一、教学内容: Story time
二、教学目标：
1. 学生能正确理解、朗读并表演Story time.
2. 学生能初步了解询问计划的句型Where/When/How long /What will
you …? Will you…?以及词汇go back to, stay, Taipei, Disneyland 和Ocean Park.
3. 学生能谈谈自己的暑假出游计划。

4. 通过课文的学习，引导学生开阔眼界，热爱家园。

三、教学重难点：
一般将来时句型Where/When/How long /What will you …? Will you…?的运用。

四、教学步骤：
Step 1 Pre-reading
1. Greetings
What day/date is it today?
What holiday is coming?
2. May Day is coming. I will do many things for May Day.
What will you do for May Day?
Learn: That sounds great.
Will you …? Yes, I Will./ No, I won’t.
3. Two months later, we will have a long holiday. What holiday is it?
I like summer holiday best. How about you?
Because we can do many things for summer holiday. This class, let’s talk about Unit 7 Summer holiday plans (出示板书，揭题)
4. Talk about the plans for summer holiday
Do you have any plans for summer holiday?
The teacher uses “Where will you go? How will you go? How long will you stay there? ...”to ask.
Show the words: where, who, how, how long and what
Step 2 While-reading
1.Talk about: Where will they go?
Just now we talked about our summer holiday plans, now there are four children, they’re talking about their plans too. First let’s find where they will go, watch the video and match.
Use the sentence “xxx will go to ...” to answer.
Explain: London( Big Ben, London Eye, double deck bus)

2. Talk about more about their plans
1) Read, circle and ask.
2) Ask and answer.
Learn: Disneyland, Ocean Park
3) Ask and answer in pairs.
4) Check.
3. Reading
1) Read after the tape, pay attention to the pronunciation and
intonation and the stress.
2) Read the whole dialogue freely in groups, and choose the way
you like.
3) Read together.
Step 3 Post-reading
1. Retell the story.
2. Help Mike finish the notes. “Our summer holiday”
3. Talk about your summer holiday plans.
4. Write about your summer holiday plans.
Step4 Homework
1.Read the text after the tape.
2. Say something about the students' plans.
3. Say something about your summer holiday plan.

教学反思：
学生对本单元的内容比较感兴趣，对一般将来时will的用法也不陌生，所以在本节课的教学中，我多多地激励学生大胆地去说，去展示自己。

我紧紧围绕教学目标，课伊始与学生讨论即将到来的May Day,自然过渡到两月之后的summer holiday,通过与学生对话引出where,how,how long, what,who疑问代词，在语篇学习的过程中，让学生利用上述疑问词自己提问，把话语权交给学生，学生学习主动。

在语言拓展运用阶段，学生能轻松自如地运用上述疑问词询问他人的暑假计划，达到学以致用的效果。
