一.本工程是玻利维亚65吨/小时水泥粉磨系统中的一个单体,平面位置见总平面图,本单体结构的设计使用年限
为50年,结构的安全等级为二级。

二.本工程±0.000为地质报告假定标高100.00m。

三.本工程是依据厂方所提供的工程地质报告进行土建设计的.抗震设防类别为丙类,抗震设防烈度为六度,生产火
灾危险性类别:戊;耐火等级:二级;环境类别:二b类。

本工程施工前,应核对相应工艺,设备,电气,给排水图纸,进行技术交底和图纸会审工作,完毕后方可施工。

V.Constructionapproach
1.防潮层:
1.Damp-proofcourse
防水砂浆防潮层:20厚1:2水泥沙浆掺5%避水浆,一般在-0.06标高处.(-0.06M标高处若有钢筋砼梁时,则可
不做防潮层.)

2.建筑墙体一般为砖墙,墙体的用砖标号及砌筑砂浆标号见结构施工说明,一般承重墙为240厚承重空心砖。

钢筋砼屋面板坡度2~3%;
b.Roofcoveringofmillroomshallbemadeofwater-proofingmortar:water-proofingagentshallbeaddedto 25mmthicknesssurfacepressedsmooth,paintacoatofplaince mentmortar;slopeofreinforcementconcreteroofslab cast-in-placeshallbeof2-3%;
c.变压器室、低压配电室及控制中心为刚性防水屋面:40厚C20细石混凝土,内配φ4双向钢筋,中距150,
粉平压光;洒细砂一层,再干铺纸胎油毡一层;20厚1:3水泥砂浆找平;现捣钢筋混凝土屋面板坡度2~3%。

柱下独基座落在未经扰动的3层碎石土上,承载力特征

5防潮层以上,MU7.5承重空心砖,M5混合砂浆砌筑。

防潮层以下,MU10承重实心砖,M5水泥砂浆砌

1.当锚筋长度大于梁(板)高度时应将锚筋尽可能伸足梁(板)后水平弯折,弯折后的水平长度在满足总长度的
前提下一般构造埋件不小于4d,受拉埋件不小于10d。

受拉埋件锚筋同时应满足弯折前的长度不小于0.45的总
锚长。

任何时候锚筋端部均不得外露。

钢用E50型焊条,当采用埋弧压力焊时,可用与主体金属强度相适应的焊剂。

3.钢筋与锚板的焊接应优先采用埋弧压力焊。

如应施工条件限制,
也可采用电弧焊。

埋件钢板表面需保证平整。

3.Weldingofrebarandanchorslabshallgiveprioritytosubmerge darcpressurewelding.Intheeventoflimitationof constructionconditions,arcweldingshallbeused.Surfaceofburied membersteelplateisrequiredtobeflatand
smooth.
19.在预埋件及与之相连构件安装完成后,预埋件外露部分需涂红丹两度,面漆一度。

8.Plasterwithtwocoatsofredlead,onecoatoffinishcoatforexpo sedpartsofembeddedmembersaftercompleting installationofembeddedpartsandmembersconnectedtoit.

AllboltsandsteelslabsshallbeofQ235B,electrodeshallbeofE43 13~E4316type.
螺栓均为普通螺栓,均用双螺帽

螺栓M30的垫板均为60x60x8,焊缝8mm,满焊。

AllbackingplatesofM30boltsshallbeof60x60x8,andfullwelded ,withweldinglineof8mm.
轨道上椭圆孔的长边与轨道长度方向平行,椭圆孔做法见右图。

Longsideofellipticalholeonrailshallparalleltoraillengthdirection,a ndapproachtoellipticalholeworkisdescribed inrightdrawing.

的边长为150mm的立方体试件,在28天龄期用标准试验方法测的的具有95%保证率的抗压强度。
