内容:通过Patrick身残志坚的事迹,探讨人生是否公平的话题。
课型:阅读新授课课时计划:2问题:生词量大,篇幅较长。
地位和作用:承担本单元语言输入的任务。
学情分析:知识储备:具备初步的阅读能力并课前已学习了本单元的生词。
学生特点:幼师班以女生为主、爱模仿、爱表现、不服输;他们对英语的学习兴趣浓,但缺乏主动性,依赖思想严重。
教材编写思路:话题——功能——结构——任务设计理念:融阅读教学于话题情景中,以教师为主导,学生为主体,以任务型教学法为主线,在师生互动中展开教学。
(二)教学目标根据《中职英语新课程标准》关于阅读课主要教学目标的具体描述,结合本课教学内容,具体从语言知识、语言技能、情感态度和文化意识三个方面制定如下教学目标。

张士柏1973年出生于美国加州。13岁时,他在 参加跳水训练时因事故受重伤。一个游泳健将顷刻间 变成四肢瘫痪,张士柏经受了人生最严峻的考验,他 没有气馁绝望,以顽强的意志勇敢地接受挑战,努力 适应生活,坚持学习,并且取得了常人难以想象的优 异成绩。在手术后第一周里戴着牵引用的钢帽时他就 开始了学习。起初,只能用嘴一页一页地翻书来读, 后来用一枝特制的笔套在手腕上,依靠稍能活动的大 臂带动小臂和手一笔一笔艰难地写字。为了不让大臂 的肌肉萎缩,他让家人把一个特制的哑铃系在手臂上 一下一下地举。经过反复练习,他终于能自己推轮椅 了,也能操作电脑和写字了。
