整套装置在硬件上由几个独立的单元构成:差动保护单元、开关量保护单元及按侧配置的后备保护单元,各部分在电气及结构上均互相独立,各侧的后备保护单元同时完成该侧的测量控制功能。
本保护装置每个电气保护单元的基本配置为两个CPU插件,其一为由32位微处理器构成的保护功能单元,该单元配置了大容量的RAM和Flash Memory,具有极强的数据处理、逻辑运算和信息存储能力;另一CPU由总线不出芯片的单片机构成通用的人机接口单元。
两个CPU插件之间相互独立,无依存关系。
各种保护功能及自动化功能均由软件实现。
1)装置特点1:全中文汉化液晶显示,人机界面友善,操作方面。

虽然低压箱变是很传统的电力设备,但目前我们的低压箱变产品还不成熟,工程业绩也不多,而且在项目的运作和执行过程中存在很多问题,从方案制定、设计生产到售后服务均存在一些问题,到目前即便常规的低压箱变也不够成熟。
但可以肯定最关键的因素是人力资源状况不佳,团队效率和人员知识水平有限,人员成长和发展缓慢,这些都是我们今后发展必须尽快克服的问题,低压箱变的发展不是一个人或几个人就能做好的事情,需要每一个人、每一个环节的努力,是一件要集思广益,齐心协力来做好做大的事业,因此不管是市场营销、技术支持还是设计生产和售后服务,我们都要努力改进。
由于时间和能力有限,手册所介绍的内容比较浅显,只能作为参考,还需不断充实和改进,目的是抛砖引玉,希望领导和专家批评指正。

Successful application and operation of this equipment depends as much upon proper installation and maintenance by the user as it does upon the careful design and construction by Siemens.The purpose of this Instruction Manual is to assist the user in developing safe and efficient procedures for the installation, maintenance and use of the equipment. This Instruction Manual acts a supplement to Siemens Rear and Front Connected Type WL Low Voltage Switchgear Instruction and Installation Guides.Application of Arc Resistant Low Voltage Switchgear meeting the requirements of IEEE C37.20.7 does not eliminate the requirements of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). 1、 速断保护:该保护动作后跳开变压器高、低压侧全部开关,液晶显示屏上显示 保护动作信息,且保护屏上“报警”、“跳闸”灯亮,厂低变控制屏上“保护 动作”光字亮。

可以在开关柜就地安装,也可以集中组屏安装。
1.1 装置主要特点⏹高速的DSP处理器采用高性能DSP芯片,提供了高速的数据处理能力,保证了高性能实时算法的实现,提高了装置的可靠性和整体性能。
⏹快速、高精度采样采用快速14位高精度采样芯片,并采用频率自动跟踪技术,保证了很高的保护和测量计算精度。
⏹强大的通讯功能采用CAN网作为主通讯接口,传输速率可达1Mb/s,系统响应速度快。
⏹可靠的操作箱功能独立的跳、合闸启动和保持回路设计。
⏹高可靠的电磁兼容设计标准背插式工业机箱,电路板采用表面贴装技术以及多层板工艺,选用快速瞬变电压抑制器件,使装置具有很强的电磁兼容能力。

2.4.2 介质强度在正常试验大气条件下,装置能承受频率为50Hz,历时1min的工频耐压试验而无击穿闪络及元器件损坏现象,试验电压2kV。
2.4.3 冲击电压在正常试验大气条件下,装置的直流电源输入回路、交流输入回路、输出触点回路对地以及回路之间,能承受1.2/50μs的标准雷电波的短时冲击电压试验,开路试验电压5KV,装置应无绝缘损坏。
2.5 机械性能2.5.1 振动技术条件:装置能承受GB7621中16.3规定的严酷等级为Ⅰ级的振动耐久能力试验。
2.5.2 冲击技术条件:装置能承受GB7621中17.5规定的严酷等级为Ⅰ级的冲击耐久能力试验。
2.5.3 碰撞技术条件:装置能承受GB7621第18章规定的严酷等级为Ⅰ级的冲击耐久能力试验。
2.6 气候条件2.6.1 环境温度工作温度:-20℃~+55℃存储温度:-25℃~+70℃2.6.2 相对湿度:≤95%,无凝露2.6.3 大气压力:70~106 KPa2.7 电磁兼容2.7.1 静电放电抗干扰度通过GB/T 14598.14-1998标准、静电放电抗干扰4级试验。
2.7.2 电快速瞬变脉冲群抗扰度通过GB/T 14598.10-1996标准、电快速瞬变脉冲群抗扰度3级试验。
2.7.3 浪涌(冲击)抗扰度通过GB/T 17626.5-1999标准、浪涌(冲击)抗扰度3级试验。
2.7.4 脉冲群抗扰度通过GB/T 14598.13-1998标准、脉冲群抗扰度3级试验。
3 保护功能3.1 相间过流保护本装置的相间过流保护配置了两段式定时限过流保护以及独立的反时限过流保护。
3.1.1 反时限特性本装置提供三种反时限特性(依据IEC225-4标准),可以通过整定控制字选择其中一种,构成反时限过流保护。
其中T P 为时间常数,I P为启动电流。
3.2高压侧过负荷保护过负荷保护可选择发信或跳闸。
过负荷元件监视三相电流,当有一相电流值大于定值时动作。
3.3高压侧零序过流保护本装置采用零序互感器获取低压变压器高压侧的零序电流,构成低压变压器高压侧的单相接地保护。
3.4低压侧零序过流保护装置采集变压器低压侧中线线电流,构成低压侧零序过流保护。
为便于与下一级保护配合,装置提供定时限零序过流保护以及反时限过流保护,反时限包括一般反时限、非常反时限以及极端反时限。
4 测量、控制以及事件记录功能4.1 测量功能4.1.1 交流量装置可实时采集电压、电流、有功功率、无功功率、频率及功率因数。
4.1.2 状态量装置设有8路外部开关量接口,用于保护投退、刀闸等开关量的采集;装置还设有4路内部状态量的采集,用于操作回路如跳位、合位等信号的采集。
4.2 控制功能装置可接收遥控命令实行开关的远方分、合控制。
还可通过菜单手动命令对开关进行手动分合操作。
保护定值的修改、保护功能的投退均可由远方控制。
4.3 事件记录功能装置的事件记录保存了在运行时发生的重要事件,失电后不丢失。
共有四类记录:动作事件记录、告警事件记录、遥信变位事件记录和操作命令记录。
每一类记录均为16条,采用循环覆盖的保存方式。
动作事件记录的内容为作用于跳闸的保护动作时间、保护名称。
告警事件记录的内容为作用于告警信号的保护动作时间,名称,以及装置自检出错告警等。
遥信变位事件记录的内容为接入装置的遥信量发生变位时的状态和时间。
操作命令记录的内容为在本机或遥控修改定值、就地或遥控分、合闸等操作的发生时间和操作名称。
事件记录中的操作命令记录是不可删除的,其他事件记录可以手动删除。
5 硬件结构说明5.1 机箱结构装置采用标准5U机箱,由模拟量模件、DSP模件、信号出口模件、电源模件、显示面板组成。
装置机箱采用背插式结构,各模件功能相对独立,便于调试和维护工作。
机箱示意和开孔尺寸见附图。
5.2 模拟量模件模拟量模件包括交流电流输入回路、交流电压输入回路和直流量输入回路。
交流电流输入回路由电流互感器和滤波电路组成,交流电压输入回路由电压互感器和滤波回路组成,直流量输入回路由光耦和滤波回路组成。
模拟量模件将系统二次侧的电流、电压以及直流量变换为装置可以使用的模拟量,提供给DSP模件。
同时模拟量输入回路还具有很强的隔离屏蔽和滤波功能,可以隔离和抑制系统中可能出现的干扰信号。
5.3 DSP模件DSP模件是装置的核心部分,模件内包括高效的DSP芯片和大规模可编程器件,配合高速存储器和高精度采样芯片,保证了装置的可靠性和先进性。
插件采用多层印制板及表面贴装工艺,提高了装置的稳定性及抗电磁干扰能力。
5.4 信号出口模件信号出口模件由信号继电器、出口继电器及开关操作回路组成,对外提供信号空接点、跳闸空接点,以及开关的防跳回路和位置信号。
其中开关操作回路部分完全独立,简化了设计和调试工作,进一步提高了装置可靠性。
5.5 电源模件电源模件提供装置的工作电源。
该模件还包括8路遥信量回路(可扩展到16路),为提高遥信回路的抗干扰能力,遥信采用强电(DC220V或DC110V)输入,完善、周到的设计可防止回路电缆接地引起的遥信状态变位。
5.6 面板显示面板包括液晶屏、键盘和信号灯。
其中液晶显示为全中文菜单,空闲状态时显示屏背光和显示可以自动关闭。
5.7 指示灯装置面板上有指示灯,其中“运行”和“跳位”灯为绿色,其它为红色,具体意义如下。
表2.1 面板指示灯意义5.8 键盘表2.2 面板键盘意义6 使用操作说明6.1 上电运行装置在上电前,信号端子中的“装置故障”信号接点处于闭合状态。
上电后,该接点打开。
正常情况下面板上的“运行”指示灯会连续闪烁,周期大约为1秒。
装置上电后自动进行自检,如果在运行中出现故障,“运行”指示灯会停止闪烁,保持常亮或熄灭状态,同时信号端子中的“装置故障”信号接点会自动闭合。
装置的液晶显示可以设置为常开或者自动关闭,为了延长液晶的使用寿命,建议设定为自动关闭。
6.2 菜单说明装置采用中文菜单,可以完成电量显示、参数设定、信息读取等。
