for policymakers and businesses to closely monitor soybean prices and take appropriate actions to manage risks and seize opportunities.。

电子商务英语作文The Impact of E-commerce on Traditional Retail。
E-commerce, or electronic commerce, has revolutionized the way people buy and sell goods and services. With the rise of online shopping platforms such as Amazon, Alibaba, and eBay, traditional retail businesses are facing new challenges and opportunities. In this essay, we will explore the impact of e-commerce on traditional retail and discuss the implications for the future. One of the most significant impacts of e-commerce on traditional retail is the shift in consumer behavior. With the convenience of online shopping, more and more consumers are choosing to make their purchases online rather than in physical stores. This has led to a decline in foot traffic and sales for traditional retailers, especially in certain industries such as books, electronics, and clothing. As a result, many brick-and-mortar stores have been forced to adapt or close down.Another impact of e-commerce on traditional retail is the increase in competition. Online shopping platforms have made it easier for small businesses to reach a global audience, which has intensified competition in the retail industry. Traditional retailers now not only have to compete with other physical stores in their local area but also with online retailers from around the world. This has put pressure on traditional retailers to improve their customer experience, pricing, and product offerings in order to stay competitive.Furthermore, e-commerce has also changed the way traditional retailers operate. Many brick-and-mortar stores have embraced e-commerce by creating their own online stores or partnering with online marketplaces. This has allowed them to reach a wider audience and diversify their revenue streams. Additionally, some traditional retailers have integrated technology into their stores, such as implementing mobile payment systems, digital signage, and virtual reality experiences, in order to enhance the customer experience and stay relevant in the digital age.Despite these challenges, e-commerce has also presented new opportunities for traditional retail. For example, some retailers have leveraged e-commerce to expand their reach and enter new markets without the need for physical stores. Others have used e-commerce to collect valuable data about their customers' preferences and behavior, which has allowed them to personalize their marketing and improve their product offerings. Additionally, some traditional retailers have found success by offering unique in-store experiences that cannot be replicated online, such as personalized styling services, product demonstrations, and events. In conclusion, e-commerce has had a profound impact on traditional retail, changing consumer behavior, increasing competition, and forcing traditional retailers to adapt. While e-commerce has presented challenges for traditional retailers, it has also opened up new opportunities for growth and innovation. In the future, the most successful retailers will be those who can effectively integrate e-commerce into their business strategy while maintaining astrong physical presence and delivering exceptional customer experiences.。

商业化对体育完整性的影响英语作文
商业化对体育完整性的影响英语作文The Impact of Commercialization on the Integrity of Sports。
In recent years, commercialization has become an integral part of the sports industry. While it has brought significant financial benefits to sports organizations and athletes, there are concerns about its impact on the integrity of sports. This essay will discuss the influence of commercialization on the integrity of sports, including the potential for corruption, the focus on profit over fair competition, and the erosion of traditional values.Firstly, commercialization in sports has created an environment where corruption can thrive. The influx of money into the industry has attracted individuals and organizations with ulterior motives. Match-fixing, bribery, and doping scandals have become more prevalent, tarnishing the reputation of sports. The pursuit of financial gain has led some athletes and officials to compromise their ethics, undermining the fairness and honesty that should be at the core of sports.Furthermore, commercialization has shifted the focus from fair competition to profit-making. Sports organizations are increasingly driven by financial considerations rather than the spirit of sportsmanship. The emphasis on generating revenue has led to the prioritization of high-profile events and star athletes, while smaller sports and grassroots development suffer. This imbalance not only undermines the diversity and inclusivity of sports but also diminishes the opportunities for aspiring athletes to showcase their talents on a global stage. Moreover, the commercialization of sports has eroded traditional values that were once cherished. Sports used to be about passion, teamwork, and the pursuit of excellence. However, the relentless pursuit of profit has led to the commodification of athletes and the exploitation of their talents. Athletes are now seen as products to be marketed and sold, with their performance and image carefully crafted to appeal to sponsors and consumers. This focus on commercial success has overshadowed the values of fair play, sportsmanship, and camaraderie that were once the pillars of sports. In addition to these negative impacts, commercialization has also brought some positive changes to the sports industry. The influx of money has enabled the development of state-of-the-art facilities, improved training programs, and increased exposure for athletes. Sponsorship deals and broadcasting rights have provided financial stability for sports organizations, allowing them to invest in the growth and promotion of their respective sports. These advancements have undoubtedly contributed to the overall development of sports, but they should not come at the expense of the integrity and values that underpin them.In conclusion, while commercialization has brought financial benefits to the sports industry, it has also had a significant impact on the integrity of sports. The potential for corruption, the focus on profit over fair competition, and the erosion of traditional values are all consequences of the commercialization process. It is crucial for sports organizations, athletes, and fans to recognize and address these issues to ensure that the integrity of sports is preserved. Only by striking a balance between commercial interests and the values of fairness, honesty, and sportsmanship can we maintain the true essence of sports.。

It has a significant impact on consumers' behavior and society as a whole. While advertising can have positive effects, such as informing consumers about new products and stimulating the economy, it also has negative consequences. One of the most significant impacts of advertising is its ability to influence consumer behavior. Advertisements are designed to appeal to people's emotions and desires, making them more likely to purchase a particular product or service. This can lead to impulsive buying and the creation of false needs, which can be detrimental to both individuals and society. Moreover, advertising can create unrealistic expectations and stereotypes. 品牌对商家的影响英语作文
品牌对商家的影响英语作文The Impact of Brand on Businesses。
Brand is an important factor that can greatly influence the success or failure of a business. A strong brand can help a business to stand out from its competitors, attract more customers, and increase its revenue. In this essay, I will discuss the impact of brand on businesses and how businesses can build a strong brand.Firstly, a strong brand can help a business to differentiate itself from its competitors. With so many businesses offering similar products or services, it can be difficult for customers to choose which one to buy from. A strong brand, however, can make a business more memorable and recognizable, helping it to stand out from the crowd. This can lead to increased customer loyalty and repeat business.Secondly, a strong brand can help a business to attractmore customers. Customers are more likely to choose a business with a strong brand because they perceive it as being more trustworthy and reliable. A strong brand can also create an emotional connection with customers, making them feel more invested in the business and more likely to recommend it to others.Thirdly, a strong brand can increase a business's revenue. Customers are often willing to pay more for products or services from a business with a strong brand because they perceive it as being of higher quality. This can lead to increased profit margins and a more sustainable business model. So how can businesses build a strong brand? Firstly, businesses need to have a clear understanding of their target audience and what they want from a brand. This can involve conducting market research and analyzing customer feedback. Once businesses have a clear understanding of their target audience, they can develop a brand identity that resonates with them.Secondly, businesses need to be consistent in their branding efforts. This means using the same logo, colors, and messaging across all marketing channels, including social media, websites, and advertisements. Consistency helps to reinforce the brand identity and make it more memorable. Finally, businesses need to be authentic in their branding efforts. Customers can tell when a business is being insincere or trying to manipulate them. Authenticity means being true to the brand values and mission, and communicating these values honestly and transparently to customers. In conclusion, brand is an important factor that can greatly influence the success or failure of a business. A strong brand can help a business to differentiate itself from its competitors, attract more customers, and increase its revenue. Businesses can build a strong brand by understanding their target audience, being consistent in their branding efforts, and being authentic in their messaging.。
2000年考研英语作文商业捕鱼
The Impact of Commercial Fishing on MarineEcosystemsIn the dawn of the 21st century, the prevalence of commercial fishing has transformed the face of the oceans. This industrialized pursuit of marine resources, however, has not gone unnoticed by the delicate balance of life beneath the waves. The question that arises is: at what cost do we extract these resources, and what are the long-term implications for the marine ecosystems we depend on? The allure of commercial fishing lies in its potential for immense profits. As demand for seafood rises, so does the incentive to cast wider nets and explore deeper waters. However, this relentless pursuit of fish stocks has led to overfishing, a phenomenon that occurs when fishing rates exceed the rate at which fish populations can naturally replenish themselves. The consequences of overfishing are profound and far-reaching, affecting not only the targeted species but also the entire marine food web.One of the most immediate impacts of overfishing is the depletion of fish stocks. As fishing fleets become more technologically advanced, they are able to access andexploit fish populations more efficiently. This has led to a sharp decline in the numbers of many commercially valuable fish species, some to the brink of extinction. The long-term sustainability of these fisheries is now in jeopardy, threatening the economic viability of many coastal communities that rely on fishing for their livelihoods. Moreover, the removal of large numbers of fish from the ocean disrupts the delicate balance of marine ecosystems. Fish play a crucial role in maintaining the health of coral reefs and other marine habitats by regulating predator-prey relationships and nutrient cycling. When fish stocks are depleted, these ecosystems become vulnerable to collapse, leading to a cascade of negative effects that impact other marine species and ultimately, human society. The impact of commercial fishing is not limited to the oceans; it also has profound social and economic consequences. The decline of fish stocks has led to a decrease in fishing revenue, putting pressure on coastal communities that rely on fishing for their income andlivelihoods. This has led to job losses, economic instability, and social tensions within these communities. In addition, commercial fishing has also had a negative impact on the quality of seafood available to consumers. As fish stocks dwindle, fishing fleets are forced to casttheir nets wider and deeper in search of fish, often capturing species that are smaller, younger, or less nutritious. This has led to a decrease in the overall quality and nutritional value of seafood available on the market, affecting the health of consumers. The solution to the problems posed by commercialfishing is not simple. It requires a multifaceted approach that involves government regulation, technological innovation, and changes in consumer behavior. Governments need to implement stricter fishing quotas and enforcement measures to ensure that fishing rates do not exceed sustainable levels. At the same time, investment in alternative sources of protein and technological advancements in aquaculture could help to ease the pressure on wild fish stocks.Consumers also play a crucial role in addressing the issues of commercial fishing. By demanding sustainable seafood products and supporting fisheries that adhere to strict sustainability standards, consumers can send a powerful message to the marketplace that they value the health of our marine ecosystems as much as they value the convenience and affordability of seafood. In conclusion, commercial fishing has had profound impacts on marine ecosystems, human society, and the global economy. The time has come for us to reevaluate our approach to this industry and ensure that it is sustainable not only for the present generation but also for future generations. By taking a balanced and comprehensive approach that involves all stakeholders, we can ensure that the oceans remain a vibrant and productive source of life and sustenance for all.**商业捕鱼对海洋生态系统的影响**在21世纪初,商业捕鱼的盛行改变了海洋的面貌。
商业对传统节日的影响英语作文
商业对传统节日的影响英语作文英文回答:The impact of commercialization on traditionalfestivals has become a growing concern in recent years. As businesses seek to capitalize on the festive spirit, the traditional customs and values associated with these celebrations have often become diluted or marginalized.Cultural Erosion:One of the primary concerns is the erosion of cultural practices. As festivals become increasingly commercialized, there is a tendency to prioritize entertainment and spectacle over traditional rituals and practices. This can lead to the loss of unique cultural traditions, as well as a superficialization of the festival's significance.Loss of Authenticity:Commercialization can also undermine the authenticityof traditional festivals. When festivals are tailored to appeal to a mass market, they often lose their distinctive character and become more homogenized. This can create a sense of inauthenticity and diminish the emotional connection that people feel with the festival.Environmental Impact:The increased consumption and commercial activities associated with commercialized festivals can have a significant impact on the environment. The production of festival merchandise, decorations, and food waste all contribute to pollution and environmental degradation.Social Inequality:Commercialization can also exacerbate social inequality. The cost of participating in festivals can becomeprohibitive for those from lower socioeconomic backgrounds, creating a divide between those who can enjoy thefestivities and those who cannot.Solutions and Recommendations:To address these concerns, it is essential to strike a balance between preserving traditional values and adapting to the changing needs of society. Some potential solutions include:Promoting cultural education: Encourage schools and community organizations to educate people about thecultural significance of festivals and the importance of preserving traditional practices.Supporting local artisans: Provide platforms for local artisans to showcase their skills and products, ensuring that traditional crafts are not lost.Encouraging sustainable practices: Implement measures to reduce the environmental impact of festivals, such as promoting recycling, using eco-friendly materials, and minimizing food waste.Fostering inclusivity: Make festivals accessible to people from all backgrounds by providing affordable options and inclusive programs.中文回答:商业化对传统节日的冲击。
商业化对传统节日的影响英文作文
商业化对传统节日的影响英文作文The Impact of Commercialization on Traditional FestivalsIntroduction:Traditional festivals have always been an important part of various cultures around the world. They embody the values, beliefs, and customs of a society and are celebrated with great enthusiasm and joy. However, with the rise of commercialization, traditional festivals have undergone significant changes. In this essay, we will explore the impact of commercialization on traditional festivals and analyze both the positive and negative aspects of this phenomenon.Positive Impact:One of the positive effects of commercialization on traditional festivals is the increased visibility and popularity of these events. Commercialization often involves marketing and advertising efforts that bring more attention to traditional festivals, attracting a larger audience and creating greater awareness of the cultural significance of these events. This can lead to a resurgence of interest in traditional customs and practices, helping to preserve and promote cultural heritage.Another benefit of commercialization is the economic impact it can have on local communities. Traditional festivals are often major tourist attractions, and by commercializing these events, local businesses can benefit from increased tourism and revenue. This can help boost the local economy, create job opportunities, and support small businesses that rely on the festival for income.Negative Impact:Despite these positive aspects, commercialization can also have negative effects on traditional festivals. One of the main drawbacks is the dilution of cultural authenticity. When commercial interests take over a festival, there is a risk of losing the original meanings and traditions that make the event unique. Commercialization can lead to the commercialization of traditional festivals, resulting in a focus on profit rather than preserving cultural heritage.Commercialization can also lead to the commodification of traditional festivals, turning them into consumerist events where the emphasis is on selling products and services rather than celebrating cultural traditions. This can detract from the true spirit of the festival and undermine its cultural significance. Conclusion:In conclusion, the impact of commercialization on traditional festivals is a complex and multifaceted issue. While commercialization can bring positive benefits such as increased visibility and economic opportunities, it also poses challenges in terms of preserving cultural authenticity and heritage. It is important for communities and stakeholders to strike a balance between commercial interests and cultural preservation to ensure that traditional festivals continue to hold their cultural significance and remain meaningful for future generations. Only by carefully navigating the impacts of commercialization can traditional festivals thrive and evolve in a changing world.。
商业化对体育运动的影响英语作文
商业化对体育运动的影响英语作文The Impact of Commercialization on Sport. The influence of commercialization on sport is profound and multifaceted, shaping not only the way we view and engage with athletic competitions but also the underlying values and objectives of the sports industry. This essay explores the various impacts of commercialization on sport, discussing both its positive and negative effects. One of the most significant impacts ofcommercialization on sport is the influx of funding. As sports become more popular and attractive to advertisersand sponsors, the amount of money invested in the industry increases dramatically. This influx of funds has led to improvements in facilities, equipment, and training methods, enabling athletes to perform at higher levels. Commercial sponsorship has also allowed for the professionalization of many sports, creating opportunities for athletes to pursue their passions as careers.Additionally, commercialization has led to the globalization of sport. With the help of media and technology, sports events are now broadcast to millions of viewers worldwide, fostering a global community of sports fans. This globalization has brought about increased competition and excitement, as well as the sharing of cultural values and traditions through sports. However, the commercialization of sport has not been without its criticisms. One of the main concerns is the impact it has on the values and ethics of sport. As the focus shifts towards profits and winning, there is a riskof compromising the original spirit of fair play and teamwork. The pressure to perform and win can lead to unethical practices such as doping and match-fixing, tarnishing the reputation of sports and athletes. Moreover, commercialization has created a divide between professional and amateur sports. As professional leagues and events attract more funding and media attention, amateur sports often struggle to get the resources theyneed to thrive. This divide can lead to a situation where only a privileged few have access to the best opportunities in sports, while the majority are left behind.Commercialization has also led to the commercialization of athletes themselves. With the rise of endorsements and sponsorships, athletes are increasingly seen as brand ambassadors rather than just competitors. This shift has led to a focus on marketability and image rather than athletic performance, sometimes at the cost of athlete welfare and long-term health. In conclusion, the impact of commercialization on sport is complex and multifaceted. While it has brought about positive changes such as increased funding, globalization, and professionalization, it has also given rise to concerns about ethics, values, and the commercialization of athletes themselves. As the sports industry continues to evolve, it is important to strike a balance between commercial interests and the values that make sport truly meaningful. This balance will require conscious effort from all stakeholders, including athletes, sponsors, and fans, toensure that the spirit of sport is upheld in the face of commercial pressures.。

This boost in consumer spending can stimulate economic growth and benefit local businesses, providing jobs and increasing revenue.Negative Effects of CommercializationDespite the benefits that commercialization brings, there are also negative consequences that cannot be ignored. One major concern is the commodification of traditional holidays, where commercial interests take precedence over cultural values and traditions. Companies often exploit these holidays as marketing opportunities, using them as a means to boost sales and profits without regard for the true significance of the occasion.Additionally, the emphasis on consumerism during traditional holidays can lead to overspending and materialism. Many individuals feel pressured to buy expensive gifts, decorations, and food, resulting in financial strain and debt. This commercialization of holidays can also contribute to the loss of meaning and authenticity, as the focus shifts from family and community gatherings to materialistic displays of wealth.Maintaining the BalanceIn order to preserve the essence of traditional holidays while benefiting from commercial opportunities, it is essential to strike a balance between commerce and culture. Companies and retailers need to be mindful of cultural sensitivities and values when promoting their products during holidays. They should seek to celebrate the traditions and histories behind these special occasions rather than exploiting them for profit.Likewise, consumers also have a responsibility to support authentic and meaningful celebrations of traditional holidays. By promoting local artisans, businesses, and cultural events, individuals can contribute to the preservation of their heritage and traditions. It is crucial to remember the true spirit of these holidays, focusing on family, community, and cultural connection rather than material possessions.ConclusionIn conclusion, the commercialization of traditional holidays presents both opportunities and challenges for societies around the world. While commerce can help promote cultural awareness and economic growth, it also risks diluting the authenticity and significance of these special occasions. It is essential for businesses, consumers, and communities to work together in preserving the traditions and values that make holidays meaningful. By striking a balance between commerce and culture, we can ensure that traditional holidays continue to be celebrated with joy, unity, and purpose.篇2Commercialization has become a prominent feature of modern society, with businesses capitalizing on traditional holidays to boost profits. While this trend has its benefits, it also comes with negative consequences. This essay will analyze how commercialization impacts traditional festivals, the advantages it brings, and the disadvantages it entails. The commercialization of traditional festivals is adouble-edged sword. On the one hand, it can help preserve and promote cultural heritage. For example, businesses often invest in advertising campaigns and marketing strategies to raise awareness about traditional festivals and their significance. Thisexposure can lead to increased participation in these events, as well as a greater appreciation for the traditions they represent.Furthermore, commercialization can stimulate economic growth by generating revenue for local businesses. During peak holiday seasons, shops and restaurants experience a surge in sales as consumers splurge on gifts, decorations, and food. This increase in spending not only benefits individual businesses but also contributes to the overall prosperity of the community. However, the commercialization of traditional festivals can also have negative effects. One of the main drawbacks is the commodification of cultural practices. When businesses exploit holidays for profit, they may prioritize commercial interests over the values and meanings behind these celebrations. As a result, traditions may be watered down or distorted to suit market demands, leading to a loss of authenticity and cultural integrity.Additionally, commercialization can exacerbate consumerism and materialism. The relentless promotion of products and services during festive periods can create a sense of obligation for individuals to spend money on lavish gifts and extravagant experiences. This pressure to participate in consumer culture can fuel unhealthy spending habits, increase debt levels, and detract from the true spirit of the holidays. In conclusion, the commercialization of traditional festivals is a complex phenomenon with both positive and negative ramifications. While it can help preserve cultural heritage and stimulate economic growth, it also risks diluting traditions and fostering materialism. To strike a balance between commerce and culture, businesses must be mindful of the ethical implications of their marketing practices and strive to uphold the values and authenticity of traditional festivals. Ultimately, a symbiotic relationship between commercial interests and cultural traditions can ensure that both aspects of society thrive in harmony.篇3The Influence of Business on Traditional Festivals: A Double-Edged SwordTraditional festivals hold a special place in cultures around the world. They are occasions for people to come together, celebrate traditions, and strengthen social bonds. However, the influence of business on these festivals has become a topic of debate. While businesses have brought new opportunities for growth and exposure to traditional festivals, they have also raised concerns about commercialization and cultural distortion. In this essay, we will explore the impact of business on traditional festivals as a double-edged sword. On one hand, the involvement of business in traditional festivals has brought many benefits. Business sponsorship and partnerships have enabled festivals to reach a wider audience and attract more participants. Companies often provide financial support, marketing expertise, and logistical assistance, helping festivals to grow and expand their reach. For example, the partnership between music festivals and major brands has led to increased visibility and attendance, making these events more successful and sustainable in the long run.Furthermore, businesses have also played a role in preserving and promoting cultural heritage through traditional festivals. Many businesses recognize the value of cultural traditions and have incorporated them into their marketing strategies. By supporting traditional festivals, businesses can help to preserve cultural practices, rituals, and customs that might otherwise be forgotten or neglected. This collaboration can benefit both the festival organizers and the business community, fostering a sense of shared responsibility and mutual respect for cultural heritage. However, the influence of business on traditional festivals is not without its challenges. One of the main concerns is the commercialization of festivals, where the focus shifts from cultural significance to economic profit. Businesses may prioritize revenue generation over cultural authenticity, leading to the dilution or distortion of traditional practices. In some cases, festivals have become commercialized to the point where they lose their original meaning and significance, becoming mere spectacles for entertainment or consumerism. Moreover, the involvement of business in traditional festivals can also lead to increased competition and commercial pressures. As festivals become more commercialized, they may face pressure to attract sponsors, maximize profits, and cater to consumer demands. This can result in the displacement of local traditions, the exclusion of smaller vendors, and the gentrification of festival spaces. In extreme cases, traditional festivals may even be transformed into exclusive events that prioritize corporate interests over community values. In conclusion, the influence of business on traditional festivals is a double-edged sword. While businesses can bring new opportunities for growth, exposure, and cultural preservation, they also raise concerns about commercialization, cultural distortion, and commercial pressures. It is important for festival organizers, businesses, and communities to work together to strike a balance between economic interests and cultural integrity. By promoting collaboration, transparency, and mutual respect, we can ensure that traditional festivals continue to thrive and evolve as meaningful expressions of cultural heritage.。

The Impact and Inspiration of Yu Ebao on CommercialBanksAbstract:The perfect butt joint of Yu Ebao with Celestica fund’s Zeng Libao has been recognized by Alipay’s customers; and it raised ten billion yuan scale in less than a month, causing great concern and discussion in the financial markets. The launch of Yu Ebao further accelerate the reconstruction of financial markets, which makes a visible shock to commercial Banks. Hereby, this paper is going to describe the body structure and business processes of Yu Ebao, analyze the impact of Yu Ebao on commercial banks, financial products and financial markets, and discuss three revelations of Yu Ebao on commercial banks.Key words:Yu Ebao, Celestica Fund, Alipay, Internet Finance, Commercial BanksI.IntroductionWith the development and popularization of the Internet, the Internet has had a profound impact on the development of the banking business. The mid-1990s to present, traditional financial services business of Chinese commercial banks have achieved a self-service via Internet. After 2010, a number of Internet companies, especially in the third agency who master the Internet entrance, constantly launch several innovative financial model products by using big data, cloud computing and data mining, andother modern information technology. For instance, the Alibaba company launched Ali small loans which was a big business enterprise innovation in the field of small and micro loans. Internet financial innovation gradually break down traditional commercial banking business in the financial aspects of the monopoly. June 2013, Alipay Network Technology Co., Ltd. opened Yu Ebao function, in cooperation with Celestica fund companies that became direct China's first Internet fund. As a new Internet-based financial products, customers transferred their moneys to Yu Ebao exceeded ten billion yuan in less than a month, causing great concern and discussion in financial markets.II.The body structure and business processes of Yu EbaoYu Ebao was launched as a value-added service in cooperation with Celestica fund company, which aimed at Alipay account’s excess reserves. Alipay users with real-name authentication can put excess reserves into Yu Ebao to purchase Celestica fund company’s Zeng Libao currency financial products that embedded within the Yu Ebao in order to obtain a relatively high income. Meanwhile, Yu Ebao’s assets still maintain liquidity, and customers can use it at online shopping , Alipay transfers, etc., which does not affect customers' shopping experience.2.1 The body structureEssentially Yu Ebao is a direct fund products which Celestica fund company embeds its Zeng Libao into Alipay ’s Yu Ebao to direct selling. Yu Ebao involved three direct subjects in the process of operation: Alipay Company, Celestica Fund Company and Alipay customers, as shown in Figure 1.Among them, Alipay Company is a direct marketing platform of Zeng Libao and a provider of the third-party settlement tool that customers ’ interface is Alipay but Zeng Libao's interface is Yu Ebao; Celestica fund is the fund publisher and seller who issues Zeng LIbao and then embeds it in Yu Ebao of direct selling; Alipay customers are the fund purchaser who transfer capital in or out through Alipay account to achieve the purchase and redemption transactions of Zeng Libao ’s fund.Alipay Company Celestica Fund Company2.2 The business processesYu Ebao builds an efficient, standardized financial management lines for customers, including 4 key aspects - rolling in, confirmation, consumption (pay), and rolling out, all using the network line operation mode.(1)Rolling in.It refers to the fact that Alipay customers roll idle excess reserves of their Alipay account into Yu Ebao, if the customers' account balance is zero, you can also pay by shortcut payment of debit card.(2)Confirmation. The fund company will start to confirm the share of the capital what you roll into Yu Ebao in the second working day,and the confirmed shares will begin to calculate earnings which included in the customers’daily total capital.(3)Consumption (pay). Customers can use Yu Ebao to purchase goods in a real-time payment, with equal convenience of Alipay payment. Customers using Yu Ebao for payment is considered as real-time redemption of Yu Ebao’s fund and the Yu Ebao to turn out.(4)Rolling out. The total amount of Yu Ebao can be rolled out at any time and then the transferred sum will reach Alipay in real-time, the maximum amount in a single day or month is 100 million yuan.Besides, thetransferred amount in real-time (including Consumption) do not enjoy the day's earnings.III.The impact of Yu Ebao on commercial banks(1)Commercial banks have long been the core of the financial services sector due to institutional and policy factors. Most financial services and channels are dominated and monopolized by commercial banks which are obviously in a strong position in the financial markets. But with the in-depth reform on various areas, China's commercial banks are facing an unprecedented challenges in the traditional business monopoly. Alibaba group as the representative of Internet companies, gradually penetrate the banking business by using the Internet and accelerate financial policies and institutions adjustment and innovation, which make an impact on traditional business of commercial banks. Today, Alipay company launches Yu Ebao in cooperation with Celestica fund, beginning to scramble for profits of commercial banks’financial services and demand deposits business. Although Yu Ebao is launched with the policy of “edge ball”, but much controversy violations come up. On the subsequent press conference, China Securities Regulatory Commission(CSRC) points out the Yu Ebao’s business in violation of the relevant provisions of "The Measures for the Administration of the Sale of Securities Investment Fund" and "Interim Provisions on the Administration of Securities Investment Fund Sales Settlement Funds". However, the CSRC did not suspend the Yu Ebao’s business on account of the innovation of fund sales model, and give it clear support. The agreement of Yu Ebao’s business reflects our government’s determination to speed up the reform and opening of financial services, supporting and encouraging financial innovation internet to compensate for the lack of commercial banks in many businesses, so that our financial services open to private capital with a major step forward . After the successful launch of Yu Ebao, the aggregation effect and the butterfly effect caused by it appear at once. "Huo Qibao", "Xian Jinbao", "Wacai APP Licai" and "Sina Micro Bank," are launched to carry out the Internet financial services business that have a competitive relationship with commercial banking-related businesses. Therefore, to some extent, the appearance of Yu Ebao weakens the position of commercial banks in the financial markets.(2)Compared with the demand deposits of commercial banks, Yu Ebao’s earnings are far more than the current deposit interest income of bank; for example, on June 6,2014, Yu Ebao’s 7th annual rate of return is 4.634%, while the bank deposit interest rate is only 0.35%, which will inevitably produce an effect on the bank deposit.(3)Compared with the commercial bank financial products, not only can Yu Ebao get higher return due to hold the monetary fund, but also ready to redeem fund for consumption or rolling out; it has good liquidity and demand deposits and there is no minimum purchase amount limit on users, you can buy one yuan; thus, the majority of Alipay users can get the opportunity to add value by "save pocket money", so then it may create a certain shock on the financial products selling of bank. However, given the fact that Yu Ebao is still in the promotion stage, first it does not yet support debit card online banking transfer; the second is for quick savings card and debit card payment, there is still a maximum amount limitation of transferring to Yu Ebao account;the third is Alipay company just temporarily introduce the Celestica fund, an asset management company that have only one product Zeng Libao, which is difficult to create a greater impact on commercial banks in the short term. But in the long term, if the domestic regulatory environment can be loosened and the limiting factor decreased, its impact on the commercial banks is likely to increase.IV.The inspiration of Yu Ebao on commercial banks(1)Launch similar products as soon as possible. Due to the advantages of commercial bank customers, capital and other unique advantages channels, especially with the congenital advantage of the business deposits that Alipay does not have, plus the appearance of Yu Ebao reveals the technology of Fund T + O redemption is fledged, so commercial Banks have the condition to launch similar products completely.(2)Strengthen the innovation consciousness of "customer-centric". The launch of Yu Ebao give the biggest inspiration to commercial Banks, which commercial Banks must maintain "customer-centric" in developing business, strengthen market research and accurately grasp the financial service needs of customers; then hold an effectively empathy and innovate products and optimize processes from the perspective of customers for the sake of improving customers’satisfaction.(3)Increase the in-depth integration of information technology and bank management. Information technology is of significant role in the launching of Yu Ebao, mainly in the following two points: First, make business processes more convenient.,For example, in order to make Alipay users simply click on the "Transfer" button to confirm the information and complete the fund accounts achieving a convenient "one-click to open an account" process; The second is to enable the Fund T +0 redemption into reality. Thanks to the fund company with big data, it achieves a precise estimate of capital liquidity, reducing the liquidity risk, and then makes the fund redemption become T +0 from the traditional T +2, T +3 , thereby enabling the Yu Ebao’s payment of real-time consumption into reality.VI ConclusionThe launching of Yu Ebao won great recognition of Alipay customers and also further accelerate the proceeding of the reconstruction of Internet on financial markets. Commercial banks must pay full attention to the changes by Internet banking and take initiative innovations and appropriate measures to adapt market changes in order to survive in the fierce competition.References:[1] Jiang Qinghai, Li Qingzhi. How do Yu Ebao change the bank[N] China Securities Journal, 2012-07-10[2] Xie Ping.
