1.在前面四个模块中,您做了哪些事情?答:参加这次高规格的培训,我非常高兴,当然也常怀惶恐,担心自己学力之有限、头脑之愚钝,拖大家的后腿,影响班级成绩甚至是整个国培之收效。

在前面四个模块中,我主要做了以下一些事情,尚不知是否及格。

⑴模块一:按照模块学习内容安排,我检查了自己参加培训用的计算机硬件、软件环境,对所需要的软件:Microsoft Office 组件( Word 、 Excel 、 FrontPage 2003版)、概念图工具 FreeMind、Photoshop. CoolEdit,SnagIt、Adobe Reader、豪杰超级解霸3500作了补充安装,至于“以较快的速度访问本培训课程网站”,在我们农村小学,全校就一个Modem+路由器,能上网就不错了,速度只能寄奢望于电信的工作人员。

不知道该完成些什么任务,跟本组的同学打招呼、发信息,了解了案例的学习方法,最后领取了第八模块《关注光污染》案例分析作为自己的必选案例。

⑵模块二:理论方面,了解了教学设计前期分析环节的工作内容和作用及教学目标的分析方法,特别是新课程标准三维目标阐述方式、学习者主要特征因素的分析方法,以及在信息技术环境下学生的学习特点。

技术层面,学习使用概念图工具 FreeMind ,并依样画葫芦以《威尼斯的小艇》为例对本课的教学目标进行可视化工具分析、呈现。

⑶模块三:理论方面,了解了常见教学模式与教学策略及适用范围及如何结合具体的教学目标、教学内容和教学对象,选择恰当的教学模式与教学策略,设计教学过程和教学活动,结合本模块案例《有理数的乘方》就案例涉及的教学目标、学习者特征、教学内容等对其采用的教学模式与教学策略的有效性作评价分析。

技术上,进一步熟悉Word软件,收获到:新建及应用样式、复制、粘贴网络上的图片(与设备无关的位图)、给图片加上边框等技巧,设计、完成了《威尼斯的小艇》一课的电子课案。

⑷模块四:理论上,了解了信息化教学资源的主要类型及其在教学中的作用方式,如何运用资源收集的方法收集所需的教学资源素材。

2.学完这四个模块后,您有哪些收获?答:学完这四个模块以后,我收获颇丰。

(1)通过模块一明确了培训的目的与要求,培训的任务,时间安排,计分办法和考核方式,认识培训老师和指导老师,也认识了很多朋友,初步掌握了小组论坛的交流方法。

(2)通过模块二我对研究性学习有了新的认识。

初步掌握了Freemind这款使用简单、功能强大的软件。

(3)通过模块三明确常见教学模式与教学策略及适用范围,熟悉了Word的基本操作。

我还自己运用恰当的教学模式与教学策略促进信息技术与课程教学的有效整合,编写了一堂比较满意的教学设计。

(4)过模块四掌握了FrontPage制作简单网页课件的方法。

(5)对相关的理论知识又有了进一步的认识和理解。

2014年度全员培训学习总结李占营本人今年继续参加了河北省中小不教师全员培训的学习,本人就今年的学习培训的界面设计、就此次学习谈谈自己的看法、体会与收获:首先,本人感觉今年的培训学习和以前相比,和已往的培训大不相同。

如在注册方式上,有个人的网页和全新的界面,从个人网页型设计与全新界面角度看,给了我全新的感觉,感觉拥有了个人的网页界面,与班级界面与全体参训老师总体界面结合,形成了一个整体,既利于个人的学习,又利于老师们之间的相互交流、沟通与探讨,架设了一座桥梁,一座通往智慧的桥梁、一座沟通的桥梁。

其次,今年在课程学习设计模式上,采用了全新的模块化学习。

四大模块分别是:模块一的预热模块,包括培训导引和培训前期调查;模块二是公共课模块,采取自主选课方式,本人学习了《师爱的智慧》和《激发学生学习动机的策略》并完成了相关作业,还完成了教育叙事故事(问题解决方案)的作业;模块三是专业课模块,本人依照要求选取了六门专业课程进行了学习并完成了6份作业;模块四研修总结,本人参与了培训后期调查,并努力完成研修总结。

模块化学习在安排上次序有了先后,完成了前一任务才能继续下面的任务,层层深入,逐步学习完成。

尤其是在模块学习中,既有理论性较强的公共课程的安排,又有结合实际的专业课安排。

还采用了自主选课形式,使教师们结合自己的实际情况,参加学习培训,满足了老师们的实际需要,使培训更有针对性,更利于老师们的学习兴趣和参与度的提高,更有利于教师有针对性学习来提高自己。

第三、今年的课程设置上,无论是公共课,还是专业课方面更加贴近历史学科教学实际,这样的课程学习设置非常好。

既有理论学习,又结合教育教学实践和案例性学习,紧跟素质教育和教学改革的时代潮流,有利于教师师德的提高,有利于教师及时了解国家政策和正确解读,有利于教师更好地教学进而上好历史课,有利于教师教育、教学理论水平与专业能力的提高。

模块二:风险管理组织。

风险管理组织是专门为企业从事风险管理活动而成立的机构,是职业的风险管理执行者。

这个组织对于企业高层风险管理决策的贯彻和实施具有决定性作用。

模块三:财务运营和公司运营的政策、制度与程序。

所谓的财务运营政策和程序,其实是对财务决策的一系列规定,这对企业的风险管理工作也是至关重要的。

模块一到模块四总结与反馈
一,在前面四个模块中,您做了哪些事情?
参加培训一个月,从培训形式,培训内容,评分标准等都有了清晰的了解,自己业逐渐进入了状态,在老师的悉心指导下,前四个模块我认真完成了课程要求的作业,主要做了以下工作:
1,在第一个模块中,(1)登陆网页,修改密码,编辑和完善个人资料。

(2)下载并认真学习《学员学习指南》,了解中级培训网络课程。

(3)仔细阅读《平台使用手册》,认真学习《教育技术参考手册》和《软件使用速查手册》,熟悉网络培训环境,建立个人档案袋。

(4)认真学习“案例教学法”,初步掌握了案例的学习步骤,从给出的7个必选案例中领取了自己负责发起讨论和进行总结的案例《寻宝记》。

(5)认识主讲教师和辅导老师,了解同班同学,认识同组同学,并向大家打招呼。

2,在第二个模块中对《精心分析,适应变化》的学习中,我按照学习提示,带着案例阅读的五个思考问题进行了案例的阅读,并做出了自己的分析与理解,同时上传作业,与组里的同学一起讨论交流。

并下载、安装可视化工具FreeMind “思维导图”,用其制作和上传了可视化工具应用作品《单项式乘以单项式》第一课时教学设计。

3,在模块三中,我又通过对必选案例《有理数的乘方》的分析,学习了如何选择教学策略和教学模式,如何运用教学策略和教学模式,学到了如何进行教案设计,如何使用文字处理软件word进行教案编辑,并利用文字编辑工具制作和上传了《单项式乘以单项式》第一课时教学设计也进一步学习了如何美化自己的文档。

4,在模块四的学习时,也是最让我伤神费脑感触最多的一个模块,活动1的案例分析我早早的完成了,因为没有接触过frontpage,以前也没有听说过,我要给自己把时间留足,认真学习这个难点。

演示我看了一遍又一遍,反复揣摩,试了一次又一次,后来同事和我一起看演示,一起学习操作过程,可回到家后又不会了,直到很晚才让我艰难的完成了用frontpage2003制作网页课件,及时地交上了作业。

并完成四个模块的总结。

二.学完这四个模块后,您有哪些收获?
在理论方面:
1),认识了新同学,并掌握小组论坛交流方式;
2)深入理解教学设计前期分析环节的工作内容和作用;掌握教学目标的分析方法,特别是新课程标准三维目标阐述方式;掌握学习者主要特征因素的分析方法,以及在信息技术环境下学生的学习特点;会使用知识可视化工具进行教学前期分析。

3)了解信息化教学资源的主要类型及在教学中的作用方式;熟练运用资源
收集的方法收集所需的教学资源素材,并有针对性地选择合适的能够应用于课件的素材资源;掌握对各类资源素材进行加工与处理的方法;掌握网页编辑工具的使用,能对网页课件进行科学的评价。

在技术方面:
通过四个模块的学习,学会了新的软件,并运用软件完成了作业。

如:
1)运用概念图工具FreeMind完成《单项式乘以单项式》教学目标分析,运用Word文档进行《单项式乘以单项式》的教学设计运用FrontPage制作《单项式乘以单项式》的网页课件等,让我领悟到FreeMind、Word、FrontPage的强大功能的。

可视化工具Freemind和网页制作软件Frontpage分别是我在平时教学中很少接触。

在此次培训中,模块的学习给予了我很详细的指导,使我初步掌握了这两种软件的使用方法。

相信在以后的教学中,我可以有效地利用于教学
三.学完了前面四个模块的内容后,您对教学过程和教学内容有哪些意见和建议?
网络学习快捷方便,省时省力,提供的视频,教学软件对我们的教学工作有很大的帮助,但我认为如果能够多提供不同学科的案例,让不同学科的教师都能针对性的从中学到更贴近自己教学的知识,这样对实际教学的帮助可能会更大;其次,感觉对一些软件应用问题,应提供更专业的教师提供帮助。
