I Sing the Body Electric我歌唱带电的肉体By Walt Whitman惠特曼1819-18921I sing the body electric,The armies of those I love engirth me and I engirth them,They will not let me off till I go with them, respond to them,And discorrupt them, and charge them full with the charge of the soul. Was it doubted that those who corrupt their own bodies conceal themselves? And if those who defile the living are as bad as they who defile the dead? And if the body does not do fully as much as the soul? And if the body were not the soul, what is the soul?2The love of the body of man or woman balks account, the body itselfbalks account,That of the male is perfect, and that of the female is perfect. The expression of the face balks account,But the expression of a well-made man appears not only in his face,It is in his limbs and joints also, it is curiously in the joints ofhis hips and wrists,It is in his walk, the carriage of his neck, the flex of his waistand knees, dress does not hide him,The strong sweet quality he has strikes through the cotton and broadcloth, To see him pass conveys as much as the best poem, perhaps more,You linger to see his back, and the back of his neck and shoulder-side.thesprawl and fulness of babes, the bosoms and heads of women, thefolds of their dress, their style as we pass in the street, thecontour of their shape downwards,The swimmer naked in the swimming-bath, seen as he swims throughthe transparent green-shine, or lies with his face up and rollssilently to and from the heave of the water,The bending forward and backward of rowers in row-boats, thehorse-man in his saddle,Girls, mothers, house-keepers, in all their performances,The group of laborers seated at noon-time with their opendinner-kettles, and their wives waiting,The female soothing a child, the farmer's daughter in the garden orcow-yard,The young fellow hosing corn, the sleigh-driver driving his sixhorses through the crowd,The wrestle of wrestlers, two apprentice-boys, quite grown, lusty,good-natured, native-born, out on the vacant lot at sundown after work,The coats and caps thrown down, the embrace of love and resistance,The upper-hold and under-hold, the hair rumpled over and blinding the eyes; The march of firemen in their own costumes, the play of masculinemuscle through clean-setting trowsers and waist-straps,The slow return from the fire, the pause when the bell strikessuddenly again, and the listening on the alert,The natural, perfect, varied attitudes, the bent head, the curv'dneck and the counting;Such-like I love--I loosen myself, pass freely, am at the mother'sbreast with the little child,Swim with the swimmers, wrestle with wrestlers, march in line withthe firemen, and pause, listen, count.。

《Body》
Shake your hair / Touch your ears / Open your mouth,学生能听懂并理解其意思。
What day is it today? What’s the weather like today ?
How are you feeling today?
《If you’re happy》

1Five Little Friends Make Music in the ParkIt was a beautiful sunny afternoon and school had just let out for the day. My friends and I were feeling restless with pent up energy after being cooped up in classrooms all day. We decided we needed to get outside and enjoy the lovely weather while we could."Let's go to the park!" Laura suggested enthusiastically. We all agreed that was a splendid idea. The park near our school has a big grassy area with lots of trees, a playground, and even an outdoor amphitheater with a stage. It's the perfect place to run around, have fun, and make a bit of noise without disturbing too many people. When we arrived at the park, it was quite crowded with other kids and families out enjoying the sunshine. We claimed a grassy spot near some shade trees as our base camp and dropped our backpacks. Immediately, Laura pulled out a beat-up old acoustic guitar from her bag."Who wants to play music?" She asked with a mischievous grin. We all cheered in agreement. Nothing makes a sunny day even better than making some music with friends.Tommy was the first to grab Laura's guitar. "I call dibs on guitar first!" He started strumming wildly and singing made-up silly songs at the top of his lungs. We all cracked up at his outrageous performances and ridiculous dance moves. Other park-goers turned to watch the commotion, some looking annoyed but most smiling indulgently at the energetic children. After Tommy had thoroughly entertained/tormented us on the guitar for a while, he passed it to Michael, who actually knows how to play proper guitar chords and songs. Michael played some pop songs we all knew and we eagerly sang along, not caring how off-key we sounded. A few little kids wandered over and started dancing around us, laughing gleefully.Next up was Sarah's turn on the guitar. Sarah likes to make up her own quirky songs with funny lyrics. One of her new numbers was all about the weird habits of her crazy cat. "My kitty Snickerdoodle thinks she is a princess, she demands tuna and cuddles and scorns all mercincies!" Sarah sang with feeling while we all giggled at her improvised kitty ballad.I was getting impatient for my turn on the guitar when Laura pulled out a second surprise from her backpack - a small portable keyboard! "Who wants to play some piano?" She offered with an excited smile. I immediately snatched up the little keyboard and got ready to show off.I've been taking piano lessons for years and I love creating my own melodies and improvising on the keys. I started playing a dramatic, crashing chord progression, letting the powerful notes ring through the air. Then I launched into a fiery original piano solo, my fingers flying across the keys with passionate energy. I could feel the music flowing through me into the outdoors.Sarah started improvising vocals to go along with my intense piano work. "The wind whispers stories, the trees stand tall, five little friends making music for all!" She sang, making up poetic lyrics on the spot. The others joined in too, humming and singing nonsense syllables in harmony with my playing. It sounded pretty cool, if I'm being honest. After my grand piano solo finale, we passed the keyboard around to anyone who wanted a turn. Tommy just kind of mashed the keys making a jarring cacophony that had us covering our ears. Michael played "Heart and Soul" and simplertunes he knew. Laura made up a pretty little melody, and even shy Samantha tinkered out "Chopsticks" haltingly.By this time, quite a few kids and parents had stopped to watch our little musical spectacle. Some of the younger kids were clapping along and dancing. A friendly older man who looked to be a grandfather strolled over to us."You kids are really something!" He chuckled. "Reminds me of when my grandchildren were little and loved to make noise any chance they got. You all have wonderful creative spirits, don't ever lose that!" We beamed at the kind compliment from the smiling stranger. After thanking the grandpa for his encouragement, we let loose with another raucous group singalong as Laura reclaimed the guitar. We must have played and sung for over an hour, not keeping track of time as we were having too much unbridled fun. Eventually, we started getting hungry and thirsty."Last one!" Michael called out, and then launched into a goofy rendition of the "Happy Birthday" song, changing the words to be about pizza instead of birthday cakes. We all cracked up and joined in with the impromptu pizza birthday anthem. What a perfectly weird way to wrap up our musical playtime at the park.Packing up our impromptu instruments, we were all sweaty and had funny tangled hair and grass stains, but we had had such an amazing afternoon making joyful music together. On the walk home, we vowed we would have to do it again sometime very soon. Maybe we'll even get brave enough to put on a real little concert at the park amphitheater next time and put out a tip jar! Either way, I know we'll always treasure these carefree days of childhood when the only things that mattered were friendship, sunshine, and songs.篇2Five Little Friends Singing and Playing the Piano in the ParkThe warm sun was shining brightly that Saturday morning as I made my way to the park near my house. My friends and I had agreed to meet there around 10am to hang out and have some fun. As I approached the entrance, I could already hear the beautiful sounds of music drifting through the air. My face broke into a huge smile when I saw the source - my best friends Emily, Jacob, Sophia, and Michael all gathered around an old upright piano someone had rolled out onto the lawn!Emily waved excitedly when she saw me. "Liam! Over here!" I hurried over, grinning from ear to ear. This was going to be such a fun day."Where did you find this piano?" I asked in amazement as I joined the group.Jacob shrugged. "It was just sitting here when we got to the park. Someone must have left it out here for people to play."I ran my hands along the battered wood of the old instrument. Despite its weathered appearance, the piano seemed to be in decent working condition. Michael was effortlessly picking out a cheery melody, his fingers dancing across the keys with practiced ease. Of all of us, he was definitely the most accomplished pianist.Sophia bounced up and down eagerly. "Oh, let's sing something! I've been practicing that new song we learned in music class." We had started learning two-part harmonies, soundtrack styles for choir. Her clear soprano voice ringing out as she launched into the opening verse of the song. Emily and Jacob quickly joined in, their voices blending together in lovely three-part harmony.I knew the words too, so I jumped in on the chorus with them. Michael just kept playing, seemingly able to follow our amateur vocals without even needing any music in front of him. As we repeated the catchy refrain over and over, I noticed we had started drawing a little crowd of delighted park-goers. An older man seated on a nearby bench bobbed his head along to our singing, while a young mom stopped pushing her stroller to listen, bouncing her baby on her hip in time to the music. We sang that song through a few more times, getting louder and more energetic with each reprise. When we finally let the last notes fade away, a smattering of warm applause came from the small audience we'd gathered. I felt my face flush a little with pleased embarrassment and pride."That was wonderful, kids!" The older man called out to us with a big smile. "Why don't you play us another?"Sophia giggled and Emily nodded enthusiastically. "Let's do that one we learned the hand motions for!"Soon we had launched into an upbeat song about friendship that had us singing, clapping, and moving our bodies in cheery choreographed motions. Jacob was a little off on some of the hand movements and Michael kept losing his place in the piano part because he was laughing so hard at our spiritedperformance, but we couldn't have cared less. We were just having the best time belting out silly kids tunes and hamming it up in front of our growing audience of park-goers young and old. When we finally took a break, there were quite a few people gathered around the old piano applauding and whistling their approval. I was amazed that our impromptu little concert had been such a hit! A few younger kids that had joined our audience ran up, complimenting our singing and asking if we could do any songs from the popular Disney movies they liked.Of course we obliged, immediately launching into renditions of "Let It Go" from Frozen and classics like "A Whole New World" and "Hakuna Matata." Michael did a remarkable job keeping up with us on piano, his talented hands effortlessly carrying the tunes while we vocal leads took turns singing the solos and harmonies. In no time our little crew had the kids - and even a lot of the grown-ups too - singing and dancing along. We kept up our performance for over an hour, continuously taking requests from the audience and trying our best to fulfill them, no matter how challenging. We might have been a ragtag bunch of ten-year-olds, but in that moment we were bona fidestars putting on the show of our lives for the sheer joy of musical expression and entertaining others.Eventually though, we were all getting pretty tuckered out. Michael's hands looked strained from pounding out song after song on the old piano keys, and the rest of us were flushed and slightly breathless from so much spirited singing. When we finally decided to take a real break, the crowd showered us with rapturous applause and cheers. I felt about ten feet tall from the praise and adulation! As the audience slowly dispersed, my friends and I just kind of collapsed in the grass around the piano, grinning at each other in amazed delight. We had just put on a whole impromptu concert without any preparation or rehearsal whatsoever and absolutely slayed it! I had never imagined that morning would turn into such a special, magical experience."That was the most fun I've ever had," Emily declared, still catching her breath. We all readily agreed.Jacob grinned. "Who knew we were such talented performers?""I don't know about talented," Michael said modestly, gently massaging his fingers. "But we definitely have heart!"We all laughed and joked around for a little while longer before reluctantly deciding we should probably get going. As we prepared to head our separate ways, I couldn't stop smiling as I looked around at my four best friends in the whole world."You know, we make a pretty great team," I said sincerely. "We should definitely do something like this again sometime soon."Four enthusiastic cheers instantly went up in affirmative agreement. In that moment, I felt so grateful for my amazing friends and the unique chemistry we had together. It was like we could accomplish anything and have the most incredible experiences, as long as we were doing it side by side.As we said our goodbyes and headed off, I found myself already looking forward to our next adventure - whatever it might be. Because I knew that no matter what, with my best buddies by my side it would undoubtedly turn into something wonderful and unforgettable. Just like our little Impromptu Concert in the Park.篇3Five Little Friends Playing Music in the ParkIt was a beautiful spring day, and the warm sun was shining brightly over Elmwood Park. The trees were green and full of life again after a long, cold winter. The birds sang sweet melodies as they hopped from branch to branch. It felt so wonderful to finally be outside enjoying the nice weather after being cooped up indoors for months. My four best friends Hannah, Jacob, Emma, Miguel and I had made plans to meet up at the park that afternoon. We were all so excited to spend some quality time together outside for a change. As I walked along the winding path towards our usual meeting spot near the big oak tree, I could hear the cheerful sounds of children's laughter ringing through the air. The park was filled with kids running around, riding bikes, playing on the swings and just having an all-around fun time. When I reached the oak tree, Hannah, Jacob, Emma and Miguel were already there waiting for me. We gave each other big hugs, happy to be reunited again."It's so nice out today! I'm glad we decided to come to the park," Hannah said with a bright smile. The five of us walked over towards the open grassy area where a few families had set up picnic blankets. We found the perfect spot under a shady tree and rolled out an old blanketsomeone had brought from home. We all plopped down, and for a little while, we just sat there taking in the sights and sounds of the park, feeling completely relaxed and at peace. After a few minutes of contented silence, Jacob spoke up. "Hey guys, I had an idea! Why don't we make some music together?"We all looked at each other with surprised but excited expressions. Jacob was always coming up with these fun, creative ideas.Emma clapped her hands together enthusiastically. "Ooooh yes! That would be so much fun!""But how are we going to do that? None of us brought any instruments," Miguel pointed out.Jacob just grinned mischievously. Then he reached into his backpack and pulled out a small keyboard. "Who says we don't have any instruments?"We all gasped in delighted shock. I had no idea Jacob had brought his keyboard with him today. Sometimes I wondered if that kid was secretly a musical genius or something."Jacob, you sly dog! I can't believe you brought that without telling us!" I exclaimed, laughing at my friend's sneakiness."Well, I thought it would be a nice surprise!" Jacob said with a proud look on his face. "So, who wants to play piano with me first?"Of course, we all immediately volunteered, eager to show off our mediocre musical talents. We decided Emma should go first since she had been taking piano lessons for a couple of years now. She scooted over next to Jacob, and they arranged the little keyboard on their laps.Emma cracked her knuckles dramatically like a professional pianist about to perform at Carnegie Hall. "Alright, get ready to be amazed, folks!"She and Jacob then broke out into a pretty decent rendition of "Heart and Soul" as the rest of us sat watching in amusement. It was pretty impressive considering they only had that tiny keyboard to work with. When they finished, we all clapped and cheered enthusiastically. Miguel was up next, and he and Jacob played a goofy, made-up tune with lots of silly sound effects thrown in. By the end, we were all cracking up at their silliness.Hannah and I teamed up for a performance, and we attempted to play "Chopsticks" together. Well, it sounded morelike a couple of baby elephants stumbling around on the keyboard than an actual song, but it was fun nonetheless. After about an hour of taking turns messing around with the little keyboard, we eventually got the idea to start making up silly songs about whatever random topics popped into our heads. Miguel kicked it off with an improvised rap about his love for pizza that had us rolling on the ground with laughter."Yo, yo, ya'll know what I crave? That gooey cheese and savory sauce that I can't wait to ingest! Pizza, pizza so delish! Eating one pipin' hot slice is simply the best!"Next up was Hannah, who sang a goofy little ditty about how much she disliked math class that went something like:"Oh Algebra, how I loathe thee,With your x's and y's constantly baffling me.I get so confused and plumb tuckered out,Those numbers and equations just make me pout!"We kept this ridiculous improvisational song chain going for quite a while. Emma composed a tune about her cat Snickerdoodle, Jacob rapped about his favorite video game, andI did a silly little number about the joys of sleeping in on Saturday mornings.By this point, we had attracted a sizable crowd of amused parkgoers who had stopped to watch our spontaneous little musical performance. Far from being embarrassed orself-conscious, we just played it up even more, feeding off the energy of our audience. A few little kids even started dancing around in circles, giggling at the silly songs we were making up.As the sun began to sink lower in the sky, casting long golden rays across the park, our energy levels finally started to dwindle after hours of nonstop singing, rapping and general silliness. With one final amusing, off-key group performance of "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star," we bid farewell to our newly acquired fans and packed up our little keyboard. We all collapsed back onto our blanket, tired but undeniably happy after such an incredible afternoon of musical merriment. Lying there together on our backs, watching the clouds lazily drifting by up above, we all felt that warm, comfortable sense of contentment that can only come from wonderful times spent with dear friends.Even after we eventually headed our separate ways home as the day drew to a close, the beautiful melodies of our silly, improvised songs seemed to linger in the air of the park, waiting to be continued another day when we would all gather again under the shady trees with nothing but smiles and music on our minds.。
