Hi everyone! My name is Tommy and I'm here to talk to you about why exercise is so important for you high schoolers. You could take a 20-30 minute walk or jog around your neighborhood before or after school. Do some jumping jacks, pushups or yoga poses during study breaks. Ride your bike to school instead of driving or taking the bus. Take a sporty gym class like weight training, cardio kickboxing or dance. Join an after-school sports team or club for cross country, swimming, tennis or whatever interests you. Find a workout buddy to keep you motivated. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Park

First of all, being a teenager is hard. Your bodies are going through a ton of crazy changes with puberty and growing up. Exercise can actually help your body handle those changes better.
