六、存在的问题及下一步安全生产监理工作重点1、存在的问题评价近一年来我部的工作，虽然取得了一些的成绩，但仍有不尽人意之处，距发包人的要求还存在必须的差距，还存在以下主要问题：现场礼貌施工、安全管理与合同约定存在差距，个别施工人员安全意识淡薄，存在侥幸心里，不戴安全帽或戴安全帽不扣帽带，高处作业不系安全带或系安全带又不扣安全绳就进入施工现场、管理人员对安全施工措施监督不力，施工用电线路私拉乱扯、专职安全员不到位或到位职责心不强等不良行为时有发生，施工现场存在不一样程度的安全隐患。

现场监理在监督上说的多，下的通知多，在落实上监理指出的问题尽管得到了整改，但相同问题又多次重复出
现，承包人主动完善、改善措施不力。
