Put the following phrases into Chinese.
据不全统计分词短语常见的表达形式有如下几种：
分词短语=分词（现在或过去）+①名词（或名词词组) +[分词后置定语]
+②介词短语 +③名词（或名词词）
+介词短语 +④形容词（或形容词
短语）+介词短语
分词在句子中的作用可由下面的例句来说明。
1.分词做表语
1). The prospects for the commercial success of IPTV are encouraging.
2). I found him reading at the library this morning.

3). The most critical aspect of an asynchronous system is timing.
2. 分词作定语
1). Normally, a voice channel has a sampling rate of 8 kHz.

3). The principle of PCM (Pulse Code Modulation) is based on three operations of sampling, quantizing and coding.

分词中还有现在分词与过去分词之分，二者的作用基 本相同，现在分词有主动和进行的意义，而过去分词 有被动及完成之意。
分词短语的构成十分灵活，分词可与名词（或名词词 组)、形容词（或形容词短语)、介词短语构成分词短 语。而介词短语中又可以嵌套分词短语，虽然它的组 成多种多样。
