在2022年全市供销社工作暨党风廉政建设工作会议上的讲话尊敬的领导、各位同事:
大家好!今天我们在2022年全市供销社工作暨党风廉政建设工作会议上共同探讨工作,对于提高供销社的发展水平、加强党风廉政建设将起到重要作用。
在会上,我想谈几个方面的问题,与大家分享。
一、推进供销社改革发展
变革是推动发展的动力,供销社要不断改革、创新,让自己更好地适应市场变化。
因此,我们要在维护农民利益的前提下,着力推进供销社转型升级,在投资、市场开拓、信息化建设、品牌建设等方面作出更多的工作探索。
只有全面建立健全运作机制和人才培养机制,才能为在新时代服务新农村、服务“三农”做出贡献。
二、严肃党风廉政建设
党风廉政建设是我们党始终坚持不懈的一个方面,它关系到我们党的生命力和长远发展。
我们必须高度重视党风廉政建设,筑牢各级党组织的政治责任、思想责任和工作责任,严格执行有关廉洁自律的规定,坚决纠正各种违法行为和官僚主义、官僚主义和消极腐败现象。
同时,全面加强道德教育,严格落实领导干部和党员的监督和检举制,确保公司的政治生态氛围廉洁纯朴、风清气正,以最有力的措施打造最清廉的团队。
三、加强员工教育培训
提高员工的综合素质是解决企业发展问题的关键。
为实现中共中央、国务院制定的教育强国的战略目标,我们要加强企业文化的建设和员工的教育培训,使员工在努力工作的同时,不断提高自身的能力;在加强员工的思维素质和专业文化知识方面里面做到定期培训,提高员工的业务水平和综合素质,
四、加速供销社数字化转型
在信息时代,数字化转型已经成为一个必然趋势,对于供销社也不例外。
针对市场需要和客户期盼,我们要不断加强数字化转型,深入推进信息技术化的应用,加快建设以大数据、云计算等为基础,以电商、物联网等为重点的信息化系统。
这样,我们的供销社才能更好地适应市场需求,使我们在市场中站稳脚跟。
五、强化供销社的品牌建设
品牌建设是提升企业核心竞争力的一个方面,除了注重提高品牌形象和品质,供销社还要营造具有核心竞争力的品牌文化,这是建立长期的市场优势和品牌传播的关键。
因此,我们要加快品牌建设,在打造一系列的知名品牌的同时,不断提高品牌形象和口碑,让消费者更加信任我们,更加扎实地树立在商业市场上的形象。

如何推进供销社改革发展、严肃党风廉政建设、加强员工教育培训、加速数字化转型和强化品牌建设等方面,成为了摆在我们面前的重要课题。
一、推进供销社改革发展
变革是推动发展的动力,供销社要不断改革、创新,让自己更好地适应市场变化。

如广东供销社,为推进供销社转型升级,实现党建与业务深度融合,规范化和现代化发展,率先建立了党委(止戈党委)和管理委员会制度,并与中央党校(国家行政学院)合作开办“党建+供销新业态”实践培训班。
同时,在信息技术、物流等方面也取得不少进展。
二、严肃党风廉政建设
党风廉政建设是我们党始终坚持不懈的一个方面,它关系到我
们党的生命力和长远发展。
我们必须高度重视党风廉政建设,筑牢各级党组织的政治责任、思想责任和工作责任,严格执行有关廉洁自律的规定,坚决纠正各种违法行为和官僚主义、官僚主义和消极腐败现象。
就如云南农垦供销社,该社通过开展党风廉政教育和活动,增强职工的廉洁自律意识,提高员工的敬业水平和服务意识,搞好“两个责任”落实,做到把党的建设阵地真正建在了供销社的基层。
一些不良风气在该社得到遏制,组织更加健康向上。
三、加强员工教育培训
提高员工的综合素质是解决企业发展问题的关键。
为实现中共中央、国务院制定的教育强国的战略目标,我们要加强企业文化的建设和员工的教育培训,使员工在努力工作的同时,不断提高自身的能力。
人才培养机制是持续发展的保障,只有尽可能地挖掘人才潜力,才能推动企业文化的不断发展。
如新疆广汇供销社,该社通过电子板报、培训、辅导等方式帮助员工提升自身的综合素质,设立汉考专家组,组织编写输入语言教材,为职工提供专业技能培训和国籍文化交流。
同时,积极拓宽职工的培训渠道,设立长效人才库等,为企业的发展提供可靠的人才支持。
四、加速供销社数字化转型
在信息时代,数字化转型已经成为一个必然趋势,对于供销社
也不例外。
针对市场需要和客户期盼,我们要不断加强数字化转型,深入推进信息技术化的应用,加快建设以大数据、云计算等为基础,以电商、物联网等为重点的信息化系统。
这样,我们的供销社才能更好地适应市场需求,使我们在市场中站稳脚跟。
比如,甘肃省供销社开展的“数字供销”项目,就顺应了市场的数字化趋势。
它主要采用大数据、云计算、物联网、人工智能等科技手段,拓展了供销社的业务领域,从原有的“供销+服务”模式,拓展到“供销+”模式,更好地为商户和消费者服务。
五、强化供销社的品牌建设
品牌建设是提升企业核心竞争力的一个方面,除了注重提高品牌形象和品质,供销社还要营造具有核心竞争力的品牌文化,这是建立长期的市场优势和品牌传播的关键。
因此,我们要加快品牌建设,在打造一系列的知名品牌的同时,不断提高品牌形象和口碑,让消费者更加信任我们,更加扎实地树立在商业市场上的形象。
像河南省供销社,就致力于创建消费者信赖品牌、建设全国知名品牌,营造具有核心竞争力的品牌文化。
它通过强化品牌宣传、开展品牌活动等多种方式,形成们营销、PBS等一系列产品品牌,并在市场领域站稳了脚跟。
综合上述内容,只有在统筹推进供销社改革发展、严肃党风廉政建设、加强员工教育培训、加速数字化转型和强化品牌建设
等方面全面发力,才能真正落实中央对农民群体的关心和扶持,让供销社在市场中的地位更加稳固。
Enhancing the development level and strengthening the construction of party conduct and integrity is an important issue currently faced by the supply and marketing cooperatives across the country. How to promote the reform and development of the supply and marketing cooperatives, strictly enforce party conduct and integrity construction, strengthen employee education and training, accelerate digital transformation, and strengthen brand construction have become important tasks facing us.
1. Promote the reform and development of supply and marketing cooperatives
Transformation is the driving force for development, and supply and marketing cooperatives must constantly reform and innovate to better adapt to market changes while safeguarding the interests of farmers. Therefore, we need to focus on promoting the transformation and upgrading of supply and marketing cooperatives, exploring more work in investment, market development, information construction, and brand building. Only
by establishing sound operation and talent training mechanisms
can we make contributions to serving the new countryside and the "three rural issues" in the new era.
For example, Guangdong Supply and Marketing Cooperative, in order to promote the transformation and upgrading of supply and marketing cooperatives, has established a party committee and a management committee system, and collaborated with the Central Party School (National School of Administration) to launch a
"Party building + Supply and Marketing New Business Model" practical training course. At the same time, progress has also been made in information technology and logistics.
2. Strictly enforce party conduct and integrity construction
Party conduct and integrity construction is one aspect that the Party has always adhered to, as it is related to the Party's vitality and long-term development. We must attach great importance to party conduct and integrity construction, build the political, ideological, and work responsibilities of party organizations at all levels, strictly implement relevant rules on integrity and self-discipline, and resolutely correct various illegal acts and phenomena such as bureaucratism and passive corruption.
For example, Yunnan Agricultural Reclamation Supply and Marketing Cooperative, through the promotion of party conduct and integrity education and activities, has enhanced the awareness of employees' integrity and self-discipline, improved the professionalism and service awareness of employees, and ensured the implementation of the "two responsibilities" in the cooperative. Some unhealthy trends have been curbed, and the organization is healthier and more progressive.
3. Strengthen employee education and training
Improving employees' comprehensive quality is the key to solving enterprise development problems. In order to achieve the strategic goal of building an educationally strong nation formulated by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State
Council, we must strengthen the construction of corporate culture and employees' education and training, so that employees can improve their abilities while working hard. The talent training mechanism is the guarantee for sustainable development of the company. Only by tapping the potential of talents as much as possible can we promote the continuous development of corporate culture.
For example, Xinjiang Guanghui Supply and Marketing Cooperative has helped employees improve their comprehensive quality through electronic bulletin boards, training, counseling, and other methods. It has set up a Han test expert group, organized the compilation of input language teaching materials, provided professional skills training and cultural exchange for employees, and has actively expanded the training channels for employees and set up a long-term talent bank to provide reliable talent support for the development of the cooperative.
4. Accelerate the digital transformation of supply and marketing cooperatives
In the information age, digital transformation has become an inevitable trend, and supply and marketing cooperatives are no exception to this trend. We need to constantly strengthen digital transformation, deepen the application of information technology, and accelerate the development of an information system based on big data, cloud computing, and focusing on e-commerce and the Internet of Things. Only in this way can our supply and marketing cooperatives better adapt to market demand and gain a foothold in the market.
For example, the "Digital Supply and Marketing" project launched by Gansu Province Supply and Marketing Cooperative follows the trend of digitalization in the market. It mainly uses technologies such as big data, cloud computing, the Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence to expand the business scope of supply and marketing cooperatives from the original "supply and marketing + services" model to the "supply and marketing +" model, better serving merchants and consumers.
5. Strengthen brand building of supply and marketing cooperatives
Brand building is one aspect of enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises. In addition to focusing on improving brand image and quality, supply and marketing cooperatives also need to create a brand culture with core competitiveness, which is the key to establishing long-term market advantages and brand promotion. Therefore, we need to accelerate brand building, create a series of well-known brands, constantly improve brand image and reputation, and make consumers trust us more and solidify our image in the commercial market.
For example, Henan Supply and Marketing Cooperative is committed to creating trusted consumer brands and building nationally renowned brands, creating a brand culture with core competitiveness.
