Production Description
The eCARBON TM high thermal conductivity graphite sheet is the first industrialization product in domestic market. The minimum thickness of the graphite films is 12 microns. The maximum thermal conductivity is 2000W/m.K. It has good work-ability and can be trimmed or punched to any shape according to user’s need. In addition, it can be compounded with other film materials, or be gelatinized. Also, it has excellent flexibility and can be bended for thousands times. It’s perfect solution of rapid heat dissipation for conversion from point heat source to face heat source.
