I was on the bus the other day, and I saw an elderly lady getting on with a heavy bag. I immediately stood up and offered her my seat. It's just second nature to me to give up my seat for someone who needs it more than I do.
There was this one time when I was on the subway and a pregnant woman came in. I didn't even think twice about it I got up and let her take my seat. I mean, she's carrying another human being inside her, the least I can do is give up my seat for her.
