石蜡切片方法步骤
每次操作切片刀和标本，或更换标本前一定要锁定手轮，并用护刀罩将刀刃遮住！
1. 锁定手轮，夹紧标本再装刀片.（10分）
2. 将蜡块装在标本夹上，小心误切！
3. 转动粗转轮，将标本退到后面的极限位置，将护刀罩移向刀架中间（盖上护刀罩）
4. 调节切削角度
5. 将基体上的刀架尽可能靠近蜡块标本
6. 调整标本表面位置,使之与刀刃平行.
7. 松开手轮,匀速转动,修片
8. 修平蜡块表面到达标本层时停止修片,调整切片厚度.
9. 一切调整好后可以开始切片。

此时右手摇动转轮，让蜡块切成蜡带，左手持毛笔将蜡带提起，摇转速度不可太急，通常以40-50r/min。

10. 切成的蜡带到20-30cm长时，右手用另一支毛笔轻轻将蜡带挑起，以免卷曲，并牵引成带，平放在蜡带盒上准备漂片和捞片.
11. 切片结束后锁定手轮, 盖上护刀罩.
12. 把蜡块从标本夹上取下.
13. 将切片机上的废片清理干净.

10. Stop cutting, after slicing lock the hand wheel, cover knife cover nursing
11. Remove the block from the samples folder, clean the microtome.
