2014河南成人高等教育报名进行中。

招生对象：
1.凡具有高中学历或同等学历的在职从业人员、社会青年、应届高中毕业生均可报考高中起点的本、专科专业；
2.报考专科起点本科的考生必须是已取得经教育部审定核准的国民教育系列高等学校、高等教育自学考试机构颁发的专科及其以上毕业证书的学员；
3.具有普通高职（专科）毕业学历的退役士兵以及参加“选聘高校毕业生到村任职”、“三支一扶”（支教、支农、支医和扶贫）、“大学生志愿服务西部计划”、“农村义务教育阶段学校教师特设岗位计划”等项目(简称“下基层”)服务期满并考核合格的人员，可网上报名申请免试就读我校专科起点本科各专业学习；
4.河南省招办恢复“资格生”和“二学历”招生。

2013年在我省参加全国成人高考成绩达到最低录取控制线而未被录取的考生即“资格生”，今年报考我校免于统考直接参加成招录取。

在进行网上报名时，报考科类必须与去年相同。

对已取得国民教育系列毕业证书者，可免试到我校相应层次学习即“二学历”考生，必须参加我省成人高校招生网上报名，并按本人选定的时间和地点到信息确认点进行确认。

第三篇：成人如何学好英语
成人学英语，没有想象中那么“难”

成人学英语给人的感觉似乎是一条漫长的路，费时费劲，遥遥无期。

其实未然，当你找到了成人学英语的独特特点和方法后，学好英语就是水到渠成，顺其自然的事情了，甚至还可以像小朋友那样，在轻松愉快的氛围中学好英文。

本人教成人英语已有七年时间了，虽谈不上桃李满天下，培训过的学员也有近千人。

我发现学好英语的成人学员都有其共同的特点，反之学不好的学员也有其共同的特点。

结合我以往的教学经验，我把这归纳起来和大家分享，相信会对广大学习英语的朋友们有所帮助和启发。

成人学习英文有以下几个特点：
1、学习时间很有限，成人每天除了工作外，还要在家庭和一些必要的应酬上抽出时间，留给学习英语时间已所剩无几了。

2、学习时间不固定，很难养成好的学习习惯，即每天都安排时间学习英文。

大多数学习者都是有时间才去‘看看’英文，如果是出差或者业务旺季，往往就是“中断”学习。

这是英文学习的最大忌讳“三天打鱼，两天嗮网”。

3、学习英文的动力不足或目标不明确。

4、记忆力差，很难记得住单词。

5、无法持续学习英文，把英文当成是一种任务和负担，带有浓厚的功利色彩
6、基础不够扎实
7、英语听说能力要明显弱于英语读写能力
针对这七大特点，我提出相对应的七大成人学习英文方法，简称七大功略，1、利用工作的零碎时间学习英文。

我有个学员是在小榄制锁厂做业务，工作非常忙，经常加班和出差，时间也不固定，是属于最没时间的那群人。

可他的英文是班上学得最好的。

去年他还去了法
兰克福参展，用他的话说完全可以用英文“搞掂”客户。

他学习的主要时间是利用一切可以利用的零碎时间，如在去客户的路上和在等客户的时候。

他走到哪里都把英语学习资料放在包里，一有时间随时拿出来复习。

记得有一次我们班上组织去打羽毛球，中途休息时候他也在学习英文。

可见，时间对于任何职场人士来是足够的了，关键是在于自己如何高效利用时间。

2、为什么每天我们无论再忙，都有时间吃饭和睡觉。

虽然经常听到说我忙着连吃饭的时间都没有了，而通常他们还是挤出时间吃了饭。

我们把学英文的时间放在你每一天必须做的事情里，你每天肯定就有固定时间学英文了。

比如：我告诉我学员你早上起床洗漱完毕了，不准出门和吃早餐，必须读十五分钟英语才可以;无论多晚睡觉，睡觉前阅读十五分钟英文才能睡。

你知道养成这样的习惯有多大好处吗？你只要养成了这个习惯，学不好英文你找我。

这么多年的教学实践证明，凡是养成这种习惯的学员的英文都很好。

道理很简单，学英文的核心在于每天坚持，而不是在于你一段时间有多么刻苦。

3、我现在在开班的第一节课上肯定要做的事就是让学员在纸上写下你学好英文的十大理由，并给自己一个学好英文的期限和具体目标（如半年内记住3000个单词，可以和老外面对面自由流畅交流半个小时）。

若达成不了，给出自己一个惩罚（这个惩罚一定是让自己觉得痛苦的），并作出公众承诺，大家监督。

我的一个学员承诺半年后出国出差不带翻译。

如果在这半年内不学好英文，又不带翻译，就很有可能生意谈不下来，造成巨大损失。

因此，他这半年来学习非常用功，每次想偷懒和找借口的时候，他就想到自己所做的承诺。

人是有惰性的，特别是在动力不足的情况下，很容易放弃，永远不可能达成目标。

但一旦学员明确自己的目标后，就会有无限动力，人就很容易做成一件事了，英语也就自然不在话下。

4、成人学员的记忆力没有学生时代那么好，这是不争的事实，但这对我们学好英文影响不大。

道理很简单，我们真正记住单词不是看瞬间或一两次记住，而是靠反复重复中记住。

记性好很容易记住单词，但如果不坚持重复复习，也是很容易忘记的。

记住单词最好的方法是
从听觉、视觉反复刺激，不断重复。

一次记的时间不要太长，重心放在重复上，这样就能牢牢记住单词。

我经常教我学员用我在大学时背诵单词的方法。

把每天学的单词抄在小纸条上，一有空就拿出来看，你每次看这些单词的时间不到一分钟，一天就可以看几十遍，基本上单词就能记住，然后持续一个星期反复复习，很多单词我们就能牢牢记住，一辈子也不会忘记。

记单词不需要一次性花大量时间记住，即使记住了也会很快忘记。

正确的方法是，“少吃多餐”，不断短时间重复记忆。

5、无数人觉得学英文是一件很痛苦的事，因为他们把学英文和找到好工作、加薪、考试等联系在一起了，带有浓厚的功利性。

殊不知，如果你把英文不仅仅看做是一种交流工具，而是看成是一种你的爱好，感觉就立刻不一样了。

你会觉得学英文是如此有趣的事情。

什么东西最容易学会？答案很简单，你喜欢的东西。

你为什么不觉得打篮球，逛街很痛苦呢？因为那是你的爱好，You love it(你喜欢)。

英语也可以成为任何人的爱好，你喜欢音乐，你可以听英文歌曲;你喜欢看电影，你可以看英文电影；你喜欢交朋友，可以交很多外国朋友；
把英文融入到你的生活中，当成是你的生活的一部分，去享受它带给你的乐趣，你的英文就在不知不觉中提高。

6、有段时间疯狂英语风靡全国，大家无论基础如何都在拼命喊英文。

大家喊了几年了，也喊累了，也该停下来证明下自己喊的效果了，可一和老外沟通还是停留在最简单的层面上，无法做到思想上的交流。

因为大家都犯了一个错误，没有把基础打好，就拼命地练听说。

我这里说的基础，是指的是语音和语法。

现在的语音教材比较乱，都没有系统地区分国际音标和美国音标，这就导致了后面学习的听力障碍。

扎实的语音基础不仅仅是看了单词的音标准确读出单词，也不仅是说出的英文老外听得懂，还要能清楚听懂美式和英式英语。

另一项重要的基础是语法。

语法基础没打好，说出来的英文是没有思想的。

有些人也许不以为然，老外自己说英文都有语法错误，只要能听懂就可以了，这么在乎语法有必要吗？如果单从句子来说，一个句子有点语法错误是不会造成理解偏差，但这不能说明语法的不重要。

语法，是遣
词造句的游戏规则，是英美人的思维方式体现。

语法基础不好，你就不能按照英美人的思维方式去表达，英美人就不能够把握住你的思想。

有了语音和语法基础后，我们再练习听说就会起到事半功倍的效果。

7、我们很多学员是做外贸和跟单的，阅读和回复客户的邮件是没有什么太大的问题。

但他们恐惧的是打电话给客户或接客户的电话，因为经常在电话中无法听懂客户的英语，或不知如何表达。

这是一个极其普遍的现象，究其原因就是我们练的机会太少。

我们要每天给自己一点时间去练习听说。

为什么他们阅读和回复客户邮件没问题，因为他们每天都在做这件事。

而他们说和听英文是不经常的，两三个月才一两次。

那在周围没有老外的环境中，怎么练听说呢？我教大家一个简单实用的方法，看英文电影。

前三遍不准看字幕，只专注于听，听懂多少算多少。

第四遍，可以看字幕，把字幕中不懂的单词记下来，通过查字典弄懂。

然后继续听，听到基本听懂为止，这个过程要五六十遍，甚至一百倍，我有过这个经历。

当你吃透了一部电影了，你的听力就迅速提高。

练口语，通过模仿和背诵电影台词就这一个动作，你的口语迅速提升。

我有个学员坚持五部电影后，口语听力基本过关，电话上和客户沟通没有任何障碍。

虽然我们身在国内，但我们身边到处都是语言环境，英文电影就是最原汁原味的语言环境，利用好他，英语听说不再是个问题。

年龄和记忆永远不是学习语言的问题。

希望我推荐给大家的七大学习攻略会对大家有所帮助，这也是我写这篇文章的价值所在。
