硅尘粉(SilicaDusa)凝聚硅胶(Conden SedsilicaFume)由矿热电炉
和电弧炉冶炼硅系合金中将石英矿(硅矿石)用电极加热2200℃高温,加焦碳,加氧化铁还原后,即成为硅金属:工业硅、金属硅、硅铁产品。
冶炼中与烟尘气一同排放浮在冶炼炉面层上约有15%的一氧化硅蒸气
与氧结合成二氧化硅。
这类气状烟气粉尘通过烟道无组织排放在大气层中,造成环境污染。
本公司运用创新的专利技术将烟气粉尘有组织收拢,消除污染、改善环境,同时将烟气粉尘通过《电炉烟气净化,烟尘分离提纯粉体材料成套装置》生产气状粉体新材料——活性二氧化硅微粉。
Silica dusa conden sedsilica fume is made from quartz mine (silicon mine) through heating to 2,200℃by electrode in ore-smelting electric furnace and electric arc furnace refining, and then through reduction reaction by coke & ferric oxide. The final products are industrial silicon, metallic silicon and silicoferrite. About 15% of silicon monoxide smoke is emitted together with the soot gas and oxidized to silicon dioxide by oxygen, which will pollute the environment if it is randomly emitted to the atmosphere. The Company is to produce the new gaseous powder - active silica fume through collecting this soot powder with its patent technology - electric furnace gas cleaning, soot separation and purification and powder equipment, which also cures the pollution and improves the environment.

Usually called “condensed silica fume” in most countries (“activated silica” in Japan and “silica fume” or “silica smoke” in France), this gaseous silicon dioxide soot is highlighted as a new kind of material by some application experts in the world, and is also publicly accepted as the No. 1 new inorganic material in building material, wear resistant material, rubber engineering plastics, coating material, concrete and other fields. It has already been used as mineral additive in high strength high performance concrete (GB/T18736-2019), dry powder compacting agent in waterproofing material, inorganic promoting agent, mineral powder loading agent in rubber engineering plastics (as a substitute of “white carbon black”), intensifier in polyurethane material & epoxy and high temperature wedding agent in corhart.

一、橡胶、工程塑料工业中
I. Rubber and engineering plastics
活性二氧化硅微粉(Silica Fume)是无机矿物质的粉体材料,以熔炼形成的气状粉体,与机械动力研磨的矿物粉体不同之处,是自然火山灰活性,不是添加改性有机活性剂。
物化指标及生产方法与气相二氧化硅(白炭黑)相似。
《化工、橡塑行业用白炭黑HG/T3061-2019标准》,而性价比低于专业性生产的“白炭黑”。
活性二氧化硅微粉将替代传统“白炭黑”应用的范畴。
Active silica fume is a kind of melted gaseous inorganic mineral composition powder. It is different from mineral powder grinded by mechanical power because of its pozzolanic activity, rather than a kind of orgranic promoting agent with additive. The physical and chemical indexes and production method are similar to that of aerosil (white carbon black) which is in accordance with the HG/T3061-2019 Standard for White Carbon Black in Chemical and Rubber Industries but with lower cost performance than the white carbon black produced with professional technologies. As a result, the active silica fume will replace the traditional white carbon black.
1、在橡胶中添加活性二氧化硅微粉作填充料,经上海橡胶工业研究所的实验证明,在天然橡胶和再生橡胶中将硅微粉作为填料,代替传统的矿物粉体(沉淀白炭黑)填充后,橡胶的延伸率,抗撕裂性和抗死化度有很大提高。
辅助橡胶物料成本降低,性价比提高。
是橡胶制品及炼胶后胶胎的增加剂、耐磨剂。
1. Active silica fume as plugging compound in rubber. The experiment in Shanghai Institute of Rubber Products has demonstrated that the active silica fume as plugging compound to replace the traditional mineral powder (precipitated silica) can greatly improve the percentage of elongtation, tearresistant and aging resistance ability. Besides, the cost of supplemental material is reduced, and the cost performance is increased, which qualifies it as the best choice of additive and anti-wear agent for rubber products and gumming after milling.
2、在工程塑料中将活性二氧化硅微粉代替“沉淀白炭黑”作填充料。
经实验后,硅微粉作为工程塑料的新型功能型无机填料,因它是一种轻质微细型球状物质,主要成份是二氧化硅,还含有多种金属氧化物,具有耐高温、热导率低等优点。
经试验,在PP中填充活性二氧硅微粉可增加(PP)的耐磨、抗压、阻燃等性能,并可提高材料的加工流动性,增加制品表面光泽,减少吸附的污垢。
根据实验用活性二氧化硅微粉在改
性塑料(PP)采用70Mpa的注塑压力,可制得综合性能较好的共混材料。
2. Active silica fume as plugging compound to replace “precipitated silica” in engineering plastics. In experiment, active silica fume is the new functional inorganic filler in engineering plastics because it is light ultrathin ball material with silicon dioxide as main composition and other metallic oxides which is specialized in high temperature resisting, low thermal conduction, etc. In addition, the experiments show that filling of active silica fume in PP can enhance its wear, pressure and fire resistances and other performances, improve the processing flexibility, the luster of surface and decrease dirt adsorption ability. If the injection pressure is 70Mpa for active silica fume in PP, composite material with excellent general performance can be manufactured.
添加硅微粉(SiO2)对聚苯醚(PPS)的共混改性提供新的途径,将硅微粉能将充分,均匀地分散到(PPS)中,就完全能达到提高特种工程塑料的韧性目的,从而改善(PPS)力学性能。
同时,由于硅微粉的高流动性,可使(PPS)表面更加致密光洁,摩擦系数变小,加之硅微粉的高强度,使(PPS)的耐磨性也大大增强。
根据试验证明添加3%的二氧化硅(SiO2)对(PPS)基体有明显的增韧效果,冲击强度提高27.3%;拉伸强度和拉伸弹性模量分别提高13.4%和6.0%;变曲强度和弯曲弹性模量分别提高6.0%和7.4%。
Addition of active silica fume (SiO2) can change the blending modification of PPS. The silica fume is averagely distributed in PPS so as to improve the toughness of special engineering plastics and improve the mechanical property of PPS. Meanwhile, the high flowability of silica fume can make the PPS surface more compact, bright and clean and the friction coefficient smaller. The high strength of silica fume can also obviously increase the wearing resistance of PPS. In experiment, addition of 3% SiO2 obviously enhances the toughness of PPS, with impact strength 27.3%, tensile strength 6.0% and modulus of elasticity in static bending 7.4% up respectively.
二、环氧树脂、聚胺树脂等化学填料中的作用:

活性二氧化硅微粉是一种物理性质,化学性质均十分稳定的中性无机粉体材料,不含结晶水,不参与固化反应,不影响反应机理。
能与各类环氧树脂混合,浸润性好,吸附特性优良,易混合,不产生结团现象。
Active silica fume is neutral inorganic powder with both stable physical and chemical properties but
without crystallization water, curing reaction and influence to reaction mechanism. It can mix well with various epoxide resins, with excellent wetting quality, adsorptivity and miscibility but without caking phenomenon.
1、在使用环氧树脂配方中加入硅微粉后,可降低环氧树脂固化反应的热峰值温度,降低固化收缩率与线膨胀系数,减少内应力,有效地防止固化物开裂。
1. After adding silica fume in epoxide resin formula, the peak temperature for curing reaction of epoxide resin, the cure shrinkage and linear expansibility coefficient can be decreased, and the internal stress can be reduced. In addition, it can also effectively prevent cracking of condensate.
2、硅微粉粒度均匀,致密性强,硬度高,耐磨性能好,可大幅度提高固化物的抗拉、抗压、抗冲击强度和耐磨性能。
硅微粉粒径超细(亚纳米级)。
比表面积大,悬浮性能显著,无分层现象,有效地提高了浇柱件的质量。
2. The well-proportioned granularity, high compactness, high hardness and well wearing resistance of silica fume can enormously improve the tensile strength, pressure resistance, shock strength and wearing resistance of condensate. Besides, its ultrathin diameter (subnanometer level), excellent
suspendability and no lamination can effectively better the quality of pouring piece.
3、硅微粉质纯,杂质含量低,物化性能稳定,能增大导热系数。
改变胶粘性,增大阻燃性能,使固化物具有良好的绝缘性能和抗电弧性能。
硅微粉的化学成份为(SiO2)属于惰性物质,与大部分酸、碱不起化学反应。
硅微粉均匀分布,覆盖在物件表面,具有较强的抗腐蚀性。
3. The high purity, low foreign material proportion and stable physical and chemical properties can increase the coefficient of heat conductivity, change the adhesive property, increase the fire resistance, and enhance the insulating property and arc resistance of condensate. The chemical composition of silica fume is SiO2, a inert substance which will not react with most acids and alkalis. The silica fume is evenly distributed on the surface with strong erosion resistance.
4、经高温熔炼后收集分离提纯的硅微粉,增强增水性能,吸潮可降低50%;与树脂混合时,除吸附现象外,还能形成化学键结合,使浇柱体紧密,增加了浇柱件的强度。
4. The hydrophobicity of silica fume through collecting, separating and purification process after melting with high temperature is increased, which can decrease 50% of hygroscopicity. When it is mixed with resin, apart from adsorption phenomenon, the chemical bonds formed can tighten up and strengthen the pouring piece.

活性二氧化硅微粉是国内外高新技术领域中具有广阔应用前景的优
良材料,可广泛应用于化工、冶金等行业也大量应用在建筑建材行业中,用于绿色混凝土及配制特种混凝土或复合水泥,以适应油田固井,海洋
油田钻井平台、海港码头、铁路、桥梁、高速公路、机场跑道、隧道及城市高层建筑的特殊要求中,有效提高产品的强度和耐久性。
As an outstanding material with wide range of applications in the hi-tech field around the world, the active silica fume is not only used in chemical and metallurgy industries, but also in building materials like “green concrete”, special concrete and composite portland cement so as to improve the strength and durability for the special requirement of well cementation in oil field, the drilling platform in the sea oil field, harbor wharf, railway, bridge, expressway, airport runway, tunnel and high city building.
1、国内外传统的抗磨蚀材料多用环氧砂浆等高分子材料,这类材料抗磨蚀能力虽好,但由于它本身线膨胀系数数倍于基底普通混凝土,与基底混凝土温度适应不好,在自然气候条件下容易开裂脱落基层分开,且施工复杂,有毒性,成本昂贵,不能大面积推广应用。
而使用活性二氧化硅微粉配制的硅粉混凝土,常规施工方法,抗冲磨蚀能力提高一倍左右,抗48m/s流速级的抗磨蚀能力提高3倍以上。
1. Most of the traditional abrasion resistance materials adopt high polymer material like epoxy mortar. Though it is with good abrasion resistance, its poor suitability with the base concrete makes it easy to crack and separate from the base because its linear expansibility is times of that of regular vase concrete, not evening mentioning its complex construction, poison and high cost which blocks its large scale popularization. While for concrete with active silica fume, it is used in regular way, the abrasion resistance is improved by about 1 time, and that with velocity of flow at 48m/s over 3 times.
2、用在环氧树脂工业地坪,因硅微粉的粒径微细,粒径分布填补粒间空隙,使其高加入量高固体含量树脂,需求量最少,故能节约环氧树脂30%的用量,达到同等效果。
在自流坪地坪中代替自流坪剂,起到增强补强,耐磨作用。
2. For epoxide resin industrial ground, because the diameter of silica fume is extremely small, the resin demand is the lowest, which can save about 30% of epoxide resin but with the same effect. In self-flowing flat ground, it can replace the self-flowing flat agent to enhance the reinforcement and wear resistance.
硬化混凝土地坪中,节约水泥用量,施工中不提浆,增加强度和耐磨耐久性作用。
For concrete ground, it can save the cement consumption, and no purifying is needed, which increases the strength and wear resistance.
3、水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料中,代替价格昂贵的有机活性剂,仍活性好,渗透力强,与酸、碱相容性良好,填隙渗透力均匀,增大密实度。
即称:硅系干粉密实堵漏剂。

In cementitious capillary crystalline waterproofing material, active silica fume (also called silicon dry powder densification and plugging agent) replaces the expensive organic active agent but still maintains its good activity, strong penetrability, outstanding compatibility with acid and alkali and even penetrability during gap filling, which can increase the compactness.
4、防火涂料中,起到防火、隔热、吸附力强,降低涂料厚度,降低涂料的生产成本。
在高热冶金钢包涂料,铸造涂料中大量使用,节约材料成本,提高了钢包涂料的耐久性和使用周期。
4. In fireproof paint, apart from strong adsorbability, it can prevent fire and insolate heat. The thickness and cost of paint can also be lowered. Its massive uses in high temperature metallurgical ladle paint and casting paint save the cost and prolong the duration and life cycle of ladle paint.
5、干粉系列建材中,用于外墙外保温系统材料里的聚苯颗粒母料中的填料,代替膨胀剂,防止墙面层开裂。
在各类特种建材中代替有机物粉
料,使用活性二氧化硅微粉无机材料,提高以水泥为基料的制品的质量及耐久性。
制品,墙面层开裂难题,得以妥善解决。
5. In dry powder building material, it is a loading material for polystyrene grain in material of external thermal insulation system to replace expanding agent and prevent wall face crack. In special building materials, the active silica fume (inorganic material) is used to replace the organic powder so as to improve the quality and duration of products with cement as base stock. The cracks in relevant products and wall surface are all solved.
装饰建材:在铝镁轻质防火门业中,代替了易燃不防火耐火的填料,安全性能成倍提高,降低防火轻质门业制造成本。
Decoration and building material: It replaces the traditional flammable loading material in light aluminum magnesium fire door, which greatly increases the safety degree and lowers the cost of light fire door.
四、在冶金耐火材料中《YB/T115-2019》
IV. Metallurgical corhart YB/T115-2019
活性二氧化硅微粉,对不定形和定形耐火材料的改善有重要作用,表现为:
Active silica fume plays an important role in amorphous and figurate corharts as following:
1、传统耐火材料中有众多的孔隙,硅微粉充填于孔隙中,提高了耐火制品的体积密度和降低显气孔率,强度明显增加。
1. Traditional corhart has lots of holes. The silica fume is to fill these holes so as to increase the density, decrease the apparent porosity and increase the strength of corhart.
2、代替纯铝氧粉作耐火材料。
2. Replace pure powdered alumina as corhart
3、作添加剂生产不定型和定型耐火材料制品,使强度高温性能大大的改善,增加其流动性,改善浇注料的性能,延长耐火材料制品的使用寿命。
3. Add to amorphous and figurate corharts as additive to improve the strength and high temperature performance, increase the flowability, improve the performance of pouring material and extend the service life of corhart.
4、作盛钢桶整体的浇注结合剂、促凝剂、制作吹氧喷枪等。

五、高强高性能混凝土用矿物外加剂《GB/T18736-2019》活性二氧化硅微粉应用在化工、冶金等行业中,也大量应用在高强高性能防腐蚀海工耐久性混凝土结构中,是高性能混凝土C80混凝土无可替代的矿物外加剂。
V. Active silica fume, as mineral additive in high strength high performance concrete (GB/T18736-2019), is used in chemical and metallurgical industries and high strength high performance corrosion prevention concrete for sea project. It is the irreplaceable mineral additive for high performance C80 concrete.
1、配制高强混凝土
1. To prepare high strength concrete
传统配制高标号混凝土水泥用量很大,并要采用特种骨料和特殊施工方法,如加压成型、蒸汽养护等……
The traditional preparation of high-grade concrete requires large quantity of cement, special aggregate and special construction method like pressure forming and steam curing.
在传统混凝土中掺用硅微粉:10-15%,常规施工方法,即可达到100Mpa 强度,用高强混凝土浇注的梁、板、柱可减少构件断面。
Addition of 10-15% silica fume in traditional concrete with regular construction method can reach the 100Mpa strength. Less fault plane may be found on beam, plate and column poured with high strength concrete.
2、配制抗冲耐磨混凝土
2. To prepare shockproof and wear resistant concrete
水工混凝土、泄水建筑物,如溢流坝面、泄水洞等承受高速含砂水流的冲击和腐蚀,混凝土表层经常遭受损坏,这是一项施工中难题。
采用硅微粉混凝土或钢纤维硅微粉混凝土护面,可以成倍的提高混凝土的抗磨和抗空蚀性能,减少混凝土的损坏,延长护面混凝土寿命。
The hydraulic concrete and discharge structure like spillway dam surface and spillway tunnel are impacted and eroded by the high speed current with sand, which may usually damage the surface of the concrete and become a difficulty during construction. The concrete with silica fume or concrete protection surface with steel fiber and silica fume can greatly improve the wear resistance and anti-cavitation corrosion performance, decrease the damage to the concrete and prolong the service life of the protection surface.
3、配制抗化学腐蚀混凝土
3. To prepare concrete with resistance to chemical attack
在沿海或海水中的混凝土建筑物,受到CI—的侵蚀并含有硫酸盐的地下水,混凝土的侵蚀是严重的,常使混凝土脱皮、损坏。
在混凝土掺用硅微粉,由于硅微粉混凝土结构紧密,水化产物充填空隙,抗渗能力强,
CI—和SO42不易渗入到混凝土中,故能提高混凝土的抗酸、碱等化学侵蚀能力。
The concrete building in coastal area or seawater is corroded by CI— or underground water with sulphate, which usually causes severe corrosion like exuviations and damage. If the silica fume is added to the concrete, its structure is compact, and the hydration product fills the holes, which increases the impermeabilisation and prevent the CI— and SO42 from penetrating into the concrete. As a result, the resistance of the concrete to attacks by acid, alkali and other chemicals.
4、仰制碱骨料反应
4. To prevent aggregate to react with alkali
混凝土骨料中含有活性骨料,如蛋白石等,能与水泥中的碱反应,生成新的物质,产生有害的体积膨胀,造成混凝土隆起、开裂,引起混凝土破坏。
在混凝土中掺用硅微粉,由于硅微粉中SiO2水泥化生成的
Ca(OH)2反应,减少了混凝土中的Ca(OH)2含量,消耗胶体中的OH—,使KOH和NaOH浓度降低,从而仰制了骨料的碱活性反应,有效地减少了混凝土的有害膨胀。
Concrete aggregate contains active aggregate like opal which can react with alkali in concrete and generate new material and hazardous gas expansion to cause damages to concrete like knurl and crack. If silica fume is added to the concrete, the SiO2 in silica fume reacts with the Ca(OH)2 in concrete, the Ca(OH)2 is reduced, which consumes the OH—, and decrease the consistency of KOH and NaOH in the colloid. The reaction between aggregate and alkali is decreased, and the harmful expansion is reduced.
5、用于喷射混凝土,减少混凝土回弹量
5. Used in sprayed concrete to reduce rebounded concrete
普通喷射混凝土,回弹量大,在喷射时,约有30-40%的混凝土回落下来,既浪费混凝土原料,又影响施工速度,如在混凝土中掺用3-5%的硅微粉,可使喷射混凝土的回弹量减少到10%以下。
About 30-40% of the ordinary concrete is rebounded when it is sprayed, which not only wastes the concrete but also slows down the construction speed. If 3-5% silica fume is added into the concrete, the rebounded concrete can be reduced to less than 10%.
6、用于泵送混凝土
6. For pumped concrete
普通混凝土因泌水大,长距离泵送有一定难度,在混凝土中掺用硅微粉,且粘结性好,泌水少,泵送容易。
As the ordinary concrete bleeds a lot, it is difficult to pump for a long distance. After adding silica fume in concrete, it is easier to pump because the cohesive property is good, and it bleeds a little.
7、用于基础灌浆
7. For foundation grouting
在普通水泥浆液中,掺入5-10%的硅微粉,浆液稳定性好,不易分离,不易堵管,且由于硅微粉颗粒小,可以灌入细小的岩隙中去。
Add 5-10% silica fume to ordinary cement grouting so as to make it stable, not easy to be separated and not easy to block the pipe. In addition, as the grain of silica fume is extremely small, it can be poured into extremely small gap.
8、提高粉煤灰混凝土早期强度
8. To improve the early strength of fly ash concrete
硅微粉掺入粉煤灰混凝土中,可以提高粉体煤灰混凝土早期强度,改善新拌混凝土性能,减少混凝土泌水和分离等,由于硅微粉颗粒极细,需水量大,使用时必须与高效减水剂配合,才能达到效果。
Addition of silica fume into fly ash concrete can increase its early strength, improve the performance of newly made concrete, decrease its bleeding and separation, etc. As the grain of silica fume is extremely small, it needs lots of water and should be used together with high efficiency water reducing agent.

一、棕刚玉(GB2478-1996)
I. Brown corundum (GB2478-1996)
棕刚玉是一种棕色磨料,以矾土矿、无烟煤、铁屑为原料于电弧中经2000℃以上高温熔炼结晶而成,质地致密、硬度高、耐冲刷、耐腐蚀、热稳定性能优良。

It is widely used in ceramic and resin sharper as well as grinding, polishing, sand blasting (shot blasting), precise casting, special corhart, anti-skid flooring material and stone processing. 低硅铁是棕刚玉冶炼还原过程中形成的副产品,俗称“刚玉渣”,是一种高磁性合金,经破碎后磁选选别而制成不同粒度,适合用作选矿重选剂、炼钢、铸钢添加剂及新型金属地坪材料和新型建筑材料。
Low-silicon iron is byproduct formed during the smelting and reduction reaction of brown corundum, commonly known as “corundum slag”. It is a kind of high-magnetic alloy which can be made as different grain sizes through magnetic sorting after it is broken, which is used as mill run agent, steelmaking & steel-casting additive, new metal flooring material and new building material.

保护环境,将废弃资源综合利用产生高附加值的材料产品,即:“漂珠”。
漂珠一般为银白色或灰色,间有及少量黄色杂质,在常温下它的反射系数为20%,温度增加其反射系数随着增大。
由于漂珠具有导热系数小、保温隔热性能好、耐火度高、耐压强度大等性能,是优质的保温隔热材料。
A high value-added material product, namely “floating bead”, is produced from the wasted resources for environmental protection. Floating bead is usually white or gray with few yellow impurities, whose reflectance is 20% at room temperature and will increase with the temperature. The floating bead is a kind of high-quality thermal protection and insulation material for its small thermal conductivity, good thermal protection and insulation performance, high fire retardant and large pressure-proof strength.
另粉煤灰中一般含50%-80%的空心玻璃微珠,其细度为0.3-200um的占总量20%,从粉煤灰中经分选出的空心微珠按其相对密度可分为沉珠与漂珠两种,相对密度大于1的为沉珠,相对密度小于1的为漂珠。
沉珠与漂珠相比较有壁厚、容量大、强度高、耐磨性较好等特点。
Meanwhile, there are some hollow glass microspheres in the fly ash, including 20% with fineness of 0.3-200um. Hollow glass microspheres selected from the fly ash can be divided into sinking bead and floating bead by the relative density. The ones with relative density over 1 are sinking beads and below 1 are floating beads. Compared with the floating beads, sinking beads have thicker wall, larger capacitance, higher strength and better erosion resistance.
粉煤灰空心微珠的主要化学成分是硅、铝和铁钛氧化物,以及少量的钙、镁、钾、钠等氧化物所组成。
漂珠壁较薄,而沉珠较厚,比重稍大。
从成份上分析,原珠的SiO2及Al2O3的含量均比沉珠高;而漂珠的Fe2O3、CaO及TiO2均比沉珠的含量低。
Main chemical compositions of the hollow microsphere extracted from fly ash are oxides of silicon, aluminum & ferrotitanium and a few oxides of calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, etc. Sinking beads have thicker wall, so it occupies more proportion. Analyzing from the composition, the SiO2 and Al2O3 in the original beads are both more than that of the sinking beads, but Fe2O3, CaO and TiO2 of the floating beads are less than that of the sinking ones.
粉煤灰空心玻璃微珠具有颗粒细小、质轻、空心、隔热、隔音、耐高温、耐低温、耐磨、强度高及电绝缘好等优质的特性。
