我的理想大学生活英语作文(13篇)

我的理想大学生活英语作文(13篇)我的理想大学生活英语作文篇1I still remember the day when i first came intothe campus with aflame mood and now i have adjusted to the colorful college life.I believe that almost every freshman has his own blueprint of the new college life. My college life can be described by threekeywords:knowledge, munication and health. With reference to the knowledge,i plan to listen carefully in the class and spend most of my amateur time in the library. Maybe some people will think that it is unnecessary to spend too much time on study in the university but i don’t agree with them.i think study is the main task for students even if you are a college student and it is the best time to develop the self-learning ability in the university. In addition to the knowledge,i hope to acquire the strong social skills. To achieve the purpose, i decide to try to participate in some students’ organizations.Though i am a little shy,i will tell myself to be outgoing and self-confident.I believe there is a stage on which i can show myself. For students,a strong body is also very important,so the last keyword of my ideal college life is health. In order to build a strong body,i plan to get up earlyand do morning exercise every day. After dinner,i will take a walk to relax myself.Above these all makes up my ideal college life and i believe that the real life is anything more than these .I am firmly convinced that i will live a meaningful college life if i follow my plan step by step.我的.理想大学生活英语作文篇2Early in senior high school, we longed to be eolled in a university and dreamed of our college life.In my dream, my school is just like a fairyland, my college life is rich and colorful, is full of challenge .I believe it has varieties of out-of-class activities and clubs which I can take part in after class to make my life more interesting and make more friends. Of course, living in a fortable capacious student dormitory with my new classmates is one thing that I am keen to. In the meanwhile, I hope that we have a mon interest, play together with, and enjoy the fun of our college life. Besides, I often imagine my college has a big library where collects manydifferent kinds of books so that I can read what Ilike and get a wealth of knowledge as well. From my point of view, great changes will happen between high school life and college life. At least, I am no longer in the same classroom. What’s more, college life,I think, is filled with much more freedom. In other words, I can have more time to do myown things. However, pared with high school life, I’m supposed to bee more independent and more self-control to adapt to my college life. All in all, I’m sure that my college life isideal if only I have abundant books to read, some bosom friends to keep me pany, a couple of conscientious professors to instruct me, and an easy access to improve my abilities.我的理想大学生活英语作文篇3Studying at university is my dream . I strugglefor this goal for many years . In September this year, I bee a student of South China Normal University ,and my dream has e true. I am satisfied with my college life ,but there are always some gap between ideal and reality. When I studied hard for the college entrance examination, many people around me encouraged me by describing the university life which will be Leisurely and No pressure .They always said that you would be liberated after the college entrance examination In my imagination,I will have enough free time to do what I am interested in in my university .However , ideal is always different from the reality. Everyday ,I am busy with the Maths homework which DRIVE me crazy instead of listening music Under the avenue at dusk . And My life is filled with corporation conferences.A quiet afternoon to enjoy a book. In addition to these ,I always don't have enough sleep ,which makes me feel tired and Irritable .The real university life is busy and Stressed, which is different from my imagination. At the same time , the real university life is as wonderful as my ideal .My university provide us many chances to show ourselves .For example ,I can join the club to make many friends .And I can Broaden the horizon by taking part in a lot of Academic petition.Although there are some gap between ideal and reality,I will cherish my university life And make good use of my time in the university.我的理想大学生活英语作文篇4In my understanding, if we refer to an ideal college life as a formal western dinner, then a high GPA, that is, Grade Point Average, should be the main course, while an active part in activities, together with associations, means the appetizer. Some romances, of course, play the role as desserts. They are the 3 key elements for an ideal college life. Those, however, are not what college life is all about. As we all know, college is wildly different from middle school. It connects not only adolescence to adulthood, but also the ivory tower to the real society. Therefore, the ideal college life is that I bee matured both physically and mentally, and that Iobtain qualified academic knowledge and get well prepared for society at the same time.Under this circumstance, I never expect my college life to be too ideal, or you can call it too perfect. It is not realistic to make all things on my own way, with everyone liking me, winning the first prize all the time, and so on. Of course, I’d like to lead a carefree life. However, this does little good to my future. What really helps is hardships like failure, betrayal, and unjust treatment. Only after experiencing those can I know what society is like, and what life is like.To conclude my speech, I wanna say, some positive experiences are surely part of the ideal college life. But, I should not forget about the negative sides. They are not less necessary.我的理想大学生活英语作文篇5With time goes by, it bees a bit hard for me to remember everything about myself at the first day of my college life. However, there was one thing for sure that I did feel quite excited and curious about my university. There is no doubt that students like me have struggled for a long time so that can be permitted to enter the university.Bringing with expectation, I got into Zhejiang Gongshang University. Generally speaking, its an interesting and fantastic place for us to study and live in. Every day a series of outgoing people getinto my eyesight. Curious and out of politeness, Id talk to them heart to heart. Here I make friends with my new classmates from everywhere around China. Whats more, time and weather permitting, I will enjoy jogging or playing basketball with my classmates on the playground, tired but happy. When staying in dormitory, I choose to read news online and sometimes watch a film for relaxing. However, a good student can never leave his study behind. When it es to study, hard problems never upset me, instead they arouse me. Rather than ignoring it, Id think carefully for a while and ask my classmates for help.To be honest, there are some things I don’t deal with properly. For instance, once I spent nearly a whole day playing puter games. Personally, we university students are already adults and its our obligation to develop ourselves in college by learning new professional skills. Not until we take a right attitude towards our study and life can we win a rich and colorful experience in college.我的理想大学生活英语作文篇6As we know, many people favor the idea that the college life is free and fortable, but I’d like to say it’s not true. As a matter of fact, my life in university is so busy that I wonder if my energy is enough. As to my college life, I divide it into four parts, including study and student activities.Firstly, I want to talk about the study. In my opinion, study is the priority in college. When I received the letter of admission in summer, I knew clearly that what I should do. So I make up my mind to study hard and pursue learning as much as possible.I’m greatly convinced that knowledge can change my life. Therefore, I often go to the quiet study room where many people study there. By working so hard, I get good grades in the exams.Secondly, student activities play an importantrole in our college life. To be honest, the student Union is a good place where one can develop social skills, get his abilities trained. I take part in many student activities. For example, I’ m a volunteer, teaching the kids to learn to dance and write. I think it’s meaningful for everyone to give a hand to others.I can also do some jobs in the Student Union, including receiving and sending fast mail, selling papers and magazines. I think they’re unforgettable and worthwhile experiences for me.In short, my life in university is busy but valuable. You can see that study brings me knowledge, student activities improve myself, library changes my horizons, the others things make me independent. They get all my abilities trained. And I see that the chance will e only if you have a prepared mind, so Im sure that I can achieve my dreams in college life. ’我的理想大学生活英语作文篇7After entering college, we found, to our surprise, that differences between high school life and college life are great. In high school, we always depended on our parents and teachers to solve all kinds ofdifficult problems. At college, however, we have to rely exclusively on ourselves. What's more, we have to learn how to get along with our classmates and roommates.Four years at college is an important yet very short period of time in our life. So it is always expected that we adapt to this life as quickly as possible. But it is a pity that not everyone can do so immediately. Here are some suggestions.First, get familiar with the main buildings on the campus. Spend one or two hours by yourself or with your classmates to go around the campus so that you can know the location of such important places as the library, the dining room, the post office, the clinic and classrooms. Next, try to be independent. Learn to do such things as making sound decisions on how to spend your time, how to spend your money etc, and washing clothes on your own. Furthermore, form good study habits. Talk with your classmates and learn from their good habits. Finally, try to take part in all kinds of activities to get out of your solitude and get on well with your classmates.我的理想大学生活英语作文篇8In our real life, it is really a period of hardship for us to adapt ourselves to new school life. However, being active is of necessity and we will fall in love with the new life.As for me, my middle school life is made up of pressure and I feel quite busy. With the intention to be admitted into a key university, I often stay uplate to prepare for the college examination, which leads to my tiredness and makes me feel stressed. In the same time, apart from endless homework, I am also occupied with a number of exams and exercises. So busy am I that I have no time to relax myself. In terms of ideal college life, it must be fabulous and provides me much freedom. What’s more, studying in a brand new environment, I have to form a habit of dealing with things by myself. With more freedom, it’s likely that I could devote myself to getting further education on the subject I like.As all those have differences between middle school and college life, I consider it necessary to get used to the new life quickly. Thus, with the expectation of having a wonderful college life, I must make an organized and detailed plan that I can stick to. Meanwhile, it’s vital for me to participate in various activities actively, during which I am supposed to make acquaintances with new friends and have a better understanding of the outside world as well.我的理想大学生活英语作文篇9Hello everyone.Today Im glad to be here to give a speech about my fresh experience in China Agriculture University.First I must say the campus life is really different from what I have experienced in high school. For instance,I used to lean upon my dormitory teacher to wake me up on time. But now I have to set several alarm clocks to make myself could hear them in the morning otherwise I would miss my class. And then even worse there would be nobody remind me except my teacher! So the differences are everywhere and I could easily find them. The change of life is great and its wonderful:I have more time of my own and the rights to decide how I live.My campus activities are rich andcolorful.Learning English has bee a habit to me cause I plan to study abroad in next few years.Playing Guzheng is my favorite activity.I have kept on practising it since I was a little girl and I wish to win more petitions in my campus life. Our university has the first level equipments and the most experienced teachers, also has the best students(laugh).I consider it to be a honor that Ive got a chance to study here and I sincerely hope that we could live wonderful lives in our campus!我的理想大学生活英语作文篇10Ladies and Gentlemen,Today I’d like to talk you my ideal university life.In my view, college is a holy place that I had dreamed about it for a long time. it will be a palace where we can have a wonderful life and achieve our goals.Being a university student, the most important thing should be study.I will spend more time in the library, reading books. But study well is not enough. We are supposed to join some kinds of activities or have a part-time job , this can not only to improveour abilities but also prepare for entering the society.Besides, an ideal college life also means making some true friends. I will find some friends who can share pains and happiness with. Entering the college I should learn to be more independent and face up to all challenges bravely. This can make me bee mature both physically and mentally. In college life what really helps is hardships like failure. Some positive experiences are surely part of the ideal college life, but negative sides are not less necessary. As a member of the hundreds of thousandsuniversitystudents, I don’t want to lead a nothing-special life. Therefore, I'm supposed to have my own guideline:Make choices that lead to a clearer vision of who I am, what I can do, and how I may tap my potential. That is my ideal university life. Thanks for your attention.我的理想大学生活英语作文篇11To begin with , I‘d like to say this is a good topic for me to describe what my ideal college life may be.It’s no doubt that college life is the most fantastic times during the whole life. It provides you with open environment to show your personality and petence.I had much image of college life before I went to college. I thought college life was wonderful with freedom, less pressure and happiness. However, my mind has changed since I attended college. I consider that my ideal college life should be spent like this:Firstly, I should guarantee my study which is regarded as the most important mission to me. I wish I can be taught by more qualified teachers and listen to the lectures given by knowledgeable professors. Therefore, they can deliver their thoughts to me to broaden my horizons. Besides, it’s lucky for astudent to be admitted into the ideal major following his or her first choice. As for me, I hope to learn finance and obtain proficient academic knowledge.Secondly, I should take part in prehensive activities, including English petition, football or basketball game, kind of clubs and so on. What’s more, taking part-time job is also a good choice to dealwith plenty of time. Most importantly, it’s a good way to improve my abilities and eich my experience. In a sense, theparticipant can get-round development. The last is related to habitation. I wish for fortable dormitory with necessary facilities including desk, chair, toilet, electric power and so on. In this case, I can put it to be decorated like home. All of what I said above is the context of myideal college life. Even if the real life is much different from the one, I’ll try my best to achieve it.我的理想大学生活英语作文篇12I once watched a movie named “Dead PoetsSociety” .Some words in it had left a deep impression on me, namely “seize the day”. Exactly, life is wonderful while time is fleeting. 3 month have passed since the day when I entered the college. This termwill have ended by Janaury , 20xx. So I need to seize each day of my college life.To make full use of my college life and lead an ideal one, I shall design a blueprint of this period. At the beginning of this semester ,my teacher asked we freshmen,“what’s the most important thingin co llege?” “Of course , it’s study.” I answered. As a student, I e to school to obtain knowledge, notfor other purposes. I’ll set up my mind to learn my major well, ranking in front. Because I’m not good at math , I need to set aside some time to make up forit .I swear to myself :I must overe the difficulty .In addition , since I have interest in English , I’dlove to study English as my second major . And I’m aimed at getting a bachelor’s degree.Important though study is ,it’s not the whole of my life .Time permitting , I definitely willparticipate in as many activities as possible .You know , the score doesn’t represent a person’sability .By taking up various activities ,I candevelop myself in more respects. Besides , I want to practice my drawing abi lity . It’s not only because my major is Architecture , but I also want my life artistic and poetic . WhenI’m idle, I can draw some pictures. It’s poetic, isn’t it?While all these aren’t the most basic, we can do other things on condition that we have a healthy body . Health is to me what water is to fish . So I will take more exercise to build up a strong constitution .In my ideal life , when individual study is over , I will go to the playground , and jog for a few laps . Day byday , I will grow stronger , then I can be energetic enough to realize my dream. All above is just about myself .But living in a society ,each person is a small unit, thousand ofunits consist of a group .He should make contributions to it, whether the contributions are great orlittle .So I hope to bee an honorable munist as early as possible . I will stick to the principle required and do what I can to help others within my reach.Allin all , I wish my college life could be arranged in good order .Not only can I learn well , but I can also have fun while increasing knowledge . In the ideal college life I assume, I can find a point to balance different relationships . I can handle everything confidently and without haste .I can live up to the expectation of the people who love me . So many I-cans , but I can’t take it for granted . After all , reality differs from dream . Anyway , I have faith in myself.Mysterious life continuing , I will go on seeking for the fortune somewhere along the road , and let the dream of my college life e true .I will make my life spectacular!Time flies , I will seize the day ! THANK YOU.我的理想大学生活英语作文篇13In my understanding, if we refer to an ideal college life as a formal western dinner, then a high gpa, that is, grade point average, should be the maincourse, while an active part in activities, together with associations, means the appetizer. some romances, of course, play the role as desserts. they are the 3 key elements for an ideal college life. Those, however, are not what college life is all about. as we all know, college is wildly different from middle school. it connects not only adolescence to adulthood, but also the ivory tower to the real society. therefore, the ideal college life is that i bee matured both physically and mentally, and that i obtain qualified academic knowledge and get well prepared for society at the same time.Under this circumstance, i never epect my college life to be too ideal, or you can call it too perfect. it is not realistic to make all things on my own way, with everyone liking me, winning the first prize all the time, and so on. of course, i’d like to lead a carefree life. however, this does little good to my future. what really helps is hardships like failure, betrayal, and unjust treatment. only after eperiencing those can i know what society is like, and what lifeis like.To conclude my speech, i wanna say, some positive eperiences are surely part of the ideal college life. but, i should not forget about the negative sides. they are not less necessary.。

1My Dream College LifeCollege seems like a totally awesome and fun place! I can't wait until I'm old enough to go to a university. Here's what I imagine my perfect college experience will be like:First of all, the campus will be like a little city, with lots of big buildings, pretty green spaces with trees and flowers, and maybe even a creek running through it. I'll live in one of the dorms, which I picture as a huge building like a fancy hotel or castle. My dorm room will be super cool - it will have two beds and two desks for me and my roommate, some comfy chairs, and we'll decorate it with posters, pictures, Christmas lights, and other fun stuff. We'll stay up late eating pizza and candy, watching movies, and playing video games.During the day, I'll go to classes, but they'll be way more interesting than school now. I'll get to choose what subjects I want to study, like dinosaurs, space, ancient Egypt, or coding and robotics. Instead of having a teacher lecture at me all day, therewill be lots of hands-on projects, field trips, and experiments. I really want to take an archaeology class where we get to go on adig and discover ancient artifacts and bones! In between classes, I can hang out on the big grassy quad area and play frisbee with my friends. We'll get food from the cool dining halls that are like buffets with every type of food you can imagine - burgers, tacos, pizza, ice cream, you name it. Or we'll go to the student center that has a food court, arcade, bowling alley, and movie theater inside. There will be so many fun clubs and activities to join too. I'll definitely sign up for the Quidditch team (that's like the fictional wizard sport from Harry Potter) and maybe the Dungeons & Dragons club. I'll get to go on camping trips with the outdoors club and see concerts with big-name musicians coming to perform on campus. In my free time, I can just explore the huge library with miles of bookshelves and get lost in fantasy novels. On the weekends, I'll get to sleep in as late as I want with no annoying parents nagging me to wake up. I'll go watch the school's football and basketball teams play their big rivalry games while cheering loud and proudly wearing my university's colors and mascot gear. My friends and I will hang outdowntown, going to restaurants, movies, museums, arcades, or whatever fun events are happening in the city.Oh, and I almost forgot - no homework or tests! Okay maybe a few, but nowhere near as much busy work as elementary school. Most of the work will be really engaging projects and papers about topics I actually find fascinating. Plus, I'll have way more flexibility to schedule my classes however works best for me, sleeping in or having long breaks to goof off whenever I want.I can't wait to get my acceptance letter in the mail! I'll be over the moon knowing I got into my dream school. Move-in day, I'll be crying happy tears while my parents take a million photographs of me standing in front of the iconic campus buildings. Then after they finally leave, I'll decorate my room with my new roommate and start my new adventure with a dry-erase board counting down the days until graduation. These will be the best four years of my life! That's my ideal college experience. It will be like summer camp, but better - no kids, and I get to live there for years instead of just a few weeks. College equals total freedom, a beautiful campus filled with fun activities, fascinating classes without the busywork, and making memories that will last alifetime. I have my fingers crossed that my real university ends up being just as awesome as I'm picturing!篇2My Dream College LifeHi there! My name is Tommy and I'm 10 years old. Today I want to tell you all about what I dream my life will be like when I go to college. It's really exciting to think about!First off, the college itself has to be really cool. I picture a huge campus with lots of big old stone buildings covered in ivy. There will be a massive library building filled with more books than I could ever read. The grounds will be beautiful too, with lots of green lawns, trees, flowers, and maybe even a pond with ducks swimming around. My dorm room is going to be the best! I'll have a cozy little rectangle of space all to myself. I'll decorate it with posters of my favorite superheroes and video game characters. My bed will be a lofted one so I can have a desk and beanbag chair underneath. And of course I'll have a mini-fridge stocked with snacks and soda.Classes are going to be awesome in college. Each day, I'll go to different rooms for different subjects like math, science, English, and history. The professors will be really smart and teach us such interesting things. I can't wait to learn about dinosaurs, outer space, ancient civilizations, and how machines work. Hopefully I'll get some fun and nice classmates to be friends with too. When I'm not in class, there will be so much fun stuff to do on campus. I'll probably join a bunch of clubs like chess club, robotics club, art club, you name it! That way I can learn new skills and make friends with people who like the same things I do.I also really want to play sports in college, like basketball, soccer, baseball, whatever. Getting exercise and being part of a team looks like a blast. And then there are all the amenities that colleges have - things like student centers, gyms, pools, theaters, cafeterias, and more. Can you imagine having a huge swimming pool right on campus that you can use whenever you want? Or a big gym with a rock climbing wall, trampoline pit, and basketball courts? Colleges really do have everything! My college will definitely have a gigantic dining hall too. I'll be able to get whatever food I want for every meal. Pizza, burgers, tacos, pasta, you name it - it will all be available. And of course there will be an unlimited dessert buffet with ice cream, cookies, brownies, pie, and cake galore. No more being told I can't have sweets, I'll be able to eat as many as I want! A kid's dream come true.On the weekends, there will be so much fun stuff happening on campus and around the college town. Colleges always have parties, movies, concerts, sports games, and other events going on. If I get tired of that, I can hop on a bus or take the train to explore the surrounding city. Imagine getting to go to amazing museums, zoos, theaters, pro sports games, and arcades every weekend! And the best part? No parents around to tell me what to do! In college, I'll be living completely on my own. I can stay up as late as I want, wake up whenever, and come and go as I please. Need to take a nap at 3pm? You got it. Want to play video games until 4am? Nobody can stop me. It will be the epitome of freedom and doing whatever I want.So that's what my ideal college experience will be like - a beautiful campus, interesting classes, amazing facilities, delicious food, fun activities, freedom from parents, vacations galore, and just doing whatever I want. To me, it sounds like the best thingever and I can't wait until I'm finally old enough to make it a reality. Only 8 more years to go!篇3My Dream College LifeHi there! My name is Timmy and I'm 10 years old. A few weeks ago, my teacher asked us to write about what we want to do when we grow up. Well, I really want to go to a super fun college when I'm older! Let me tell you all about the awesome college life I'm dreaming of.First off, the college I go to better have an amazing campus. I'm picturing a huge green field right in the middle with lots of shady trees to climb. There will be squirrels and bunnies hopping around everywhere. Maybe there could even be a little pond with ducks swimming in it! The buildings will all look like big old castles with tall towers and arched windows. I'll feel like a knight going to knight school!Speaking of knights, I really hope my college has a jousting team. How cool would it be to take a class on riding horses and jousting? I could learn to wear armor and carry a lance. Then I could challenge the mean kids who make fun of me to joustingcompetitions. That'll show them not to mess with Timmy the Tiny Jousting Champ! The dorms are obviously a huge part of college too. I'm imagining my dorm room to be a crazy fun place. First of all, I'll have super cool roommates who like playing video games and watching cartoons as much as me. No lame-os allowed! We'll hang up awesome superhero posters all over the walls. And instead of normal beds, we'll have bunks beds shaped like racecars. Maybe the bottom bunk could be a racecar bed that's red, and the top one could be blue! How awesome would that be for a sleepover? For classes, you know I'll be signing up for all the fun electives. I'm talking things like video game design, Lego engineering, outdoor survival skills, and swimming with dolphins. No boring math or history classes for me! And when I'm not in class, there better be a massive indoor playground where we can run around going monster crazy. Shoot, maybe they'll even have a carnival with rollercoasters and stuff! After a long day of class and playtime, I'll head back to my dorm to hang out with my roomies. We'll have a big movie screen that comes down from the ceiling for our nightly movie nights. We can make crazy snack mixtures like gummy bears andpopcorn and bring them into our littest chill room. Speaking of littest - there better be a stage for hosting our dope dance parties too. I'm talking disco lights, pumping beats, and maybe even a DragonVape machine! That's pretty much my ideal college experience in a nutshell. Just an around-the-clock good time filled with jousting, ice cream, Lego building, and dance parties. No boring lectures or piles of homework allowed! I'll be counting down the days until I can start my electrifying college life. A guy can dream, right?篇4My Awesome College DreamHi there! My name is Timmy and I'm 8 years old. Today I want to tell you all about my big dream for when I grow up and go to college. I've been thinking a lot about it lately and it's going to be sooooo cool!First of all, the college I dream of going to has to have a huge playground with the coolest jungle gyms and slides you've ever seen! And not just any old swings either - we're talking rocket ship swings that go way up high. There will be a massive sandbox too for building castles and burying treasure. Oh, andthe most epic seesaw that lets you do flips if you want! Recess will be the BEST.The cafeteria has to serve all my favorite foods like chicken nuggets, pizza, mac and cheese, and chocolatey cake for dessert every day. No gross veggies allowed! There will be an ice cream machine with every flavor you can imagine. I'm talking crazy stuff like chicken and waffles ice cream or even dirt and gummy worm ice cream. Doesn't that sound awesome?Instead of boring old classrooms, the college will have obstacle courses you have to climb through to get to each class. How fun would that be?! No more falling asleep at your desk. Gym class will be like a gigantic waterpark with huge slipnslides and a lazy river to float along. I'll be in crazy good shape! And get this - for math class, you literally learn by playing video games and solving levels. Imagine a first-person shooter but instead of shooting bad guys, you have to do algebra and geometry to get through doors or disarm bombs. I'd be so good at that!English class would be like writing your very own comic book or cartoon complete with drawing and illustrations. Maybe we'd even get to hire voice actors to do all the character voices.History could be acted out with costumes and props - no more reading from textbooks! Let's battlefield it.For science, we'd go on real field trips every single day. One day we might visit a volcano or explore a jungle, then the next day we're blasting off into space or diving underwater. Cool virtual reality could take us anywhere! No more homework or tests though. Instead, you'd just play educational video games and activities at home to get points and level up. Earn enough points and you get surprised with fun prizes like toys, video games, candy, or maybe even money. That's way more motivating than a boring letter grade. Our dorm rooms would be decked out like treehouses connected by bridges, vines, and tunnels to crawl through. You could even camp out under the stars on the roof if you wanted. Don't worry about showers or bathrooms either - they'll be themed like waterparks and arcades so everything is just a big playground! We could pick whatever wacky holiday we wanted to celebrate each month. Things like National Ice Cream Day, Talk Like a Pirate Day, or My Fuzzy Friend Day where you can bring your pets to school. There would definitely be a month-longChristmas celebration too with Santa bringing presents every single day. Can you imagine?!Instead of lame school rules, we'd all make up the rules together at the beginning of the year by voting on them. If a rule was really unpopular or didn't work, we could all vote again to remove it or change it. That seems a lot fairer than having grumpy adults make the rules for us.Transportation around campus would be just as awesome. Ditch the boring buses and cars - let's have go-karts, hoverboards, a monorail, or indoor Hot Wheels racetracks instead! That's way more fun than horrendously walking everywhere.Rather than suits and ties, the dress code would let us come to class wearing costumes, onesies, super hero outfits or whatever we wanted. I'd love to learn in my Spiderman pajamas or dragon costume. No more worrying about uncomfortable school clothes! And lastly, summer break would last forevvvverrrrr - like 10 months out of the year at least. Maybe we'd only have a month or two of actual class time then it's right back to vacation mode. That doesnt sound too unreasonable, right? So that's my mega dream for an ideal college experience fit for a kid. Endless recess, all my favorite foods, toys and games for learning, wacky holidays, zero homework, treetop dorms, costumes everyday, months of summer break - it would be the BEST four years ever! A kid could definitely get excited about going to a college like that. Sign me up!Now I just have to work reeeeeally hard and be a great student so I can make my rad college dreams come true. Keeping my fingers crossed! Let me know if you have any other ideas to make my dream college even more epic. Thanks for listening!篇5My Dream College LifeHi there! My name is Jimmy and I'm a 3rd grader at Sunny Hills Elementary School. Today I'm going to tell you all about what I dream college will be like when I grow up and go to university. It's going to be so exciting!First of all, the college campus itself is going to be huge! Bigger than the biggest mall or park I've ever seen. There will be tons of big brick buildings with libraries, classrooms, labs, cafeterias, and dorms where all the students live. The grounds will be beautiful with lots of trees, gardens, walking paths andeven a huge sports stadium in the middle. I can't wait to explore every nook and cranny of the whole place. My dorm room is where I'll live and study. It will be a decent size with room for a twin bed, desk, dresser, and maybe even a couch if I'm lucky. I'll have a roommate too who will hopefully be really cool. We'll stay up late studying together, telling jokes, eating snacks from the vending machine, and becoming best buds. On the weekends we can go see movies, play video games, or just hang out.My classes will be so interesting and taught by professors who are experts in their fields. They'll stand up at the front of huge lecture halls filled with hundreds of students, speaking into microphones while they present their PowerPoint slides up on the big screen. I'll take diligent notes and ask lots of questions. If I don't understand something, I can always go to their office hours for extra help.In between classes, I'll hang out at the student union building to grab food, play pool or ping pong, or just relax. There will be clubs and activities galore - I can join clubs for my hobbies like chess, video games, basketball, you name it! I'll make tons of new friends with similar interests. We can enter competitions or just get together for fun.In my free time, there will be so many cool things to do around campus and the local college town. I can go to frat parties (whatever those are), poetry slams, art shows, comedy clubs, and amazing restaurants. The recreation center will have a huge gym, pools, rock climbing walls, you name it. Around town there will be shopping, movie theaters, museums, and parks to hang out at. I'll never have a dull moment! One of the most exciting parts will be football games in the fall. I'll get to be part of the rowdy student section and do crazy cheers to support our team. We'll tailgate beforehand, grilling up burgers and playing games in the parking lots. After our team wins (of course), we'll celebrate long into the night. It will be total chaos in the best way!During breaks like summers and holidays, I'll get to come home and see my family. My parents will be so proud of me for working hard and making good grades. I'll tell them all about the crazy adventures and experiences I'm having. My little brother and sister will be so jealous and can't wait until it's their turn!As you can see, I have a very vivid and exciting idea of what the ideal college experience will be like. It will be four years that fly by, filled with learning, fun times with friends, and becoming awell-rounded adult ready to take on the world. I can't wait to start applying to universities in a few years. College, here I come!篇6My Dreamy College DaysHi there! I'm just a little kid in elementary school, but I've already got big dreams about what my life will be like when I go to college someday. College seems like a total blast! I can't wait until I'm old enough to go.First off, I'm definitely going to live in the dorms on campus. My room is gonna be super cool - I'll have funny posters on the walls, Christmas lights hanging up, and my very own mini-fridge stocked with snacks and soda. Maybe I'll even get a lava lamp! My roommate and I will stay up late watching movies, telling stories, and pulling all-nighters before big tests just because we can. We'll become best buds for life. The dining halls will be like a magical land of unlimited food. I'll get to have ice cream whenever I want, with sprinkles and hot fudge and whipped cream piled sky high. And pizza! So much amazing pizza. I'll try a different crazy topping combo every day - pepperoni and pineapple, mac and cheese pizza, maybe even acandy pizza if I'm feeling crazy. No more yucky vegetables or brussell sprouts for this kid.My classes are going to be a total riot. I'll take courses on super cool topics like dinosaurs, Lego engineering, and candy manufacture. No more boring math or English classes for me! I'll get to play and build things all day long. And the professors will be really laid back, like "Hey dude, what's up? Let's go outside and dig for fossils today instead of taking notes." Or they'll just pop in a movie and we'll watch that instead of reading textbooks. Maybe they'll even cancel class if it's nice out so we can all go to the beach! In the afternoons, I'll hang out at the student union building playing video games, foosball, and hopping in the bouncy castle they'll definitely have set up. Or I'll head to the sports fields to toss around a football or frisbee. The coaches will be so impressed with my skills that they'll beg me to join every team. I'll be the star player for sure! After practice, it's off to the student clubhouses to attend wacky meetings for fun groups. I'll join the Professional Pillow Fighters club and we'll have epic battles where the last one standing wins. Or therees Appreciation Society where we just climb trees and chill out up there all day. Maybe I'll start my ownclub dedicated to my favorite superhero where we all dress up and go around serving justice!Once the weather cools down, we'll all have an epic snowball fight right on the quad in the middle of campus. I'll carefully pack my ammunition into sturdy ice balls so they'll sail farther than anybody else's. My side will be merciless - we'll pummel those stuck-up science majors into submission! Muhahaha! Then we'll all go inside for steaming mugs of hot chocolate loaded with mini marshmallows. In the evenings, there will be all sorts of fun activities around campus. Balls with colored wigs and silly string fights. Bowling nights where they grease up the lanes for some extra spinning and skidding mayhem. Chariot racing events where people sprint while pulling rickety chariots powered only by the muscular legs of their friends. I'll be sure to attend every zany event!Once I get a little older in college, they'll probably let me take my pet dinosaur to class for showand-tell. Or let me bend the laws of physics by running through the hallways trailing rolls of toilet paper for fun. Who knows, maybe I'll even get to pick the menus for the whole dining hall full of only my favorite snack foods!Oh man, college is gonna be the best time of my life! Sure, I'll have to hit the books once in a while, but for the most part it will just be activities, fun, and freedom all day every day. I can't wait to experience the total wackiness and do whatever I want! Just a few more years of elementary school to get through first. College, here I come!。

我的理想大学生活英语作文篇1In my understanding, if we refer to an ideal college life as a formal western dinner, then a high GPA, that is, Grade Point Average, should be the main course, while an active part in activities, together with associations, means the appetizer. Some romances, of course, play the role as desserts. They are the 3 key elements for an ideal college life. Those, however, are not what college life is all about. As we all know, college is wildly different from middle school. It connects not only adolescence to adulthood, but also the ivory tower to the real society. Therefore, the ideal college life is that I become matured both physically and mentally, and that I obtain qualified academic knowledge and get well prepared for society at the same time.Under this circumstance, I never expect my college life to be too ideal, or you can call it too perfect. It is not realistic to make all things on my own way, with everyone liking me, winning the first prize all the time, and so on. Of course, I’d like to lead a carefree life. However, this does little good to my future. What really helps is hardships like failure, betrayal, and unjust treatment. Only after experiencing those can I know what society is like, and what life is like.To conclude my speech, I wanna say, some positiveexperiences are surely part of the ideal college life. But, I should not forget about the negative sides. They are not less necessary. 我的理想大学生活英语作文篇2There are various kinds of jobs in the world, such as writing, nursing, teaching and engineering. Nevertheless, different people choose different jobs as their ideal careers. This happens mainly for the reason that everyone has his own interest. As for me, I have made up my mind to be a teacher chiefly for three reasons. First of all, I want to teach because I like the pace of the academic calendar. Two long vacations offer an opportunity for reflection, research and writing. Secondly, I want to teach because I like the freedom to make my own mistakes, to learn my own lessons, and to stimulate myself and my students. Moreover, I have the opportunity to keep on learning. Finally, I want to teach because, being around the students who are beginning to grow and change in front of me, I will find myself growing and changing with them. But teaching is no easy job at all. Therefore, I must study hard to acquire more knowledge. And, at the same time, I will make every effort to purify my soul so that I can become an architect of man’s soul.我的.理想大学生活英语作文篇3Today I’d like to talk you my ideal university life.In my view, college is a holy place that I had dreamed about it for a long time. it will be a palace where we can have a wonderful life and achieve our goals.Being a university student, the most important thing should be study.I will spend more time in the library, reading books. This can make me become mature both physically and mentally. In college life what really helps is hardships like failure. Some positive experiences are surely part of the ideal college life, but negative sides are not less necessary. As a member of the hundreds of thousands universitystudents, I don’t want to lead a nothing-special life. Therefore, I'm supposed to have my own guideline: Make choices that lead to a clearer vision of who I am, what I can do, and how I may tap my potential. That is my ideal university life. Thanks for your attention.我的理想大学生活英语作文篇4I once watched a movie named “Dead Poets Society” .Some words in it had left a deep impression on me, namely “seize the day”. Exactly, life is wonderful while time is fleeting. 3 month have passed since the day when I entered the college. This term will have ended by Janaury , 20xx. So I need to seize each day of my college life.To make full use of my college life and lead an ideal one, I shall design a blueprint of this period. At the beginning of this semester ,my teacher asked we freshmen,“what’s the most important thing in college?” “Of course , it’s study.” I answered. As a student, I come to school to obtain knowledge, not for other purposes. I’ll set up my mind to learn my major well, ranking in front. Because I’m not goodat math , I need to set aside some time to make up for it .I swear to myself :I must overcome the difficulty .In addition , since I have interest in English , I’d love to study English as my second major . And I’m aimed at getting a bachelor’s degree.Important though study is ,it’s not the whole of my life .Time permitting , I definitely will participate in as many activities as possible .You know , the score doesn’t represent a person’s ability .By taking up various activities ,I can develop myself in more respects. Besides , I want to practice my drawing ability . Day by day , I will grow stronger , then I can be energetic enough to realize my dream. All above is just about myself .But living in a society ,each person is a small unit, thousand of units consist of a group .He should make contributions to it, whether the contributions are great or little .So I hope to become an honorable communist as early as possible . I will stick to the principle required and do what I can to help others within my reach. All in all , I wish my college life could be arranged in good order .Not only can I learn well , but I can also have fun while increasing knowledge . In the ideal college life I assume, I can find a point to balance different relationships . I can handle everything confidently and without haste .I can live up to the expectation of the people who love me .So many I-cans , but I can’t take it for granted . After all , reality differs from dream . Anyway , I have faith in myself.Mysterious life continuing , I will go on seeking for the fortune somewhere along the road , and let the dream of my college life come true .I will make my life spectacular!Time flies , I will seize the day ! THANK YOU.我的理想大学生活英语作文篇5Early in senior high school, we longed to be eolled in a university and dreamed of our college life.In my dream, my school is just like a fairyland, my college life is rich and colorful, is full of challenge .I believe it has varieties of out-of-class activities and clubs which I can take part in after class to make my life more interesting and make more friends. Of course, living in a comfortable capacious student dormitory with my new classmates is one thing that I am keen to. In the meanwhile, I hope that we have a common interest, play together with, and enjoy the fun of our college life. Besides, I often imagine my college has a big library where collects many different kinds of books so that I can read what I like and get a wealth of knowledge as well. From my point of view, great changes will happen between high school life and college life. At least, I am no longer in the same classroom. What’s more, college life,I think, is filled with much more freedom. In other words, I can have more time to do my own things. However, compared with high school life, I’m supposed to become more independent and more self-control to adapt to my college life. All in all, I’m sure that my college life is ideal if only I have abundant books to read, some bosom friends to keep me company, a couple of conscientious professors to instruct me,and an easy access to improve my abilities.我的理想大学生活英语作文篇6in my understanding, if we refer to an ideal college life as a formal western dinner, then a high gpa, that is, grade point average, should be the main course, while an active part in activities, together with associations, means the appetizer. some romances, of course, play the role as desserts. they are the 3 key elements for an ideal college life.those, however, are not what college life is all about. as we all know, college is wildly different from middle school. it connects not only adolescence to adulthood, but also the ivory tower to the real society. therefore, the ideal college life is that i become matured both physically and mentally, and that i obtain qualified academic knowledge and get well prepared for society at the same time.under this circumstance, i never epect my college life to be too ideal, or you can call it too perfect. it is not realistic to make all things on my own way, with everyone liking me, winning the first prize all the time, and so on. of course, i’d lik e to lead a carefree life. however, this does little good to my future. what really helps is hardships like failure, betrayal, and unjust treatment. only after eperiencing those can i know what society is like, and what life is like.to conclude my speech, i wanna say, some positive eperiences are surely part of the ideal college life. but, i should not forget about the negative sides. they are not less necessary. 我的理想大学生活英语作文篇7my ideal job is a job which has the link with english, because my profession is english. i wish i would listen to,speak, read, and write english very well. we all know that english can be used inall walks of lifes. so i can not describe my ideal job correctly. maybe one day i will face to so many strange faces to speak english loudly, and they will praise me: oh, it is totally different !i just want to say what i should do now. i am lacking in knowledges and have no eperience that is worth showing off. if i still do not want to study hard , i will be eliminated by the society.i need to charge and improve myself. not only studying knowledges acquired from books, but also epanding the breadth of my knowledges. everyday do the same thing : accumulation of knowledge!i also need to make more new friends and communicate with them in english-practise english!i should be high-hearted. i am accumulating power and waiting for action!我的理想大学生活英语作文篇8To begin with , I‘d like to say this is a good topic for me to describe what my ideal college life may be.It’s no doubt that college life is the most fantastic times during the whole life. It provides you with open environment to show your personality and competence.I had much image of college life before I went to college. Besides, it’s lucky for a student to be admitted into the ideal major following his or herfirst choice. As for me, I hope to learn finance and obtain proficient academic knowledge.Secondly, I should take part in comprehensive activities, including English competition, football or basketball game, kind of clubs and so on. What’s more, taking part-time job is also a good choice to deal with plenty of time. Most importantly, it’s a good way to improve my abilities and eich my experience. In a sense, theparticipant can get-round development. The last is related to habitation. I wish for comfortable dormitory with necessary facilities including desk, chair, toilet, electric power and so on. In this case, I can put it to be decorated like home. All of what I said above is the context of my ideal college life. Even if the real life is much different from the one, I’ll try my best to achieve it.我的理想大学生活英语作文篇9I still remember the day when i first came into the campus with aflame mood and now i have adjusted to the colorful college life.I believe that almost every freshman has his own blueprint of the new college life. My college life can be described by three key words:knowledge, communication and health. In addition to the knowledge,i hope to acquire the strongsocial skills. To achieve the purpose, i decide to try to participate in some students’ organizations.Though i am a little shy,i will tell myself to be outgoing and self-confident.I believe there is a stage on which i can show myself. For students,a strong body is also very important,so the last keyword of my ideal college life is health. In order to build a strong body,i plan to get up early and do morning exercise every day. After dinner,i will take a walk to relax myself.Above these all makes up my ideal college life and i believe that the real life is anything more than these .I am firmly convinced that i will live a meaningful college life if i follow my plan step by step.我的理想大学生活英语作文篇10Studying at university is my dream . I struggle for this goal for many years . In September this year, I become a student of South China Normal University ,and my dream has come true. And My life is filled with corporation conferences ,so I can’t have aA quiet afternoon to enjoy a book. In addition to these ,I always don't have enough sleep ,which makes me feel tired andIrritable .The real university life is busy and Stressed, which is different from my imagination. At the same time , the real university life is as wonderful as my ideal .My university provide us many chances to show ourselves .For example ,I can join the club to make many friends .And I can Broaden the horizon by taking part in a lot of Academic competition.Although there are some gap between ideal and reality,I will cherish my university life And make good use of my time in the university.我的理想大学生活英语作文篇11In my opinion, university life is about enjoying yourself and realizing your dreams. The class timetable in the university is flexible, which gives students more free time. Some students spend it in the library, reading books. Their learning ambition is so high that they claim their seats as soon as the library doors open. But many prefer to relax doing something else, such as playing Gu-Zheng, an ancient Chinese musical instrument. As we students are getting older we can start making our own decisions. With this right comes responsibility. Most of us take part-time jobs as tutors to earn some pocket money- a few capable students will gain enough money to be self-sufficient. By teaching we realize the challenge of making a living. Some of my friendscomplain about the workload, though they admit that teaching also makes them confident. As their students progress, the tutors feel happy too. There are other exciting things going on at university. Love stories are an indispensable part of life on campus. Though it may cause both happiness and bitter feelings, many can't help lookingfor true love. . Personally, I'm a big fan of Korean actors. Bae Yong Jun is a Korean movie star who Chinese girls are crazy about. At one point last winter, even the way Bae wore his scarves became a trend. I learned four ways of wearing my scarves! And of course I also copy his hairstyle. But to be honest, I have some difficulty getting my hair into the right shape... But for a university student, the most important thing should be studying. When I was a freshman, one of our tutors told us to make good use of the best teachers while at university. “Make sure that by the time you graduate, there's a big difference between you, and those who haven't entered school yet,” he said. This piece of advice made a deep impression on me. Always keep studying! To me, it's simple. Life on campus is about finding one's priorities, and about being part of a group who work to achieve interesting and creative goals.我的理想大学生活英语作文篇12Everyone has his ideals. A businessman wishes to make greater profit; a farmer expects plumper harvests; a student tries to learn more and better. And However, one should be sensible about whether his ideal is well founded or not. If it is, one has to plan and work hard for its realization. Effort, skill and persistence are all necessary. And very often, one has to get help from others, including advice and support in one form or another. My ideal is to become a doctor. It is said that the field of medicine is a well-paid profession, but I take it as a lofty profession entrusted with saving people’s lives. T o realize my ideal I have concentrated on laboratory work to develop the analytical skills necessary to become a qualified doctor. Ijm sure^willjiealizejm^jidealjifrperseverejinjthisjpursuit.我的理想大学生活英语作文篇13everyone has his own dream, which can be realized or not and which can be different from time to time. however, there must be a long ndash;term one in one’s mind. in other words, it is not easy to be realized. i have a dream: to pass cet-6 before i grad uate from the university. it’s maybe easy for most of my classmates, but to me it is as difficult as cracking the hardest nut in the world.i have been studying english for about 10 years. it should not be the no.1 task in my university agenda, but too many failures forced me to do so. i entered one of the most famous universities in china with the almost lowest english mark among all my students. i was really disappointed about that. although i was not good at english when i was in the middle school, it was not at least about the average. i had no strength to face the frustration. after a semester’s study i was the lowest indeed. i have never cried for study before, but this time i shed tears. since then i made up my mind to pass cet-6 before my graduation.glanced back to my english studying experience, i realized that interest is one of the key factors to grasp knowledge. i study english only for the examination before, but not the language itself. that is the weakest point of me. i must overcome it so as to realize my dream. i made a plan: read one story until i can recite it each day; listen to the tapes related to the books as well. english is not so disgusting for me now. i will persist in doing so even after i pass cet-6. i wish my english would be as good as my native language in the future.。

美国大学生的生活(LifeofAmericanCollegeStudents)

美国大学生的生活(Life of American College Students)Life of American College StudentsIn addition to the progress of learning, the university environment has a great influence on students' attitudes, beliefs, self-confidence, behavior and future achievements. Universities in the United States generally allow students greater freedom to shape their campus life.Students' participation in school affairsA clear trend since 1960s is that students are demanding and getting more power in school decision-making. Many colleges and universities such as University of California at Berkeley, Columbia University and the Harvard University student protest reflects the students on what they think is the imperious and outdated rules of discontent, reforms and the demands of students is also involved in the curriculum and teaching plan. Although the media hype and actively participate in campus protests of students accounts for a very small proportion of all college students, but many school authorities should change policy, such as universal relaxation of the management of student hostels, more let students act, so that the traditional role of the school instead of away from parents, students have more courses freedom is allowed in the course. But the school authorities do not say that students have a say in hiring teachers and see it as a threat to academic freedom. For a long time, there has been an autonomous body of students at universities in the United States, with the primary aim of helping schools maintain effective collaboration with allstudents and provide students with direct experience inself-management. Student leaders are elected by the student autonomy council. The authority and function of students' autonomous organizations vary from school to school, while others participate in the organization of certain student activities, while others play a major role in the formulation of school rules and the disciplining of students. In late 60s the campus after the turmoil, some university students have increased their in the formulation and implementation of rules and regulations on power, some college students also increased patch members in the Council. An important factor is the students to participate in the voting rights amendment to the Constitution by 1970, the minimum age of the youth vote in national elections from 21 years to 18 years by many states, the legal age to 18 years from the age of 21.Recreational activitiesThe student's extracurricular activities are rich and varied university tradition, and is regarded as a valuable part of College education. But most students have a heavy burden of specialized courses and only participate in 2-3 organized extracurricular activities. Select the range of extracurricular activities is very wide, usually a drama, choir, debate club, film society, French club etc..Many colleges have recognized the first-class drama, and almost all are campus drama. Stage performance is usually associated with public speaking, English literature, and the training and creative activities of foreign languages and literature. Students' performances of drama, musicals and light dancingsongs often attract large audiences, such as students and local residents, in major occasions such as school celebrations;School radio stations are often presided over by students. Some radio stations have received national attention for their excellent coverage of local news events. The vast majority of colleges and universities to encourage students to publish various publications, such as daily or weekly, annual, literary journals or humor magazine, the journal editor and publishing manager have great responsibilities, are widely respected, so these positions become the goal of many students. Is the news department of the University, usually by the journalism school publication, but many famous universities such as Yale University magazine, the "Daily News" and "Daily News" of the University of Wisconsin, is the non professional undergraduate responsible for publishing the news. Various student publications emerge in an endless stream, they created countless emerge of itself and perish of itself, the writer and journalist. Norman Mailer, John Ashbery, John Updike is at the Harvard University magazine "crimson", and began writing career.Sports activitiesThe intercollegiate games in many institutions are sponsored by the efficient sports department, which is heavily supported by the school's finances. Some sports, especially rugby and basketball, are usually commercial,Large stadiums often All seats are occupied. At present, more and more institutions are beginning to reduce their emphasison sports competitions where only a small number of students can participate. Instead, they will concentrate on promoting a wide range of sports activities.Student unionThe first student union in the United States was founded in 1896 in, but it was not developed until 1930. As a community centre on campus, student associations offer social and recreational opportunities not only for students, but also for faculty, alumni and visitors. A typical student union building usually has an auditorium, a dining room, a snack bar, and some recreation rooms for dancing, exhibitions, music and video games.religious activitiesReligious activities on campus also vary from school to school, requiring students to go to school, church and church each day to allow students to participate in religious activities in a free and varied manner. Because of the separation of church and state in America, the classroom facilities in public schools can not be used for propaganda and education, but there is no limit to students' Extracurricular religious activities. In most non missionary colleges, many different church groups collectively appoint a school shepherd to deal with religious affairs in schools, and work with the school and the students who live outside the church. As American colleges and universities have mostly religious backgrounds, churches of various architectural styles have become a scene of the campus.Student dormitoryIf schools offer dormitories, the vast majority of American college students prefer to live on campus because it not only increases social and educational opportunities, but also costs less than renting private homes. Many colleges have regulations for students living on campus unless their homes are near the school. There are large hotel buildings, such as the Columbia University, while others are small peasant houses, such as Northwestern University. Accommodation conditions are very large, and some institutions have dormitories and bedrooms, but usually only bedrooms, with public reception rooms, study rooms, Kangle rooms, kitchens and laundry facilities. Some schools, such as University of Chicago, arrange undergraduate students, graduate students, students, medical students and law students to live on the first floor to promote contact and communication. Schools usually employ graduate or senior undergraduates as dormitory consultants who are responsible for managing the dormitory and mentoring academic and personal issues. Many colleges rely on male and female students' associations to solve most of the student accommodation problems.SororityThis campus named after 2 or 3 Greek letter fraternity from various literary societies in eighteenth Century and early nineteenth Century or reading development to start, often have secret nature, people will be mutual and keep a secret now, the sorority usually focused only on social and common interests. Men and women of various fraternity sizes, some association with branches in the hundreds of schools throughout the country, some clubs and some only very few, the male college students nationwide association has about 150 female students, the association also has about 65. There are countless local associations. After the civil war, American men and women fraternity began building housing for their members live, later also to non members to provide shelter. For their members, these campus buildings are the most important social centers. In recent years, the overwhelming majority of college students have given up discriminatory provisions when they recruit new members. Under the pressure of some social organizations, some institutions prohibit all fraternity organizations or only allow a small number of local friendship activities.Honorary societyIn many institutions, the highest honor for students is the Phi Beta Kappa, a social group founded in 1776, which later became a purely student honor organization and had chapters in more than 200 institutions. The main criteria for member selection are academic performance, although other conditions are considered. Almost all the subjects have the honor society, excellent students can join the selection, such as scientific research personnel Sigma Xi specially selected outstanding members, while Phi Delta Kappa is composed by the education luminaries.Association of alumni and alumni associationsAs early as in 1792, Yale University had the same grade meetingand no secretary. The first Alumni Association was founded at the Williams Institute in 1821, and since then, schools have followed suit. Almost all institutions now have their own alumni associations. The American Alumni Association, which is composed of alumni associations, aims to promote alumni activities and promote higher education. The annual homecoming of alumni is a major social custom in the United states. Institutions of higher learning have actively launchedfund-raising activities among alumni, and alumni donations have accounted for a large proportion of voluntary contributions to higher education.。

谈谈你对大学生活和学习和畅想英语作文

谈谈你对大学生活和学习和畅想英语作文

谈谈你对大学生活和学习和畅想英语作文全文共6篇示例,供读者参考篇1My Big Dreams for University LifeHi there! My name is Jamie and I'm 10 years old. I love reading, playing outside, and dreaming about my future. Today I want to tell you all about my big hopes and dreams for when I go to university someday!First off, I can't wait to move away from home and live on my own in the dorms. I've seen pictures of dorm rooms and they look so fun! You get your own little space with just a roommate or two to share it with. We'll have bunk beds and get to decorate however we want with posters, strings of lights, and cozy blankets. I'll make my half of the room look like a forest with greens and browns. Maybe I'll even get a little fish tank!My favorite part will be the freedom though. No more having my parents nag me about cleaning my room or doing chores. I'll get to make my own schedule and rules. Want to stay up late watching movies? No problem! Need to sleep in after a night of studying? You bet! It will be like one big sleepover withmy new friends. Building forts, pulling pranks in the hallways, telling ghost stories when the lights go out. Just like in the movies! Can't you just picture me in my dorm room at night, surrounding by books and notebooks, staying up late writing papers? Maybe drinking lots of coffee or hot chocolate to keep me going. With some funky jazz music playing to help me concentrate. Then the next morning, hauling my backpack across campus to the science labs for a day full of experiments and lectures. Sounds perfect! The labs are what I'm most excited about. I can't wait to look through powerful microscopes, handle cool equipment, and maybe even get to go on field trips to study marine life up close. Collecting samples on the beach, scuba diving to explore reefs and undersea habitats - how awesome would that be?! I'll take pages and pages of notes to study later.Hopefully I'll also get to meet students and professors from all around the world who share my fascination with the oceans. We can geek out about the latest conservation efforts and cutting-edge research together. I'll finally be around people who truly understand my passion for saving endangered species and ecosystems.Between classes, I'm sure I'll need plenty of study breaks though. That's when campus life will really kick in! I'd love to join an intramural sports team, maybe soccer or basketball. Get my energy out running around, laughing with teammates, and working towards a championship. Or maybe I'll pursue a hobby like painting or improv comedy troupe. Anything to engage the creative side of my brain. There will also be so many clubs and activities to try. Movie nights, poetry slam competitions, volunteer programs - you name it, I'll want to do it all! That's how you make memories and friends that last a lifetime. We can pull all-nighters together cramming for exams, then let off steam after by grabbing greasy dining hall pizza at 2am and watching terrible b-movies.I also can't wait for the big universitytraditions and events. Homecoming games decked out in our school colors. Cheering on our team while the mascot gets the crowd hyped up. Tailgating with friends before the big basketball rivalry matchup. Staying up until sunrise in a massive tent laughing and swapping stories at a campus camp-out. Making a music video with my dorm mates just because we can. So much to look forward to!Most importantly though, I'll be gaining a world-class education that will help me achieve my dreams. Taking classesfrom renowned professors at the cutting-edge of their fields. Learning vital critical thinking and research skills. Maybe even getting published as an undergraduate researcher after studying something new and revolutionary. The knowledge and experiences will be truly life-changing.I can't wait to graduate after four amazing years and walk across that big stage to accept my diploma. My family will be cheering proudly in the audience as I mark the major milestone. Afterwards, I'll throw my cap in the air and celebrate with my friends on campus one last time before we all go our separate ways. It will be bittersweet for sure, but just the beginning of the next chapter. Then I'll be ready to take on graduate school, field research, or wherever my marine biology career leads. Hopefully traveling the world, making groundbreaking discoveries, and protecting the vulnerable species I care so much about. All thanks to the incredible foundation I built at university. Those are just a few of the endless hopes, dreams and images that fill my head when I think about going to university someday. The independence, the adventures with friends, the meaningful learning opportunities - it's going to be the most amazing time ever! I've got several years to go before then, sofor now I'll do my best in school, keep pursuing my passions, and get ready for the time of my life!篇2My Big Dreams for College!Hi there! My name is Timmy and I'm 10 years old. I'm already thinking a lot about going to college someday because I have such huge dreams and ambitions! College seems like the most exciting, funnest, and most awesome place in the whole wide world. I can't wait until I'm old enough to go!First of all, I bet college life is a total blast. I've seen movies and shows about it, and it looks like one big non-stop party and adventure! You get to live in a dorm with all your friends and stay up as late as you want. There are no parents around to nag you or enforce stupid rules. You just hang out, play video games, eat pizza, and have fun all day and night! Sign me up!But college isn't just about the social life and messing around. It's also where you get to seriously pursue your passion and dive deep into the subjects you love. For me, that means finally being able to concentrate on my biggest obsession - dinosaurs! Can you imagine taking whole classes just aboutdifferent dinosaur species, fossil hunting, paleontology, and the prehistoric world? A dinosaur-lovers dream come true!I really want to be a famous paleontologist when I grow up and make groundbreaking new dinosaur discoveries. Maybe I'll even get to name a newly found species after myself someday, like "Timmysaurus Rex"! In college, I'll be able to access all the latest research, labs, excavation sites, and be mentored by the top experts in the dinosaur field. I'll finally be on the cutting edge instead of just reading about it in books and watching documentaries.I can't wait to experience the quintessential college campus lifestyle too. Exploring the fancy libraries and labs, attending fun events like games and rallies, joining clubs for all my varied interests, and maybe even pledging a fraternity. Everything looks so vibrant and energetic compared to regular school. No more tired teachers droning on about subjects I couldn't care less about! Then there's the freedom aspect of college life. Staying up until 4am binging Netflix if I want to. Eating nothing but junk food and caffeine all day to cram for exams. Pulling crazyall-nighters to meet deadlines at the last minute. Skipping classwhenever I feel like blowing it off to sleep in and recharge. Ah, the dream! But I'm sure I'll figure it all out with time. The way I see it, college is basically a four-year summer camp for young adults to have fun, discover their true callings, and finally get a taste of real freedom and independence. Zero responsibilities or rules, and nothing but endless awesome times and opportunities ahead. I honestly can't think of anything better!I really hope I get into an amazing college when I'm older. I'm going to try my absolute hardest, join a million extracurriculars, volunteer every spare second, and do whatever it takes to impress admissions officers. Maybe I'll even start some sort of wacky dinosaur club at school and put that on my applications. Colleges love unique and quirky kids who are really passionate about something, right? My dream schools are ones with beautiful campuses, a world-class dinosaur studies program, a lending library with a huge sci-fi section, a competitive video game team, and a secret society of writers. Somewhere with ivy-covered buildings, big lawns to lounge on, fun activities and events every night of the week, and sports teams to cheer for too. The whole classic American college experience!篇3My Big Dreams for College and BeyondHi there! My name is Jamie and I'm a 10-year-old kid who loves learning about the world. I may be young, but I already have huge dreams for when I go to college someday. College seems like the most exciting place ever!First off, I can't wait to live in the dorms at college. From what I've seen in movies and TV shows, dorms look like tons of fun. You get to live with a bunch of friends, stay up late talking and eating snacks, and there are always fun activities happening. My dream dorm room would have cool lava lamps,glow-in-the-dark stars on the ceiling, and the biggest bean bag chair ever for playing video games with my roommate. We'd have nerf gun battles in the hallways and order lots of pizza on the weekends. Dorm life just seems like a giant sleepover that never ends! The classes at college seem amazing too. In elementary school, we just learn basic stuff like reading, math, and science. But in college, you get to take classes on literally anything you can imagine! You can study dinosaurs, analyze Shakespeare's plays, learn to code video games, explore outer space, or evenstudy funny animals like sloths. The possibilities are endless. My dream is to take classes on creative writing, art, and marine biology so I can learn to write awesome stories, create cool drawings and paintings, and study all the crazy creatures in the ocean.I've heard college professors are super smart and interesting people. They've dedicated their lives to one specific topic that they're experts on. I'd love to have professors that are passionate about their subjects and can open my eyes to new ways of seeing the world. Maybe they'd regale us with tales of jungle expeditions to discover new species or philosophy thought experiments that blew their minds as students. Having teachers that loved learning themselves would be so inspiring!College also sounds like an amazing place to make lifelong friends. When you're young, you're kind of stuck being friends with whatever kids live near you. But in college, you'll meet people from all over the world with diverse backgrounds and perspectives. I can't wait to hear their stories and learn about their cultures. We'll bond over shared interests, crazy late-night conversations, and experiencing all the new freedom and responsibility of young adulthood together. Some of my collegefriends could even become my bridesmaids or groomsmen when I get married one day! Finally, college seems like the perfect launching pad for making my biggest dreams come true. After exploring many subjects, I'll be able to pick the career I'm most passionate about, whether that's writing novels, protecting the environment, starting my own business, or something else entirely. College will give me the knowledge and skills to turn my dreams into reality. With the incredible education and life experiences I'll get, I'll be prepared to take on any challenge and make the world a better place. Those are just some of the reasons why I'm super excited for college in the future. Of course, I know there will be hard work involved too, with challenging classes, tough professors, and years of studying ahead. But the ability to learn about everything I'm curious about, become more independent, meet amazing people, and figure out my true calling in life? That makes all the hard work seem incredibly worth it. College life seems like one grand adventure after another.I still have many years of school ahead of me before I get to college. But you'd better believe I'll be working hard, dreaming big, and counting down the days until I finally get to experienceit all for myself. The world will be my oyster in college, and I can't wait to dive in! Just call me Jamie, the future college student extraordinaire!篇4My Big Dreams for College!Hi everyone! My name is Timmy and I'm 9 years old. I may be just a kid, but I have huge dreams for when I go to college one day! College seems so exciting – I can't wait to go and learn all sorts of new things.First off, I'm really looking forward to the classes. In elementary school, we don't get to pick what subjects we study. But I've heard that in college, you get to choose your own classes based on what you're interested in. How cool is that? I love science, so I definitely want to take lots of science classes like biology, chemistry, and physics. I'm fascinated by how things work and the world around us. In chemistry, we could even do experiments and make little explosions! As long as they're safe little explosions of course.I also really enjoy math and would love to take advanced math courses. Algebra, geometry, calculus – bring it on! Solving tough math problems is like cracking a secret code. It'schallenging but so satisfying when you finally figure it out. With hard work, I know I can excel at college-level math. And you know what else I can't wait to study? English literature! Reading stories and analyzing them sounds like a blast. We could discuss the deeper meanings, plot points, character motivations, and writing styles of classic books and novels. Dissecting literature sounds way more fun than just reading a book for a boring old book report.Speaking of books, I'm pumped about having access to a massive college library full of every book imaginable. The library at my elementary school is pretty limited. But college libraries are enormous! I could spend hours and hours just wandering the aisles, running my hands along the spines of the books, and picking out new adventures to dive into. Encyclopedias, classics, mysteries, fantasies – the options would be endless at a college library. My own personal reading paradise! Then there are all the extras that come with college - sports, clubs, parties, and more. I love playing sports, so I'm really excited to attend the football and basketball games and maybe even join an intramural team. Imagine scoring the winning touchdown or sinking a last second three-pointer for your school! That would be incredible. And there are clubs for every interestyou can think of – art, music, anime, you name it. I've always wanted to learn how to play guitar, so maybe I could start a band with some friends. Most of all, I'm excited to gain more independence, explore new subjects I'm passionate about, and figure out my path in life. My parents always say that college is a great time to discover your true calling and interests. Right now, I dream of becoming a scientist, engineer, author, or even president one day! With the variety of classes, professors, and opportunities at college, I'm bound to find my passion and the career that's perfect for me.I know college will be a lot of hard work too. My parents and teachers are always stressing that. There will be endless papers to write, tests to study for, and long nights in the library. But isn't putting in that hard work and dedication to achieve your dreams what life is all about? I'm ready to take on the challenge! After all, doing things the easy way is boring. Earning my degree through blood, sweat, and tears will make it all the more rewarding.Although I'm just a kid now, I have such grand visions of what college will be like. The academics, the activities, the freedom, the social life – It all seems like the ideal way to transition into becoming an adult. College life combines the best of everything! Sure, it may be many years away still. But I'malready dreaming about it each and every day. Counting down the years until I finally get to experience it for myself. College, here I come!篇5My Big Dreams for University LifeHey there! I'm just a kid in elementary school, but I've got some huge dreams about going to university one day. University seems like this totally awesome place where you get to learn all kinds of cool stuff and make new friends from all over. I can't wait!First off, the classes at university sound super interesting compared to elementary school. Don't get me wrong, I love learning about things like math, science, and history now. But university has way more exciting subjects to choose from. You can take classes on like, ancient civilizations and studying dinosaur bones and fossils. Or you can learn about outer space and blackholes and galaxies far, far away. There are even classes on cooking different international foods, studying different languages, or learning how to write books and movies! The options seem endless. In elementary school, we're kind of just scratching the surface on a bunch of subjects. But at university, you get to go really deep and become an expert on whatever fascinates you the most. I think I want to be an astro-physicist and study blackholes and the formation of the universe. Or maybe an archaeologist digging up ancient ruins and uncovering lost cities. Or hey, why not both? At university you can take classes on every single one of your interests.Another thing I'm really excited about is getting to live on my own at university, away from my parents. Don't get me wrong, I love my mom and dad. But it will be awesome to have my own dorm room or apartment and make my own rules and decisions. No more annoying curfews or nagging about cleaning my room. I'll get to pick what I eat, when I go to sleep, and how loud I blast my music. Total freedom! As long as I get all my work done of course.Living away from home also means making a whole new set of friends from all kinds of different backgrounds. In elementary school, I've pretty much known the same kids my whole life who live in the same town. But at university, you'll meet people from across the country or even around the world with different cultures, perspectives, and experiences. I can't wait to hang outwith an international crew and learn about their homelands and traditions. Maybe I'll even pick up a new language or two from them. While I'm really excited about the academic side of university, I know it will also be a ton of hard work. No more spoon-feeding or hand-holding from teachers like in elementary school. At university, you're viewed as an independent adult who has to stay on top of your own assignments, manage your time effectively, and really apply yourself. Nobody will be holding your hand or sending notes home to your parents if you slack off. It will be up to me to attend every lecture, read all the materials, and study hard to do well on tests and papers. No fooling around! That level of independence and personal responsibility sounds both exhilarating and a little scary. But I'm committed to working as hard as I can to get the most out of my university experience. I know if I slack off, I'll be throwing away an amazing opportunity that billions of kids around the world can only dream of. I won't take it for granted. Finally, getting a great university education is the first step towards making my biggest dreams and ambitions come true. Whether I want to be a scientist making groundbreakingdiscoveries, an explorer traversing remote regions of the planet, an entrepreneur starting my own company, or something else entirely - university will equip me with the knowledge and critical thinking skills to get there. With a top-notch education and an unstoppable drive, I'll be able to transform my wildest dreams into reality.I know I'm just a kid thinking way ahead. But I can't help myself from getting totally psyched about the adventures that await at university in the years to come. Learning new subjects that blow my mind. Gaining freedom and independence. Making friends from all walks of life. Joining cool clubs and activities. And most of all, opening doors to make my life's ambitions come true. University is going to be the launchpad for an amazing journey and I can't wait for blastoff! It's gonna be awesome!篇6My Big Dreams for University LifeHi there! My name is Timmy and I'm 10 years old. I may be just a kid, but I have huge dreams for when I go to university one day. Let me tell you all about the amazing adventures I imagine having!First off, I picture university as this massive, grand place with tons of huge buildings covered in fancy architecture. I'll stroll along beautiful paths lined with trees and flowers, feeling so grown up and scholarly. My backpack will be stuffed with lots of heavy books because I plan to study every single subject! I want to learn absolutely everything there is to know about the world. In my mind, every classroom will be full of wise professors with long gray beards and glasses who are total geniuses. They'll use big words I've never heard before as they teach us mindblowing facts about science, math, literature, you name it. I'll raise my hand constantly, desperate to understand all the secrets of the universe. I may be the most curious studentthey've ever had!At university, I bet I'll finally be surrounded by kids my age who are just as excited as me to obtain knowledge. My classmates and I will have study parties where we passionately discuss deep philosophical ideas late into the night. We'll endlessly debate the meaning of life, other dimensions, why the sky is blue, and anything else our young minds can fathom. I'll drink gallons of coffee to stay awake for our intense study sessions that last until sunrise! However, I know university isn't all just fun and games. It will be hard work too. I'm prepared to pull plenty of all-nighters in the library furiously cramming for big exams on topics I struggled to understand. I'll chug energy drinks like crazy to stay awake and focused while memorizing hundreds of facts and formulas. My eyes will get so blurry from reading tiny text for hours on end. But it will be worth it to earn perfect grades and make my parents proud! After classes, I'll join a million different student clubs to explore my wide variety of interests. One day I'll attend a philosophy club meeting to discuss modern ethics over tea and crumpets. The next night I'll go star gazing with the astronomy club and learn cool constellations. I'll write articles for the school newspaper, paint landscapes for the art club, learn to code brand new apps and video games, and any other intriguing activity I can find. There will be zero chance of me being bored!Once I've mastered all areas of academics, I'll shift my focus to making groundbreaking discoveries and innovations to drastically improve the world. I'll labor hard in science labs and work tirelessly on daring new theories and experiments that challenge everything we think we know. Maybe I'll finally prove Santa Claus is real through undeniable DNA evidence! Ordevelop a process to make broccoli taste just like pizza. The possibilities are endless when your mind is open.I have so many dreams of what I'll invent and achieve through higher education. Like a real-life Tony Stark, I'll construct a powerful ironman suit and fly through the skies fighting evil and saving the day. Using state-of-the-art technology, I'll design incredible new video games with virtual reality so realistic it'll be frightening. Or perhaps I'll even discover the cure for unfortunate flavors like black licorice! I'm going to use my big brain to do amazing things.University will be a period of non-stop growth, learning, and checking off boxes on my endless bucketlist. I'll get in crazy misadventures with my friends that make hilarious stories to tell my grandkids one day. I'll pull outrageous pranks like filling the dean's office with packing peanuts or hiring a mariachi band to follow my boring roommate around for a week. We'll get in mild trouble but have so many hearty laughs.I can't wait to experience the classic university life of staying up until 4am with my dorm buddies philosophizing about the universe while eating cold pizza and watching reruns of Friends. We'll take breaks from studying to have intense videogame battles ornerf gun wars in the hallway. I'll bond with myroommates over our struggles with impossible exams and professors who never stop piling on the assignments. We'll become like family by the end! While university will be incredibly fun and rewarding, I know the years will eventually have to come to an end. Once I've collected degrees in every subject from biology to performing arts, contributed some world-changing inventions, and gotten into plenty of humorous hijinks, it'll be time for me to graduate. I already have big plans for that day too! I'll strut across the big stage in a fancy cap and gown, shaking hands with important scholars as I receive my honors. Afterward, my friends and I will have an epic graduation party to celebrate becoming educated men ready to take on the world! Those are just some of the amazing visions I have of my ideal university experience swirling around in my imaginative little brain. I've been dreaming about it for years and have such grand expectations! While some may think I'm just a kid with an overactive fantasy, I know anything is possible if you work hard, study a ton, and never stop chasing your ambitions. Just you wait - one day this scholarly dreamer is going to change the world. University is only the beginning!。
