Module4 Writing 名师教学设计Book 6 Module 4 MusicReading & Writing An Interview with Liu Fang一、教材分析这一模块以Music“音乐”为话题,旨在通过模块教学增进学生对音乐的认识,了解音乐在人们的文化生活中所起的作用。

本节课是这一模块的的第四课时,通过前两节课的学习,学生已经初步了解了东西方乐器的差异,掌握了一些与音乐风格及介绍音乐家有关的词汇,为本节课的学习奠定了良好的基础。

本节课是一节读写结合课,阅读材料为人物专访。

通过阅读对中国著名琵琶演奏家刘芳的采访报道,了解中国古典音乐,输入写作所需信息,以读促写,以此来培养学生收集整理信息及传递信息的能力,进而提高学生的写作能力。

二、学情分析高二的学生思维活跃,接受能力强,课堂参与热情高,拥有很强的自我展现欲望,具有一定的自主合作和探究能力。

经过高一的学习,他们已初步具有一定的自主阅读与书面表达能力,在知识和能力方面都有所提高,具备良好的团队合作能力,能用英语进行有效地交流、合作和讨论。

所以,英语教学要侧重于学生的综合语言运用能力,尤其要优化学生的学习方式。

三、教学目标根据新课标要求英语学习既是学生逐步掌握知识和技能,提高语言实际运用能力的过程;又是他们开发思维能力的过程这一要求,将本节课的教学目标确定为:1. 知识与技能目标①提高语篇理解能力,通过查读把握文章细节信息;②正确运用写人物介绍短文的基本词汇和句式,综合运用英语进行书面表达。

 一、教材分析
 本课是高二英语第四模块的第一课时,主要内容包括了与话题相关的词汇拓展,对新词汇的学习和运用,和与学生生活贴近的相关信息的阅读和讨论,采用任务型教学法和小组合作探究学习法,从而扩大课堂的语料输入量及学生的语言输出量。

 二、学情分析
 在高一年英语学习的基础上,高二学生已经掌握了基础句型,简单词汇,简单阅读的方法,如略读法,跳读法。

但大部分学生的词汇量较少,阅读速度较慢,自觉学习的能力差,个人发现问题解决问题的能力有待提高。

Module 4 Book 6An Interview with Liu Fang一.教材分析1.学习内容Reading and Vocabulary本课为外研社选修6第4模块阅读课。

本模块以Music为话题,旨在通过阅读人物专访An Interview with Liu Fang,来学习与音乐相关的词汇;通过阅读了解琵琶演奏家刘芳和一些中国古典音乐方面的知识,从而培养学生对祖国文化遗产的热爱。

本节课的学习内容能增加学生对本模块知识的储备量,为本模块的其他部分顺利进行做必要的铺垫。

2.学习重点1)掌握与音乐有关的词汇,句型。

2)提高阅读能力,掌握阅读技巧。

3.学习难点学习人物采访文章行文结构特点。

根据《新课程标准》教学的要求,提高学生用英语分析问题,解决问题的能力以及运用英语的综合能力。

二.学情分析音乐是学生比较感兴趣的话题,学生能够说出一些简单的乐器名称和音乐家。

在高一英语学习的基础上,高二学生已经掌握了略读、跳读等一定的阅读技巧以及识别关键词、确定主题句、预测等阅读微技能。

形成了初步的阅读策略。

但大部分的学生阅读知识仍然较为薄弱,运用英语进行交际活动的能力较差,主动学习的动力不够。

因此,只有设置使他们感兴趣的活动,因材施教,才能使他们投入到课堂活动中。

三.设计理念1.坚持“以学生为本”的宗旨,教师的引导始终渗透到课堂教学之中,创设情景,激发情意,力争使每一位学生都参与到课堂中去,动眼看、动口议、动脑思、动笔写。

体验为红线,思维为主攻。

教学设计始终围绕本科的中心话题,最终完成三维教学目标。

2.各种练习的设计都遵循“由简到繁、由易及难”的原则,为有困难的学生搭好梯子,让有能力的学生“跳一跳”摘到果子。

重视学生个性与创新意识的培养,并给予学生充分表达自己的机会。

3.创设多种情境激发学生的兴趣,只有让学生真正有了参与的欲望,才能点燃他们的思维火花。

4.任务型活动策略。

在做中学,在做中练,在做中巩固,使课堂教学产生事半功倍的良好效果。

外研版选修六Module4: READING AND VOCABULARYAn interview with Liu Fang教学设计设计者:商南县高级中学王燕【教材依据】:外研版高二选修6 第四模块阅读课一.设计思路1、指导思想:以素质教育精神和新课程理念为指导,围绕开展有效教学、构建高效课堂的教学要求,以开拓学生视野,促进学生正确看待音乐的功能,增长学生音乐知识,丰富学生生活为教学指导思想。

(1)教学背景:1.面向高二学生2、1课时3、学生课前准备:a、预习单词,掌握重点短语。

b、自学课文,了解文章大意。

c、利用网络资源搜索关于音乐乐器的图片和古典音乐方面的知识d标明预习遇到的问题(2)学生分析:授课对象为普通高中普通班学生,大部分学生基础薄弱,英语阅读能力较差,学习主动性不够。

此外学生还没有很好的掌握略读,跳读等阅读技巧,以及识别关键词,确定主题句等策略。

但是学生学习态度认真,思维活跃,敢于提出不同见解,能较好地展开话题讨论,各抒己见。

因而宜采取多媒体教学,设置感兴趣的话题来激发学生交流和学习的兴趣,使学生始终处于积极、主动的思考、探究的状态中,创造充满活力的课堂气氛,同时有利于培养学生合作学习的意识。

(3)教材分析:本课是高二选修6第四模块里的一篇阅读课(Reading)外研版)在第一课时Introduction里面学生已初步接触和学习了一些东西方的乐器及名称及乐器的不同特点和历史。

这一课Reading是上文的延续。

本课Reading内容分为三部分。

以采访的形式了解和学习琵琶演奏家刘芳和一些中国古典音乐方面的知识。

2.教学目标:(1).让学生学习琵琶演奏家刘芳和一些中国古典音乐方面的知识(2).通过阅读三部分的内容并做相应的阅读练习。

培养阅读理解能力,掌握重点短语句子。

(3).加强合作意识培养。

本堂课采用任务型教学途径,以应用为动力,以应用为目的,以应用为核心的教学途径。

学生带着任务学习,在完成任务的过程中逐渐输入知识,掌握技能。

(4).情感态度:通过对音乐的了解,知道音乐在人们的文化生活中所起的作用,从而发展自己对音乐的爱好。

(5).教学手段:借助于信息技术手段制做课件进行辅助教学。

3.教学重难点:读懂课文,理解作者的情感,获取信息并回答相关问题二.教学准备:在班里布置会乐器特长的同学,帮助他们找好乐器以备现场展示,活跃课堂气氛。

通过网络查找关于乐器和演奏家的信息。

同时,下载中国古典音乐,让学生阅读之后感受音乐的魅力,放松一下。

此设计体现了层次性、科学性、多样性与灵活性。

由整体到部分到细节,合乎学生的认知规律—循序渐进原则。

任务设置由易到难,由浅入深,提高了课堂教学的实效性;通过抢答,使学生在输入与输出过程中充满竞争意识。

四.教学反思授课完毕后,我觉得这节课有如下优点:利用多媒体,增大了课堂容量,加大了练习的力度。

也加快了课堂的节奏。

明确任务目标,站在学生角度,精心设计教学任务,提高学生英语学习的积极性,为学生创设英语交际环境。

整堂课师生,生生互动性强,在自主、互动、探究的方式中展开课堂教学。
