Window Installation Labor Contract Template
This Window Installation Labor Contract Template ("Contract") is made and entered into as of [Date], by and between [Contractor"s Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor," and [Homeowner"s Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Homeowner."
1.Scope of Work
The Contractor agrees to install [number] window(s) at the Homeowner"s property located at [Property Address] in accordance with the specifications and details set forth in the attached Schedule A.
2.Installation Timeline
The Contractor shall commence the installation work within [number] days after the Effective Date of this Contract and shall complete the installation within [number] days thereafter.
3.Payment Terms
The Homeowner agrees to pay the Contractor the total amount of [Total Contract Price] for the installation services, as set forth in the attached Schedule A.The payment shall be made in accordance with the following terms:
- [Down Payment Amount] due upon signing of this Contract.
- [Balance Due Amount] due upon completion of the installation work and acceptance by the Homeowner.
4.Warranty
The Contractor warrants that the installed windows shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of [Warranty Period], commencing from the date of installation completion.

6.Indemnification

7.Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the [Arbitration Association], and the decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding upon the parties.
8.Entire Agreement
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the
Contractor and the Homeowner, superseding all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
