2. To make your own plans for your weekends or holidays.

学习过程
Step 1. Warming up
Have a small chant with the students.
(设计意图:活跃课堂气氛,将单词串连成一个小插曲,为后面学习做铺垫。
)
Step 2. Free talk.
“What are you going to do at the weekend?”
(设计意图:通过让孩子们讨论自己的周末计划,以这样一个自
由讨论的形式来引入今日的“making plans”的课题.)
Step 3. 自主学习1. Fast reading
Read the passage quickly and match the pictures with the people.
(设计意图:通过快速阅读,使学生对短文有一个整体认知,并提高学生快速阅读能力,掌握快速阅读技巧。
)
2. Careful reading
Task 1. Read the passage and find out the question:
What is Martin going to do?
(设计意图:让学生带着问题和关键词去读课文内容,提高学生提高关键信息的能力)
Task 2. Watch a video and fill in the blanks.
(设计意图:让学生观看这段关于Zhang Sijia的视频,并且填充表格,以视频的方式来提高学生学习英语的趣味性。
)
Task 3. Read paragraph C and fill in the mind map.
(设计意图:让学生以思维导图的形式来对Lucy 的假期进行概括总结,让学生展开头脑风暴,锻炼其思维概括能力。
)
3. Retelling the passage.

Step 4: 合作探究Group Work
(设计意图:通过学生两两对话合作探究的形式上台展示,让学生充分利用“be going to”结构来描述一下自己的假期计划,既锻炼了口语,巩固语言知识点,又能将所学知识点用于实践。
)
Step 5. Exercise: Read the passage and answer the two questions I’m Liu Jian. I’m a student of No.23 Middle School in Beijing.
Now let me talk about my school day. I get to school at about 7:40. At 8:10, we start our lessons. We have four lessons in the morning. At 9:40, we have a break. We can play games or talk to my friends. At twelve o’clock, I have lunch in the school dining hall with my classmates. I have rice with tomatoes and eggs. It’s my favourite food.
In the afternoon, we have three lessons. Lessons begin at two o’clock. There is a break for us between 3:40 and 4:00 too.
At 4:45, we can do our favourite sports in the playground.
At five o’clock, my father comes to take me home.

教学反思
1. 重视与学生个人经验的联系学生从生活中选择专题开展研究,因此与学科课程的学习相比,学习者在活动能力、关注范围、兴趣爱好等方面的特点对学习内容的选择有着更重要的影响。
2. 时间安排要合宜。
时间合宜指活动的时间不宜过长也不宜过
短,过长则先完成活动的学生处于等待的消极状态,过短则活动只是流于形式,也不利于活动的完成。
活动时间的长短往往由活动的内容所决定。
合理的时间能有效地督促学生完成任务。
3.评价反馈要及时。
教师兼有评估学生活动的任务。
活动后及时反馈,不仅有利于学生在学习过程中体验到进步与成功,增强自信,也能使教师不断反思和调整自己的教学行为,提高教育教学水平。
