For 551PR B ≤≤N , the TBS is given by the (TBS I ,PRB 2N ?) entry of Table 7.1.7.2.1-1.
For 11056PR B ≤≤N , a baseline TBS_L1 is taken from the (TBS I ,PR B N ) entry of Table 7.1.7.2.1-1, which is then translated into TBS_L2 using the mapping rule shown in Table 7.1.7.2.2-1. The TBS is given by TBS_L2.
