2.在挖掘沟槽时，如果接近地下管线，应停止机械开挖，
改为人工开挖探坑。

需要详细、彻底地确认和标注各种管线的特性和位置，并在施工现场采取可行措施进行标注明示。

在机械挖土前，必须用人工挖坑探明可能预见的所有管线，否则不得使用机械作业。

在沟槽开挖前，必须进行原有管道（管线）的探测和迁移工作，并进行所施工部位的管线调查。

必须查清有无地下管线通过，先用管线探测仪进行探测，再利用人工开挖探槽进一步证明。

探槽应比沟槽深0.5m。

在开挖探槽时，
应由人工用铁楸开挖，以免损伤管线。

如果有异常情况，应书
面报告监理工程师，并在处理方案批准后方可施工，以确保不损坏管线。

3.由于部分排水管正处于沟槽开挖区域，对这些管道，我们将根据实际情况进行导流或拆除，并进行妥善保管。

待管道安装完毕和回填至管基底时，再按照原设计要求进行恢复。

4.对于开挖出的通信电缆和高压电缆，我们将在管沟槽顶部架设槽钢，垫上木板，并用绳将电缆悬挂保护。

当电线杆与基槽较近时，则通过钢管支撑或拉绳加固电线杆。

对其他管线等，我们将根据管线具体情况采取包裹、悬吊或顶托的方法进行支撑保护。

所有管线位置都将设立管线保护警示标牌，确保管线不被破坏。

6.我们将定期开展管线保护专项教育，增强职工管线保护意识，并建立起管线保护责任制，对破坏管线的责任人进行处罚。

5.施工管理人员是现场管线保护的直接责任人。

如果发生事故，应按照有关规定及时上报，并采取有力措施协助有关单
位做好保护和抢救工作，防止发生人员伤亡和事故扩大。

事故的处理应按照公司《程序文件》的要求和“三不放过”的原则进行。

6.在已探明各种管线结构的上下、左右分别50cm、50cm、100cm、100cm的范围内，禁止采用机械作业，以保护管线。
