【知识点】
1. He is looking forward to seeing his family and friends in China.
他期望看见中国的家人和朋友。

look forward to doing 表示“期望做某事”，to为介词，所以动词一定要用现在分词形式。

例如：
I look forward to meeting him tomorrow.
我期望明天遇见他。

2. But he will miss his Canadian friends.
但是他会想念他的加拿大朋友。

miss 用法如下：
1）想念，思念。

例如：
If you leave, we will miss you very much.
如果你离开，我们会非常想念你。

2）错过例如：
If you don’t hurry, we will miss the early bus.
如果你不快点，我们将错过早班车。

它会提醒李明记起加拿大。

remind sb. of sb./sth. ，提醒某人记起某人/某物，类似于make sb. think of sb./sth. 。
