Step I Greetings
Greet the whole class as usual.
Step II Lead in
Questions:
1. Is Vincent van Gogh a successful man?
2. Was he famous of rich in his time?
3. How do you understand “successful”?
Who cares you most in your family?
What do you think of him or her?
Step III Read the transcript of a speech “ My father, my hero” and match column A with column B.
