【篇一】我校于11月10日,在集团的组织下,举行了本学期的期中考试,现我从学生在考试中的答题情况,学生成绩、试卷中反映的教学问题做以下分析,以及针对出现的问题提出几点我的想法。
本次考试,年级平均分为89.3,的是二(3)班93.2,较龙华校的平均分低1.6分,最低的平均分是87.1分,较龙华校低1分,优秀率为72.6% ,合格率为97.2%。
我校的优秀率高于龙华校3个百分点。
所以我们就在合格率和后五名的平均分拉开了差距。
所以,如果要缩短我校与龙华校的差距或者是把我们的总体成绩再上一个台阶,接下来的工作,要把工作的重点放在后十名这几个人上,优秀的学生是不用费力气教的,学生的高分是学生自己学出来的。
龙华的后5名平均分有四个班都在70分以上,而我校有3个班级都是60多分,还有一个50几分。
所以后十名的问题比较严重。
在监考及学生试卷中发现了几个问题:1. 监考过程汇中,发现学生答完试卷后不会检查,答完试卷后玩下笔,画画。
然而,试卷中有些扣分的地方,如果经过仔细检查,是完全可以避免的。
2. 纵观试卷,失分的部分多在听力部分,其中有个题型是学生没见过的。
但听力部分是我们相对比较薄弱的环节,平时练习的机会少,只有活动手册,而课本的听力磁带达不到练习听力的目的。
3. 个别学生题意不明确,明明是选择题,学生却由1写到10。
所以在练习过程中,要多关注这些学生,让他们自己理解题意,避免这样的情况再出现。
针对出现的这些问题,结合学生的实际情况,现提出几点想法:1. 夯实基础,将基础打牢,以不变应万变。
2. 充分利用优生资源,这样的方法能使优生更优,学习困难的学生,学困生虽不会把成绩提的很高,但绝不会更差或者放弃。
3. 精心设计随堂练习,尽量的将随堂练习题设计成考试题型,学生考试时不至于觉得生疏并多做一些听力的练习。
