五、实习展望
以后我的实习机会可能不多了,因为我立刻就要面临毕业了,毕业后我到公司工作可能有个实习期,但是那和此刻不一样。此刻实习不好也就算了,将来毕业实习,实习不好公司就不会要你,这是两个概念,压力根本不是一个档次。
第一是内部融资。它的特点是融资成本较低,因为自由资金完全由自己安排。的缺点就是筹集数额受公司自身实力限制。
第二是外部融资。主要包括贷款和发行债券和股票等等。银行贷款的审批程序比较复杂,时间跨度可能比较长。发行债券的费用相对较低,能起到财务杠杆的效应。最终敲定一个可行性的方案,当然我们还会对未来的产业政策和地方政策进行预估,并配套制定一些应急方案。
2.2实习中期
在维护好平台的同时,还要利用其它手段开发更多的客户,利用B2B网站发布自己的供应信息,同时还要利用展会、论坛、网站、商务部、海关数据等获取更多相关产品的买家信息,然后主要透过邮件对客户发函以建立业务关系。没有回音或是收到系统退信是很正常的,所以没有必要因为这些而灰心。

培训以后的学习和工作非常有用的。

实习的九方宾馆是一所成立于20xx年的四星级涉外酒店,酒店管理先进,客源市场广阔。

其餐饮部大致分成如下几个:中餐部和西餐部,我和同行7名同学的工作岗位中餐部。

九方食府是九方宾馆最主要的餐厅,主要承担的是宴席和宴请的用餐,餐厅员工有将近20人,包括主管两名和三名领班及服务员数名,工作繁忙。

二、实习过程中餐厅是酒店餐饮中最为辛苦的,酒店并给服务员们制定的岗位职责和工作描述,在刚刚走进工作岗位的几天,就像无头苍蝇,完全领会工作的流程和要领,只是听从领班和老员工的安排和手把手的教导。

庆幸的是所老员工对都的友好,主管还为每人安排了一名师傅,的工作。

在后面的日子里,都能熟练工作了。

我的工作除了摆台、折口布、传菜、上菜、撤台外,也得兼职勤杂工,扛桌子椅子、铺地毯等脏活、重活。

(3)关于我负责的产品
我是在一家在深圳有15年外贸经营历史的印度公司做电子游戏产品的外贸销售。

我目前负责的产品主要是,TV GAMES .EDUCATATINAL COMPUTER GAMES .EG:PS1.PS2.PS3.PSP.POP.XBOX.WII.AND SO ON.对于刚走出校门的我来说,电子游戏产品对我来说简直是一片空白。

所以我经常会去拜访工厂那边的负责人,虚心向他们请教这些产品的规格,材料,英文简写以及出口不同国家要注意的细节。

比如:出口中东时,所需要的的电子插头是:ROUND ,220V/50HZ
出口南美时,所需的电子插头是:FLAT.110V/100HZ

英语专业外贸公司的实习报告
时间过的飞快,为期一个月的实习结束了,在这段时间里,实习充实了我的学习生活,我学到了许多书本上无法体验的知识。

通过实习,我感触颇多,得到许多新的认识,对许多问题多了深一层次的思考。

回想起这两个月的生活,一个人在新的环境里,应付新的人际关系,本来就是挺辛苦的事,再加上工作的繁忙和紧张的生活节奏,这两个月来真可以用艰辛来形容了。

还好这一切我都挺了过来,相反这些困难让我更加的了解自己、坚定信心,也让我从中得到了深刻的认识。

以后我就是社会上的一份子了,责任也将越来越重。

实习,顾名思义,在实践中学习。

在经过一段时间的学习之后,或者说当学习告一段落的时候,我们需要了解,自己的所学需要或应当如何应用在实践之中,因为任何知识都源于实践,归于实践,所以,要将所学付诸实践,来检验所学。

然而,我们当然不希望实习仅止于此,那就太狭隘了。

我的实习,其实是工作。

在这两个月中,有太多太多的感触,一时竟不知道从何说起。

在此次实习中,我感悟颇多:
(1)坚持学以致用
我的工作是在公司的商务部见习外贸业务。

外贸业务员,算是与专业对口工作的不二选择了,而且我们
曾于大三进行过TMT模拟实习,对外贸流程有一定的了解。

然而经过在商务部一段时间的工作,我渐渐明白有时实际要比理论简单直接的多,但大多数情况下实际操作还是比理论要复杂、间接,通常是我在别人的实际操作中领会到了自己所学理论的重点及要旨。

值得庆幸的是在两个月的时间里,公司的同事领导给予了我热情的指导和帮助,而我也虚心向他们请教学习,在理论运用于实践的同时,也在实践中更加深刻地理解了以前没有理解透彻的知识。

(2)加强英语及专业知识的学习
对于外贸人员而言,不仅要掌握够硬的专业知识,而且还必须会用英语与外商交流、谈判及写传真、书信。

如果专业英语知识掌握不好,就很难胜任工作,甚至会影响业务的'顺利进行。

因此,在实习中要求我们加强英语的学习,掌握外贸专业术语基础。

(3)要有坚持不懈的精神
作为在校生,我们不管到哪家公司,一开始都不会给我们布置过多的工作任务,一般都是先让我们熟悉公司的工作环境,在这段时间里很多人会觉得很无聊,没事可做,便会产生离开的念头。

在这个时候我们一定要坚持,不能轻易放弃。

再者,在外工作不比在家里或者学校,做的不好挨批是正常的事,承受能力差的同学很容易放弃。

这时我们要直面问题,如果是自己的失误,一定要改正错误,吸取经验,争取不再犯;如果不是自己的责任也不要和上司顶嘴,领导有比我们更大的压力,他工作不顺心总要找个方式释放。

走上社会,要学着"宰相肚里能撑船",成大事者
心中必能纳百川。

我只身一人在外工作,刚开始的几天觉得工作无聊,再加上想家的情绪"作祟",真的有过放弃的念头,但是转念一想,我已经把行李带过来了,绝不能就这样回去,不能做一个逃兵,于是我坚持下来了,一个月,两个月......通过了这段时间的磨练,再加上四年远离家乡的大学生活,我的独立性越来越强。

我相信,以后不管走到哪里,我能很快地适应新的环境,这对于我自身是一项难能可贵的技能。

(4)要虚心学习,不耻下问
在工作过程中,我们肯定会碰到很多的问题,有很多是我们所不懂的,不懂的东西我们就要虚心向同事请教。

同时,我们也不要怕犯错。

每一个人都有犯错的时候,工作中第一次做错了不要紧,重要的是知错能改。

如此循序渐进,一定能够得到实质上的提高。

(5)要确立明确的目标,并端正自己的态度
平时,我们不管做什么事,都要明确自己的目标,到公司工作以后,要知道自己能否胜任这份工作,关键是看你自己对待工作的态度,态度对了,即使自己以前没学过的知识也可以在工作中逐渐的掌握。

因此,要树立正确的目标,在实现目标的过程中一定要多看别人怎样做,多听别人怎样说,多想自己应该怎样做,然后自己亲自动手去多做。

只有这样我们才能把事情做好。

通过本次的实习,我还发现自己专业知识中很多的不足,并为今后的学习指明了方向,同时也会为将来的工作打下一个良好的基础。

在学校的TMT模拟实习中,我每次填单总是填不完整,抱着"反正
不是真正的贸易,做错也没关系"的态度,时常不认真对待单据,经过这次的训练,我已经可以独立正确熟练地填制一些进出口常用单据。

经过两个月的工作,我的英语技能、制单操作和函电写作水平得到了提高。

这次的实习让我懂得只有通过刻苦的学习,加强对业务知识的熟练掌握程度,在现实的工作中才会得心应手,应对自如。

在实际操作中,我深刻体会到,国际贸易的中间环节多,涉及面广,除交易双方当事人外,还涉及商检、运输、保险、金融、车站、港口和海关等部门等。

如果哪个环节出了问题,就会影响整笔交易的正常进行,并有可能引起法律上的纠纷。

因此我感到自己应该多学点其它相关课程,并将各门知识综合运用。
