Dear Hotel Management,。

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your hotel. As a frequent traveller, I have come to expect a certain level of service and comfort when I stay at a hotel, and unfortunately, this was not met during my recent visit.
I arrived at your hotel on [Date] and was greeted by a friendly front desk staff. However, the initial impression quickly faded as I encountered various issues throughout my stay.
Firstly, I was disappointed with the quality of the room I was assigned. The carpet was stained and worn, and the bedding was not as comfortable as I had expected. The bathroom fixtures were also in a state of disrepair, with
leaky faucets and a broken showerhead. Given the high standards that your hotel claims to uphold, I was surprised to find such basic amenities in such a poor condition.
Secondly, the noise level in the hotel was unacceptable. From early morning construction noise to late-night guests partying in the hallways, I was unable to enjoy a peaceful sleep or rest. I understand that noise control can be challenging in a busy hotel, but I believe that more effort should be made to ensure the comfort of guests.
Additionally, the food and beverage options at your
hotel were disappointing. The breakfast buffet lacked
variety and freshness, and the restaurant menu did not
offer much choice. The waitstaff were also slow and unattentive, which further detracted from the dining experience.
Lastly, I was unhappy with the response from the hotel management when I raised my concerns. I attempted to
address these issues with the front desk staff, but I felt that my complaints were not taken seriously. I was promised
that the issues would be addressed, but I did not see any improvement during my stay.
I understand that running a hotel is not an easy task, and I appreciate the efforts that your team makes to provide a good service. However, as a paying customer, I expect to receive the level of service and comfort that I have come to expect from hotels of your calibre.
