Sublease Agreement Template
This Sublease Agreement Agreement is made and entered into on Insert Date by and between Original Landlord Name,hereinafter referred to as Original Landlord,and Sublessee Name,hereinafter referred to as Sublessee,regarding the property located at Property Address.
1.Property Description:
The Original Landlord hereby grants the Sublessee the right to sublease the following described property:Detailed Property Description.
2.Term of Sublease:
The term of this sublease shall commence on Start Date and terminate on End Date, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
3.Rent:
The Sublessee shall pay to the Original Landlord a monthly rent of Rent Amount,due on the Day of the Month of each month.The rent shall be paid to the following address: Original Landlords Address.
4.Security Deposit:
The Sublessee shall pay a security deposit of Security Deposit Amount,which shall be returned to the Sublessee at the end of the sublease term,subject to deductions for any unpaid rent,damages,or other charges as allowed by this Agreement.

The Sublessee shall use the premises for Permitted Use only and shall not engage in any illegal activities or conduct that would violate the terms of the Original Lease.
6.Maintenance and Repairs:
The Sublessee shall be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the premises, including but not limited to List Maintenance Responsibilities.The Original Landlord shall remain responsible for List Original Landlords Maintenance Responsibilities.
7.Utilities:
The Sublessee shall be responsible for the payment of all utilities,including but not limited to List Utilities.
8.Insurance:
The Sublessee shall maintain Type of Insurance insurance coverage for the duration of
the sublease term.
9.Assignment and Subletting:
The Sublessee shall not assign this Agreement or sublet the premises without the prior written consent of the Original Landlord.
10.Default:
In the event of default by the Sublessee,the Original Landlord may,at its option, terminate this Agreement and reenter the premises.
11.Early Termination:
Either party may terminate this Agreement prior to the expiration date by providing Notice Period written notice to the other party.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State/Province/Country.
13.Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations,representations,and understandings between them.
14.Modification:
This Agreement may be modified only in writing,signed by both parties.
15.Notices:
All notices under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed given when delivered personally or three days after mailing.
