南瓜炒米粉 "Fried Mee Hoon with Pumpkin"
Method:
1.Soak the mee hoon in water until soft. Drain and set aside.
2.Fry the sliced meat, shitake mushroom, dried shrimp, onion and sliced onion in the
wok with the oil
3.Add in seasoning C and water and bring to boil, cover with mee hoon on top, covered
with lid and open the steam vent.
4.Cook until it starts to emit steam, switch to low heat for minutes till dry up.
5.Switch off the heat, stir evenly with a pair of chopsticks.
做法:
1.干米粉要先以冷水浸软捞起备用。

2.冷锅冷油先炒肉丝,爆香香菇,虾米,洋葱及南瓜丝。

3.放入调味料C加水煮开,铺上米粉,盖上锅盖,打开节气头透气。

4.沸腾后出现水蒸气,转回小火续煮数分钟至干水。

5.熄火开盖用筷子拌匀,松开米粉即。
