Essentially, he believes that companies need to learn how to manage their original thinkers in order to ensure that the business profits from their contribution. He also says, 'Original thinkers often find it difficult to drive change within the organisation, so they resign, feeling angry and disappointed. 上半年BEC中级真题及答案(网友版1)2012年上半年商务英语BEC中级真题及答案(网友版1)感觉这次的题目难度一般,有些题目挺难的有些题目一般般,所以整套题下来也算平衡了。

我一part part来分享一下吧。

1、阅读:我做阅读是倒过来做的,即顺序为54321。

别人都说BEC的算分是按题目来算的,所以改错和完型最多分,我个人觉得也应该先做。

我就按我做题目的顺序来分享一下吧。

(1)Part5 改错这道题目我忘记是讲什么了,不过改错不难,只要仔细做过每一道真题的这一部分,并且都分析过对错,这道题应该不是大问题。

我感觉上这次的改错比我们真题集四中后面两个都要简单,都是一些很明显的错误。

虽然我不知道自己做的怎么样,可是还能比较顺利坐下来。

(2)Part4完型我还记得在第一次做完型的时候真是悲催啊,一般都会错7,8道题目,但是后来我每一道题目的每一个词都分析它的用法,把每一篇文章都读顺,在不断的积累中既然慢慢发现完型其实不难的。

而且BEC完型很多词都是重复出现的,例如这次就出现了in terms of这个短语,还有一个rather than和except for,other than这类的选择(这几个词真题集中也出现过)。

所以对于这次的完型,个人觉得还不是很难。

(3)Part3这道题有些句子我看不懂~~~而这些句子刚好就是答案,所以有些题目我都是用排除法的。

这道题我做得不怎么好,起码我觉得比真题集的很多题目的都要难,因为有些句子比较复杂难懂。

这道题讲得好像是关于一个人rejected 了一个公司。

(4)Part2这道题不算太难,起码句子和文章都能看懂。

这次在后面的句子出现了两个例子,一个是用for examle来引出的,一个是用for instance来连接的。

还有一个句子是用As a result连接的。

这篇文章说的是如何评估公司的performance和个人的performance(还是把这两者连接在一起?不是记得太清楚了= = )。

先说说阅读吧我也没记答案,全是回忆啊,也不是大神,经常阅读一串一串错,听力更是差。

大伙不是有人想对答案,想不起来吗,我就把我能想到的写下来吧P1 好像第一道题是什么说这个钻石很scarce,什么的,好像选的D吧。

第二个不记得第三个好像是说什么尽管有innovation 但是还是不成功好像然后选的A 吧。

剩下的都忘了。

话说我看有人发答案写了两个A,我已开始也想写的,然后觉得不敢就没写。

P3 第一题说的是那个人为什么从哪个公司不干了,我选的是C吧好像,说是有更好的机会了第二题就说那个公司可能是怎么样好像选的也是C。

他好像说什么increase market share 还有也不increace 什么,然后我就选的那个什么扩展expansion第三题好像是说公司为什么不要那个人了吧。

我好像选的是那什么他跟经理不好协调什么的第四题说现在在招聘也不是什么职位吧,好像选的C 没人正被考虑第五题忘了。

第六题A 好像这个人管一个什么FINANCE公司吧P5 好像有个it is enough necessary。

然后一堆话说这是不是中式英语,求版主解答,改把enough 去掉吧然后听力。

P2 虽然我不知道该选什么但是他给的那几点我还记得一点点。

可能顺序和单词有问题啊能明白就得了大家一起谈论a,use technic b,volume c,humour,d ,know who e,as nature as possible f extra prepare g,well organise后面那个没记住。

考口语的时候,第一部分除了自我介绍之外,问的都是有关经济全球化的问题,像中小企业在经济全球话环境下怎样生存啊之类的。

我的口语是what is important when installing equipment in a factory?

口语感觉比较悲催,我同学考完出来说的part3 是招聘临时工,这个还比较简单,但是轮到我考的时候part3是问TV program的,完全没有准备这个类型的于是卡了很久整个人都蒙了,问的都是什么要包括怎么样的business program啊的。

第一部分也问了好多问题,问的都是应不应该穿正装的。

老师纯英音速度差不多是VOA常速。

前些问题,我没什么兴趣,答的也不多,后来最后一部分属于完全答High了,老师要收走我的题卡,我说务必再让我说最后一句。

其中她问我一个公司要开分部的话,要不要大楼都建一样的,我说当然,之后停了一下,举了一个交通银行的例子,同样的大楼也会给顾客一个导向行作用。

最后一个问题是你的公司某个产品已经证实有问题,你要怎么做和如何避免这样的事情再次发生,我的搭档先说的,之后我就顺着说了一个麦当劳曾经的一个案例,说了他们的问题和解决方案之类,还有值得借鉴。

Part1:问我partner最喜欢学习中哪一part,我的partner介绍了他喜欢的科目,而我呢,想起这个科任老师有提起过,就介绍了自己喜欢的学习氛围和环境。

接着又问了几个问题,例如“学生该不该到企业兼职?”“企业招兼职生应该注意什么?
进入第二part,我比较幸运,抽的题目是在真题中做过的“what’s important when advertising on TV?”partner的是“managing time”。

最后第三part,我们的题目是“we don’t have enough staff to finish the contract i n time which cannot meet the client’s needs”。
